• LAVINIA (8/5): - Personalul amabil, camere curate, zona buna. Ne-a placut terasa. Usa de la baie este culisanta si se inchide greu iar un dormitor este extrem de mic (are doar patul, nimic altceva).

• José Paulo (9/5): - Apartamento espaçoso, com boas condições, localização com bons acessos. Metro a 5 min. Restaurantes, supermercados, padarias perto. O apartamento deve ter sido remodelado á pouco tempo e ainda cheirava a tinta e ainda havia marcas de tinta em vários sítios da casa.
• Eileen (10/5): Excellent appartement bien placé, calme et spacieux - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Barcelone ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : proche des transports en commun et des parkings, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement dans la ville. Le quartier est calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer après une journée de visites. L’appartement est spacieux, très bien agencé et parfait pour un week-end entre amis ou en famille. La literie est confortable, nous avons super bien dormi. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions du personnel, qui font vraiment la différence et rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Mention spéciale pour la sécurité : le système de verrouillage de la porte via le téléphone est très rassurant et moderne. L’application mobile du propriétaire est très simple d’utilisation, que ce soit pour le check-in ou le check-out, tout est fluide et bien expliqué. Je recommande sans hésitation, c’était parfait ! ✨ La salle de bain est très peu aérer pas de fenêtre ce qui garde l’humidité.

• CB (8/5): Agradable pero difícil de entendimiento - El apartamento es muy bonito y espacioso. Para estar en el barrio de Gracia, bastante bien aislado del ruido exterior. Muy mal que todo el tramite de entrada fue por teléfono y en inglés. No sabían castellano y trasnocho se esforzaron por ayudar con el idioma. No me parece correcto tener radiadores, sería más cómodo nomas de calor u otro dispositivo para la calefacción.

• Miroslav (10/5): Vynikajúce ubytovanie v dobrej lokalite v Barcelone. Prémiový ubytovateľ. - Ubytovanie bolo čisté, moderne zariadené a veľmi dobre udržiavané. Lokalita bola tichá, no zároveň s výbornou dostupnosťou do centra a k moru. Komunikácia prebiehala úplne rýchlo a profesionálne. Žiadne, ubytovanie bolo naozaj vynikajúce.

• Evangelia (9/5): Lovely flat, great location - The property looks really nice especially the seating and dining area with the gorgeous windows looking at the terrace. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with extra pillows and comforters. I really liked the touch of the Sweett boxes they left in the property with cleaning essentials, coffees teas and even some crisps and drinks in the fridge thank you! Maria (our assistant during our stay) was really lovely and super helpful too. The bathroom is in need of renovation especially the shower tap however it was clean and looked good overall. There was an emergency on the outside of the property with a broken pipe but the team was really quick to reply and remedy the issue and move us to another flat.

• Tanya Therese (9/5): Denne leiligheten anbefales virkelig hvis man vil ha en romslig og godt utstyrt leilighet i hjertet av Gracia, hvor utep - Sentralt i Gracia i en rolig gate med en fin terasse og romslig leilighet. Godt utstyrt kjøkken og fint at man får basics som salt, pepper, olje osv. Generelt god comfort og gode senger. Pluss for dyner! Kodelåser på dørene er praktisk. Og god kommunikasjon og raske svar fra verten Det hadde hjulpet med et godt og tydelig skilt på utgangsdøren. Det var rent, men ikke plettfritt. Minus at man ikke kan åpne vinduer på soverommene selv om det er forståelig når de vender ut mot gaten. Viftene fungerte heldigvis godt!

• Frédérique (1/5): Très déçue, désagréable et blattes dégoûtantes - La superficie de l'appartement. L'emplacement. Les blattes dans l'appartement et surtout dans la chambre des enfants, (trousse dans les plinthes), la pomme de douche cassée, une porte de salle de bain qui ne fermait pas,la terrasse avec les moteurs de clim (bruit) qui s'écoulent sur le sol avec tapis imbibé d'eau donc inaccessible, les rideaux qui ne ferment pas, voir venir des agents de maintenance tous les jours sans faire les interventions nécessaires ou changer la mauvaise pomme de douche...les accès à digicode qui ne fonctionnent pas toujours, on est resté 2 fois àla porte....être obligé de converser quotidiennement avec le contact (?) De sweet pour les réparations qui n'avancent pas...

