• Leah (8/5): It was an amazing base from which to explore Gaudi’s work in Barcelona. Observing the Sagrada Família in all lights is s - Location outstanding. Amazing terrace. Good layout. Everything you need. Some minor maintenance needed.

• Sabina (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The location was perfect,and the view as well. As a B&B, it lacked basic essentials such as salt, sugar, and kitchen paper. There was no proper shower gel provided—only a basic body wash. The beds were very uncomfortable, and most of the furniture was in poor condition, except for the dining table and the shower, which were decent. Although there was a lift, I wouldn’t recommend using the stairs, especially with children—they felt unsafe.

• Chung (1/5): Edificio viejo y mal construido en sitio cerca a la Basílica - No me gustó nada solo que está cerca a la Sagrada Familia pero a parte de eso todo pésimo y viejo Para empezar tuve que ir a recoger las llaves súper lejos y me demoró como media hora. El apartamento súper viejo puertas malogradas equipos viejos, se iba la luz a cada rato por conectar los equipos pésima atención

• Marina (4/5): Precisa de melhorias. - Localização O sofá cheirava mto mau, cheirava a sujeira/acaro, tive que jogar lençol por cima pra conseguir ficar nele. As Toalhas de banho eram velhas e manchadas, colchão e travesseiros pessimos. A torradeira estava enferrujada, sem condições de usar. Não havia taças de vinho, apenas de champagne.

• Ali (1/5): كانت تجربه سيئه ولا انصح بالسكن فيها - لاشئ كانت تجربة سيئة للسكن فعلاً كانت معاناه وضعو لي المفتاح في بناية المكتب التي تبعد عن الشقة 20 دقيقه مشي مفتاح كبير يشبه مفتاح باب قلعه عندما رأيته عرفت ان الشقه قديمه وغير مريحه لا اعرف لماذا لايضعون صندوق مفتاح الشقه في نفس البنايه الموجوده فيها الشقه مثل باقي الشقق هل يستمتعون بتعب النزيل الحمدلله اني لوحدي ولكن المشكله الزبون الذي معه اطفال او كبير بالسن او شنط كثيره...شقه قديمه اثاثها قديم ومتهالك بعيده عن الاماكن السياحيه مثل ساحة كتالونيا حوض الحمام لا يصرف الماء فيها رائحة مجاري وفوق هذا لم يرسلو لي الرمز السري حتى ادفع مبلغ 334يورو تأمين وضريبه اتسائل لماذا هذا التأمين الكبير ولا يوجد في الشقه الا اثاث متهالك وتلفزيون صغير وقديم ومطبخ لا يوجد فيه شيء يذكر

• Krystyna (10/5): Мы остались довольными - Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terrasse waren einfach atemberaubend. Es war sehr praktisch, dass alles in unmittelbarer Nähe war. Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, sonntags zu kommen. Wir haben lange auf die Schlüssel gewartet.

• Fanis (1/5): Αρχαίο διαμέρισμα επικίνδυνο μπαλκόνι για παιδιά χωρίς καμία προφύλαξη διότι βρίσκεται στον 7ο - Το δωμάτιο είναι για δύο και δύο μωρά όχι 6 που πιστεύουν οι ιδιοκτήτες..μόνο η τουαλέτα ήταν νορμαλ Πολλές φθορές η μπαλκονόπορτα έτριζε ασταμάτητα το πατζουρι δεν άνοιγε μας υποχρέωσαν να πετάξουμε τα σκουπίδια για να επιστραφεί η εγγύηση
• Marian (4/5): Experiencia desagradable - La situación y las vistas de la terraza En general el estado de la vivienda ,sala en terraza cubierta para ir a la sala hay que subir escaleras,imposible para persona con movilidad reducida .Una habitación de medidas super reducidas sin armarios con una cama nido , no puedes guardar nada de ropa , la otra con un armario sin tiradores, en fin con un estado general deficiente. Si necesitan puedo aportar fotos. Nos dejaron 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 3 personas tres días, sin cambio de toallas y antes de salir lo dejamos todo limpio , recogido y con la basura en el contenedor de abajo del portal , tal cómo indican las normas del alquiler No volveremos a repetir la experiencia Gracias.

