• Karen (3/5): Location and staff response time was amazing. Apartment’s water heater is too small to accommodate 8 guests. Apartment p - The location and the responsive of the staff The water heater is too small to accommodate 8 people. Each person had to conserve water and take quick showers and even then we had to wait over 30 minutes for the water heater to regenerate before the next person can shower.

Possibile depositare i bagagli ma presso altre strutture Purtroppo appena arrivati la caldaia si è rotta e nonostante abbiamo avvisato subito, il tecnico è passato in nostra assenza senza riuscire a risolvere il problema, risultato: 3 giorni senza potersi fare una doccia in 9 persone con 2 bambine!!! Può succedere ma non ci è stata proposta un'alternativa o una soluzione momentanea

• Naide (9/5): Perfect location and pleasant apartment. - The location and the layout were perfect for our needs. We especially loved our door man and woman, they were helpful and pleasant. Maybe a little updating the apartment.
• Naif (1/5): - الموقع التكيف كان معطل طول فترة اقامتي وطالبت باصلاحه ولم يتم تصليحه وكان السفر في شهر اوقست ( 8 ) في عز الحر ودافع 15 الف وما عوضوني الا 5% حتى انهم وقت طلب التصليح كان فيه تجاهل كبير وعدم الرد .. انتبه لما تحجز لا تتمقلب مثلي وتنام في المطبخ من الحر .
• Daniele (10/5): - Mi è piaciuto il fatto che ha 3 bagni, essendo in 6 persone è stato comodissimo. Che non è arrivata alle 15:00 la chiave digitale come previsto da loro tramite whatsapp, ho dovuto chiamare 2 volte ed entrare 1 ora dopo nel appartamento.
• Sara (9/5): - Posizione dell'appartamento eccellente, vicinissima alla Rambla e servita dalla metropolitana e dagli autobus di linea e turistici. L'appartamento ampio e ben diviso ha garantito la privacy di tutti, eravamo due famiglie ed ognuno ha avuto i propri spazi. Pulizia impeccabile. Host disponibili, ci hanno contattato svariate volte per avere un feedback su come stesse andando il soggiorno er verificare che non ci fossero problemi. Lo consiglio!

• Viaggiatricenelmondo (8/5): Good for vacation with a group of friends :) - Fantastic location. We could walk to many sites without taking the metro. Plenty of restaurants and cafes' nearby. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedroom (shower & toilet inside the room), 2 bedrooms (without shower & toilet) and 1 bathroom on the corridor. 1 bedroom was on a busy street, so those who stayed there could not sleep well. One of the toilets had a flushing issue. We reported the owner at the end of our stay so we hope it works properly now.
• Cheryl (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is big and the location is great. The apartment has a system that you need to use to enter the building. On our first night we were stuck outside in the middle of the night after a long day of traveling because the system was down. On our second night we received 2 messages complaining that we were making excessive noises and we should respect the neighbors day and night. We were out most of the time so we were definitely respecting the neighbors. Kindly note that we also heard noises earlier in the morning (5AM) and couldn’t sleep. The apartment has 3 bathrooms but 2 persons cannot shower at the same time.

• Joanne (9/5): A great apartment in the heart of the city! - Well located, clean with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We were also provided with a WhatsApp number to text/call with any issues. Staff were quick to respond and helpful, even sorting out all of our airport transfers which made life easier. Lengthy T&Cs. We were sent the wrong information for the digital key at the start which caused some confusion and delay entering the property. Guests are also required to do rather a lot when vacating the property.
• Shannon (5/5): Excellent location! Very clean and spacious. - The location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. First, the door from the street was a major problem. We had trouble almost every single time with it and almost got locked out one night. Luckily, a resident with a key showed up and let us in. A physical key should always be given for this property. The showers are extremely slippery and present a very real possibility for one to fall. There really needs to be a bar installed to hold onto while in the shower and especially for entering and leaving it. a nightlight for the bathrooms would also be a good idea. The shower stalls are clear glass and are hard to see in the middle of the night.
• Kyra (7/5): Good - Location. Easy to get to all areas of the city. The checking in procedure was awkward and the “keyless” entry to the building did not work all the time. Luckily there was a doorman there part of the time.

• Claire (8/5): Fantastic location - The apartment is ideally located for exploring the city on foot or one one of the hop on hop off buses. The property is lovely and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Check out instructions would be good to receive in advance and a smart tv would have put the icing on top of the cake!
• Aliaa (6/5): Pleasant - Location No organisation when we arrived no electricity, For more than 3hrs Then the communication was disappointing some from staff sending WhatsApp that there is noise and we are family at 9pm all members of family sleeping They send WhatsApp at 10:23pm there is noise!!!!