• Susan (7/5): Great location in Gràcia - Great location, spacious, big dining area, good and simple communication via WhatsApp Windows couldn’t open in the bedrooms, second bedroom very small, no amenities in the kitchen besides the basics (if you want to cook you’ll need to buy salt, oil, etc), quite warm and sticky in bedrooms even with fans and open doors, shower seemed to have been fixed a few times
• Costanza (6/5): Nice area, but not suitable to more than 4 ppl… - It is located in a nice neighbourhood, the metro station is 15’ by walk, and everything you might need is around. The place needs a bit of renovation but it is well decorated. Also, the terrace gets a lot of light during the day. The problem is that it is not suitable to fit more than 4 people, with 2 in a room that is very very small. The living room gets a lot of light, making it hard to sleep there. Also it would have been nice to facilitate the preparation of that “sofa-bed” as we had to improvise the bedsheets. Customer support is quite strict. Also consider that if you want to leave the luggage, the deposit is in a different area (25’ walk distance).
• Harriet (5/5): Fine overall great location but some areas in need of maintenance. - Nice location Not very well maintained. Nail sticking out of wall caused injury to one of us. Window catch broken and made to work by blocking it with a box of biscuits so looked a bit shoddy. Would have been nice if they had allowed us a late checkout but they said it was booked immediately after us. That seemed odd since we received a message offering us to extend our stay for a fee. To be fair, they did refund us €35 for the injury caused by the nail.
• Mary (6/5): A mixed experience - Our stay was a mixed bag. The apartment is spacious, well illuminated for a ground floor unit and a in a fantastic location. However, it was obvious that the apartment had a pest problem, specifically cockroaches. There were traps in everywhere! Worse yet, there were roaches scuttling about. I killed 12 and found others dead from the poison in the traps. If management can eliminate the pest problem the apartment would enjoyable.

Sweett represents a high standard of services, constant contact with guests, and support at every step. In our case, we were offered an alternative apartment. I highly recommend it... Precise and simple instructions for entering the apartment. We felt like at home, everything was perfect, like in a hotel, inverter air conditioner, water in the fridge, Nespresso machine with a full box of capsules, olive oil, etc. Perfect, for any recommendation Everything was above expectations

It is similar to the Borne neighborhood but with less tourists. Close to other places withing walking distance (1k) Confortable beds! Ample kitchen Patio Some wear and tear of the couch and furniture. For the most part it looks like in the pics. Only with some signs of wear and tear.
• Marie (10/5): A Gem in Gracia - A spacious apartment among locals. Receiving the welcoming snacks after a long trip was extra special. Shops , restaurants , art shops all nearby in Carrer de Verdi . Will next time first explore the surroundings. We found the gems later during our stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. The sofa bed was super comfortable . No cupboard in second room.

• Donata (9/5): Superb - Amazing location! You can easilly walk to Guel park or Sagrada Familia. There were a lot of food stores around the corner. Staff met us wirh welcome drinks (beer and cola) and chips :) We slept with open window so air condition from apartment above was loud.

• Irene (8/5): Live like locals! - Excellent location - spacious apartment - clean kitchen - great welcome treats 😊 The bathroom was not really new and the plumbing in the sink needs renovation! Not enough hot water to take a shower… the beds and linen appeared used many times 😌…no elevator…poor construction quality!

• Supiot (1/5): Avoid - the location was good the listing was very misleading showing another flat with terrasse, which was not the one we ended up in. The flat was on ground floor, very dark with no ventilation and no isolation toward the street. Half of the sockets didn’t work, and the bathroom didn’t have locks. And to finish it the patio (not a terrasse) was filled with flies making it very uninviting. The customer service was extremely poor, not acknowledging the issue, failing to come to a satisfactory resolution
