• Anne (7/5): Toereikend voor het beoogde doel (slapen), met redelijke prijs kwaliteitverhouding - betaalbare plek op centrale locatie, rustige buurt, de meeste winkels en Tapas bars binnen handbereik, ook openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar, metro(aanrader) , stadsbusssen. mooie omgeving, ik vond persoonlijk de grafitti op de roldeuren van de diverse bedrijven mooi. Er was geen verwarming, en die was af en toe wel nodig, gelukkig was er beddegoed (dekbedden in overvloed). de schuine inloop (het ligt aan een helling) is mijn buurman over gestruikeld en gevallen, dit had een zwart/gele streep (tape oid) kunnen gebruiken

Mieszkanie zrobione w garażu/sklepie, ciemne i zimne zachęca do ogrzania się w słońcu Barcelony 🙂 ale w tej cenie większość to pokoje ze współdzieloną łazienką, także da się przeżyć. Bazą wypadowa na citybreak, po pierwszym szoku da się przyzwyczaić. To nie apartament tylko przerobiona klatka schodowa/ garaż na mieszkanie. Bardzo zimno, brak jakiegokolwiek ogrzewania, brak okien, żeby przewietrzyć pomieszczenia. Brudno, mimo aneksu kuchennego lepiej wziąć śniadanie na plażę 🙂

• DEBORAH (7/5): A noi non è dispiaciuta! ☺️ - Le recensioni che ho letto erano esageratamente negative, ma la casa costa pochissimo, quindi cosa vi aspettate? Siamo entrati e c era odore di pulito, lenzuola pulite, letti comodi, in casa funziona tutto (wc, Acqua calda, elettrodomestici), David che viene a fare il check in è estremamente puntuale e gentile. La posizione della casa è top. Forse bisognerebbe dare una bella imbiancata e acquistare asciugamani puliti tutti uguali per gli ospiti, e bisognerebbe aggiustare la porta scorrevole che da sulla terrazza che è rotta e non si chiude.
• Ducasse (7/5): Week end à Barcelone - L'emplacement est très bien, proche du métro, du port, du quartier étudiant, du mont juíc. C'est assez calme la nuit malgré les nombreux bars à tapas à proximité. Le manque de sérieux de l'homme de ménage qui jouait aux jeux vidéos au lieu de faire le ménage. Il n'est parti qu'à 18h alors qu on était là vers 16h... Ménage incomplet et bâclé. Des équipements manquants ou en mauvais état. Dommage car ce lieu serait une pépite s'il était mieux entretenu et mieux équipé.

Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato il pavimento in condizioni vergognose. il divano aveva delle dubbiose macchie nere e trasparenti, il lettino singolo aveva il copriletto completamente macchiato. Bagno degli orrori… il tappetino era nero, forse mai lavato. il lavandino perde acqua e il water non scarica, nella doccia alloggiavano 7 ceppi di ebola. il lavandino lo hanno pensato per i puffi non riuscivamo a lavare nemmeno i denti. IL FAMOSO PATIO FUORI ERA UNA DISCARICA A CIELO APERTO MAI VISTA TANTA SPORCIZIA. C’era una sedia con talmente tanta polvere che sembrava il parrucchino di mio nonno. Alla cucina sinceramente non ho avuto il coraggio di avvicinarmi. Ve lo consiglio se volete farvi venire un’intossicazione da muffa e umidità. Ma attenzione il fiore all’occhiello era il caldo asfissiante che non si poteva combattere se non con tre ventilatori, ciascuno con tre centimetri di polvere sopra. Fatevi un favore e statene alla larga. Le foto sinceramente non so in che appartamento le abbiano scattate, sicuramente non in questo.