• Jernej (1/5): Apartment is not suitable anymore for holiday renting, it would need totat renovation or at least repainting of the dirt - Location is great. The apartment is in a very bad condition, the walls are dirty, moldy, the windows don't close well, the door to the terrace was so worn out that it showed signs of a break-in from the outside and the glass of this door was no longer transparent and clean. On all living room windows the blinds were removed and stored together with a clumsy ladder into the corner of the smaller bedroom, which was already too small due to the cumbersome bunk bed. We did not have hot water on the first day because the gas stove in the kitchen did not work strongly enough, at the same time this very stove is problematic from the point of view of safety and health, because carbon monoxide is released into the kitchen area when burning (the flame is open), and the apartment does not even have a safety meter or detector for this. What is more also the rope of the window blinds in the kitchen was tied to the gas pipe leading to the gas stove. The apartment was conditionally clean upon arrival, there was an unwashed bathroom rug in the clothes dryer in the bathroom. The shower door was broken.

The property images are very misleading and upon arrival we were shocked with the rooms being minuscule and everything looking very dated
• Dale (9/5): Amazing views! - The view of the Sagrada Familia is amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The area was quiet yet close to everything, including the Metro. The only issue was what looked like mold above the AC unit in the larger bedroom and some in the shower area. Other than that issue everything was great!

• Christine (4/5): Disappointing - Outdoor terrace. Nothing else Very ordinary apartment in shabby building. Lacked basic facilities. Management required checking in at office 20 minutes away from accommodation and 300 euros deposit. Failed to give adequate address of property or respond to messages so check in was a nightmare. Lots of rules and paperwork. Very poor value for money and would not recommend.
• Janet (9/5): Fabulous apartment with the bonus of a big balcony - The location is perfect it was very comfortable especially the double bed ...the staff at reception were lovely and sorted out two tiny problems 1) our fault . Needed to turn the heat up on the boiler to get a hot shower 🫣 and 2) they replaced the coffee machine that wasn't working really quickly ...the balcony space was the best best thing about the apartment and the lounge really comfortable Didn't bother us as we ate out every night but it could do with more cooking utensils
• Mabel (4/5): Muy mala experiencia - La ubicación VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I do not recommend it!! 1. The apartment lacks cooking utensils 2. They even kicked me out of the apartment 10 minutes before check out 3. The cleaning staff was very rude and unpleasant (at 11 I opened the door to let them in while I finished washing the dishes, the person told me that “it was very annoying that I was there.” “That the new guests They arrived between 11 and 12” (that's a lie, I told him that I don't like lies since check in is at 3 pm and that I was aware that I had to leave at 11) 4. I told the cleaning woman that cooking utensils were needed and she told me that if I didn't report it the first day I arrived I would have to pay for them because the company would think I stole them. 5. There was a window that didn't work properly and the cleaning woman commented that she would report it so I could pay for it. VERY BAD TREATMENT THE WINDOW DIDN'T CLOSE WELL! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE IMPERFECTS THAT THE APARTMENT HAS PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL? 6. I fear that they will look for an excuse not to return the deposit of 300 euros. 7. I completely left the apartment at 11:13, it was 13 horrible minutes of listening to bad comments from the maid VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE, VERY BAD TREATMENT BY THE MAID
• Emily (8/5): good location and stay however staff could be more accommodating - good location, great views, loved sitting out on the terrace. a convenient stay for our group of 6 at a better rate than most other options in central barcelona. check out was easy. we were told that reception was open from 9am. this was also signposted at the office. when we arrived at 9am we were told that it actually opened at 9:30am although this was never communicated to us (so we had to wait around with our bags outside). key collection is not at the apartment so there is a distance to travel after that. no aircon in the bunk bed room - really hot in summer. furthermore my security deposit came back at slightly less than what i paid, i have tried reaching out to the host to ask why however am being ignored.

• Mark (9/5): A real gem close to the sagrada familia - The flat was in a great location and easy to access. It was also very clean when we arrived. The flat had basic decor but was very airy. The terrace is lovely to sit on in the evenings. My friend said the additional bedroom was quite hot at times as no air con. Aside from that everything was good.

• Robert (9/5): Great location and host communication - Very convenient location. Patio has great view of Sagrada Familia and hills above the city. Felt very secure. Easy access to Sagrada, restaurants and transport. Hosts were great communicators. The amount of paperwork is much more than most lodging on Booking.com. Cleaning fee is also atypical.
