• Ashlie (8/5): was a very nice clean place, heating was alittle confusing but when figured out was amazing - cute small property driveway was no shovelled, car got stuck in driveway

• Ericka (1/5): Girls Shopping Trip - Location and that's it. I would say price if there were no issues. Heat went out and the owner left us without heat for the night. Should have offered to bring out a space heater or something but instead said he would have someone come out in the morning. Never replied to my saying "so you are leaving us with no heat for the night?" Said someone came out in the night but didn't tell us until the morning? Only had 1 fork and the garbage was full. The bathroom was not clean. They did offer to bring out more forks and have someone clean but that still would have been an inconvenience to us. The tub fills quickly while trying to shower. We asked if they would give us any type of refund and there was no reply! I do not recommend staying here.

• Judith (9/5): - This was a nice apartment on a quiet street in a nice neighbourhood. Walmart, Sobeys and Tim Hortons only a few blocks away. The host was very nice and responded quickly to texts and texted us to ensure our stay was good. We loved that there was laundry on site and two good sized bedrooms. The other tenant was a bit noisy, but otherwise a good experience overall.

• Ya (4/5): I will not take this rental again. - The location. Cleanness, it is lower level of the house. It is very noisy. We were not able to sleep well. You need to put some effort on cleanness.

Parking. spacious. too noisy! people upstairs so loud and disruptive. running back and forth above our heads. banging incessantly. screaming, music blaring. hanging out in the hallway, terrible insulation. I emailed the property regarding this and they ignored me. No hand soap in bathroom. container was empty. The place smelled so stale! like it needed to be aired out. Smelled like fish! Pillows were terrible. living room needs a curtain at the centre of the window.
• Rose (9/5): Superb - The location was a great spot not far from where everything is. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. The pillows to sleep on were not comfortable and hard. You might want to provide a softer pillow option for clients. One thing were not happy about was that the neighbours above us were not quiet through the night so we did not get a good night sleep.

Provision of Cable/Netflix is strongly recommended. - As the apartment in on the ground floor, the curtain in the Living room needs to be opaque and can be properly and fully closed to provide privacy. Also, provision of cable and/or netflix service on the TV is strongly recommended; this is especially required when the stay is for multiple days and in winter when harsh conditions require longer stays indoors.
