• Liubov (4/5): - В апартаментах працює система «віртуальний ключ»,одного вечора ми з друзями повернулися з прогулянки о 23:00 і віртуальний ключ не працював…нам довелося простояти дві години під дощем на вулиці…ми не могли звʼязатися з адміністрацією апартаментів і менеджер Букінгу також на жаль нічим не зміг нам допомогти…Я перший раз стикаюся з такою безвідповідальністю і таким зневажливим ставленням до клієнтів…Однозначно я не рекомендую ці апартаменти!!! P.S.Зробіть будь ласка вже ремонт в ванних кімнатах!!!☹️

Check in Stadt 16:00 Uhr Konten wir 19:21 machen Grund wir müssen putzen Wohnung sehr alt mit Schimmel Bett sehr schlecht unbequem 3 Pfannen in Küche nur eine funktioniert mit Herd aber un nutzbar sehr alt und viel verkratzt , Check in Bett Schmutzig und sehr alt Kaputte Pfanne Alles schlecht Einfach Katastrophe
• Olga (5/5): Overall, the apartment is okay, but it’s not worth the price considering its condition and lack of p - The apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people, which is great for larger groups. The location is very good, close to the city centre. It was clean and communication with the host was good. We had to wait outside with a small child because of an issue with the entry code. There were also several maintenance and equipment problems – a broken blind in the living room, unusable frying pans (none worked on induction), no large pot and not even enough cutlery for 8 people. The tap water gets dangerously hot, which could easily cause burns. The sofa bed downstairs is broken and unstable, and the shower drain in one of the bedrooms was clogged.

• Danila (6/5): - Appartamento in un quartiere tranquillo, a pochi passi dalla fermata dell'autobus ed a circa 20 minuti di passeggiata dal centro o dalla spiaggia. Nei dintorni sono presenti molti supermercati e di fronte un bar con anche opzioni gluten free. Accesso al palazzo ed all'appartamento tramite codice, comodissimo e veloce. Le camere erano spaziose. Presenza di asciugamani, di bagnoschiuma e sapone mani. In frigo erano presenti due bottiglie d'acqua, gesto apprezzato! Come si suol dire, "è intelligente ma non si applica": l'appartamento di per sè è un gioiellino, ma è molto trascurato: la tromba delle scale è veramente malandata e l'appartamento è sporco. Non in maniera eccessiva ma comunque si vede che è stata effettuata una pulizia superficiale, soprattutto nei bagni. La descrizione indica che è idoneo per 8 persone, con la presenza di un divano letto: in realtà il divano letto è adatto per 1 una persona, in tre hanno dormito in uno dei letti matrimoniali. Onestamente mi sento di consigliarlo più per 7 persone che per 8 (a meno che uno non sia un bambino). Nel complesso, considerato quanto abbiamo pagato rispetto agli standard barcellonesi è andata bene.
• Ariel (3/5): no la pasamos bien - solo la ubicacion llegamos a la noche y no pudimos ingresar, nos atendia un robot de IA y no nos daba acceso estuvimos en la calle por mas de 2 horas, no tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos, el wifi no funciona de terror, la verdad que precio altisimo para la calidad del departamento

• Raouf (8/5): - The appartment is big, the access to the building is super easy and the location is amazing Some lights were not working, and one of the 3 bathrooms didn't have hot water.
• Luana (5/5): Ruim - Boa localização. Quartos espaçosos Não havia água quente em todos os banheiros. Portas e sanitários de banheiros quebrados. Cheiro forte de mofo ao entrar no apartamento.

• Alessio (9/5): Nice apartment for groups in Barcelona! - Everything was organised very well, the apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Not located centrally, but very handy to go around by public transport, and relatively walking distance to Barceloneta, Barrio Gotico, etc. Some bathrooms could have been better equipped/maintained, in one there was no shower gel, and shower structure was very fragile. Some of the guests found the beds not great.

• Petr (5/5): nice location but completely uncommunicative staff - beautiful surroundings Upon arrival, water was dripping from the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. In another bathroom, the shower door did not fit. A table in one room was damaged. On the third day, the electricity stopped working in one of the rooms, none of the staff was able to respond in any way.
• Nadja (1/5): Bad - It was very dirty and we even found some used condoms on the couch, as well as some clothes left from the previous customers I suppose. Also, the main reason we rented the apartment were the three separated bathrooms but one was out of function which was not mentioned before. All in all, for more than 1000 euros for a three day stay none of this should have happened.