• Leigh (7/5): Great location, nice staff - Amazing location, very big apartment, very friendly staff at the reception centre One of the most awkward booking processes I've ever had at any accommodation. The apartment is nice and fairly modern, but it is starting to become a little tired and needs attention in certain areas. The apartment was only ready 40 minutes after the allowed check-in time and we had to wait outside on the stairs for 20 mins. The electronic key entry is nice it would be nice to send it to us at the allowed check-in time rather than make us trapes through the city to another location just for them to send it to us by WhatsApp

• Tedali (9/5): Spacy and well equipped apartment located in a perfect spot to visit downtown Barcelona - We received a link to an app that unlocked the doors. Easy and practical The need to register guests 48 hours prior to arrival was impractical for us because we needed to make last minute changes. 24h should be enough.
• Jamie (7/5): great location, big place for family but could be higher quality for the price - location was perfect and easy to use digital keys was a cool touch. size of the apartment was perfect and the layout was very nice to separate the kids from the adults. They included some of the cleaning materials, towels and sheets which was nice touch. the tv didnt work, shower handles kept popping off and beds sometimes fell apart, so not super quality of housing, but it was good for the time we spent there and had what we needed.

Ola living as a company poor - Location was brilliant .. large space Property was dirty if you didn’t wear shoes feet were black .. dirty bowls and chopping board … bathrooms not very clean. Basic with only 1 towel per person not hand towels .. nothing in kitchen to dry hands or wipe up with.. one pillow case per bed not extra pillowcases if anyone wanted another Getting in door via street and property door operated by phone app didn’t always work first time Office communication poor did not inform us until half way through visit that the office we picked keys from would be closed on leaving ( Spanish holiday) we had already agreed to leave bags there and organised taxi to airport to pick us up there … they were not willing to compromise so we had to wheel our bags around for 4 hours Good location but poor service especially for the price we payed. I would not recommend to anyone else could do much better

• Fitzpatrick (9/5): Superb - Until we arrived, I didn't understand that the 'reception' to get the keys was not directly on sight. Thankfully, the office wasn't far away and I could walk. Other than that, with 6 people, it was difficult for us all to have warm showers.
• Patricia (8/5): Location, location, location! - The best location for all the major sightseeing/ attractions, all within walking distance. Beds super comfortable, clean and modern furnishings. Large apartment to accommodate larger number of guest or family. Location is everything. Building has an elevator, for when your too tired to take the stairs, from walking the city. Easy access to taxis directly across the street from the building. Convenience of the 24hour Super Mercado grocery adjacent to apartment. Many cafes for morning coffee and pastries within 1 minute walk. Water pressure good. Black out window coverings make for a nice dark bedroom for those wee hours and sleeping comfort. Be prepared to buy everything you can possibly think of as a basic staple/necessity. This includes, but not limited to, paper towel, toilet paper, soap, coffee filters, coffee, wine opener, laundry soap. Basically 1 body towel provided per person, so if staying more than few days, be prepared to launder your towel. Lack of hangers, only about 4 per closet/room. Direct upstairs neighbors move around quite early, about 6am so be prepared for an early start. No personal orientation or instruction by the host on how to use the AC, washing machine, and gate front door keyless entry app. Can be very challenging if you are not tech savvy.

• John (8/5): A magical stay in a wonderful city, we’ll definitely be visiting again. - Excellent location, modern, well furnished apartment Kitchen was poorly equipped with cooking utensils. We had to go to Cortes Ingles that is near the apartment to buy kitchen knife, measuring jug, spatula and dish cloths.

• Cezette (8/5): A wonderful stay in a lovely apartment in a perfect location. - Excellent location. Apartment was clean and lovely. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of room for 7 adults. There was no mirror in any of the bedrooms which was inconvenient when getting ready. The only mirror outside of the bathrooms was in the living room. Also it would have been useful to have instructions on how to work the heating system.
• Berrin (5/5): We’ll never prefer the properties of Olaliving but Booking.com. - The location was great. The property was blg enough for us. We booked that property for leisure and we are not students. The attitude of the staff wasn’t kind because she kept telling me not to do something. I’ve never experienced such an attitude before in my Booking.com stays. They gave me such a feeling that they don’t trust their customers, they kept telling do that, do that …….. which was very disturbing. And also we had to go to their offlce to get the key. They should have brought the key to the property.

• Pierre (9/5): A very special holiday we will remember for years to come. - Excellent central location, near La Rambla, bars, restaurants, metro, taxis, buses. Also near the Gothic Quarter. Plenty of room in the apartment for six (or more) adults to be able to have their own space. We would have liked more drawer space in the bedrooms, and plugs for the bathroom sinks and bath. Also more coat hangers.
