• Peter (8/5): I recommend! - Thanks to helpful Vitor for the smooth check-in. I was really early and they made it possible. The interior is tasteful and the bed is wonderful. Also the shower was excellent. Sometimes people living in the floor above could be heard when walking down some stairs (?) and the toilet flusher refilled sometimes due to a tiny leak (?). But overall, this was not at all disturbing.

Je vous recommande vivement cette location ! Dans sa globalité, l’appartement est très bien, l’isolation sonore au niveau de la rue est un peu désuète mais en soi ca reste très acceptable

The apartment was beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic Catalan character – high ceilings, lovely tiled floors, and a nice outdoor patio. The location couldn’t have been better – nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring our stay went smoothly. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Barcelona. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic, and convenient Barcelona experience. We’re already dreaming of our return! Can be a little noisey with the dog upstairs, but only for a few minutes per day.

Kitchen and utility had everything you could need, not that we really used them as out in the city most of the time but definitely handy to have It did have a damp smell and feel and the shower wasn't the best but nothing to put us off booking again.

The upstairs neighbors and people on the streets were on the louder side. Waking up from a child crying and dog barking from above in the middle of the night was unfortunate but nothing the host could do avoid that.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. There was no AC in the main room, just a small fan. Given that we visited in August, this was somewhat of an issue.

The apartment had almost everything The apartment depends a lot on artificial light, especially in the bedroom. All of the above is of little importance if you don't care about natural light in your room.

The washer and dryer were incredibly useful during our trip. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and responsive—when we mentioned we needed a fan, they quickly provided us with a new one.

• Kayleigh (10/5): Great apartment but disappointing act from host. - The property is absolutely stunning although we did have issues with the host which I will touch on later. With regards to the property it is a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom with terrace that is much bigger and better than the photos. Great location close to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and public transport. We enjoyed the little gift of bubbly in the fridge. After posting my original glowing review, I received a message demanding €40 for repairs to the dishwasher. Being good guests we had emptied our rubbish and recycling and cleaned the apartment as we found it and even turned on the dishwasher to wash the two Prosecco glasses and cutlery that we had used during our stay. On leaving the apartment the cycle had finished and we opened it to allow to dry. The host said that bubbles were flowing out onto the floor and that a technician was required which I know is a lie. I declined through booking dot com and they agreed that it was unreasonable. Be careful when staying here.

There are no windows! (You only get natural light from the door to the floor. The terrace is the first little house smoked between four walls. Sitting on the terrace means you are sitting between four walls. You don't have any view or anything. Just the walls. The apartment is very dark bathroom/toilet (no There are pics here) so dark you can hardly see yourself... no couch as comfy as the pics. Fewer Kitchen Utensils: That's why you always have to wash by hand. The host left two dishwasher and two washing machine marks.

Arriving when it was dark, it was not easy to spot number 4 bis and it was not possible to ring the bell as I did not know which apartment. That said I phoned and I was met at the gate. Yi6
