Didelis kačių kiekis. Stiprus kačių šlapimo kvapas. Viename miegamajame nebuvo įmanoma miegoti. Vaikas turėjo miegoti salone. Vėliau išsiaiškinome miegamojo spintoje buvo sudėti kačių apšlapinti daiktai.

• Marco (4/5): deludente - non confortevole - Pulizia appartamento in 9 giorni mai cambiati asciugamani. Richiesti teli doccia mai forniti (forniti due teli asciugamani per il viso a persona) ma nonostante le rassicurazioni telefoniche non abbiamo mai ricevuto i teli doccia. Acqua calda assente al massimo usciva quasi tiepida. Attrezzature per pulire il pavimento danneggiate e non funzionanti.

• Diane (9/5): - Prettig appartement Prachtig uitzicht, fijn zwembad. En de katten vonden we leuk! De stoelen buiten waren aan vervanging toe.
• Marta (10/5): I wish I could live there :) - TThe apt was just smashing! Beautiful sea view from the balcony/terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee :) Swimming pool clean, spacious, and not crowded. Beds very comfy, lots of equipment in the kitchen including ice cubs boxes :) Air-conditioning in each room including living room. Books in few languages, nice decorations. What else can I say, I'm hoping to come back one day!!
• Zsombók (9/5): - Hangulatos és kényelmes lakás tengerre néző kilátással..4 fő számára alkalmas a kényelmes pihenésre, amit a kertben található medence is elősegít. A tulajdonos segítőkész és gyorsan valaszol.
• Marcus (7/5): Great, would stay again! - Good location 10 minutes walk to beach and supermarket, access to pool. It's in a very quiet residential area. We arrived after midnight with a child and it would be nice to have some basics upon arrival, there was no toilet paper, or washing up liquid and a bar of soap for example. It would also be good to have some store cupboard stuff, salt and pepper, oil etc. Small things can make a big difference - as I'm sure each guest is buying this stuff and not using it all - as we did. Having said that this property was the cheapest we could find in the area, so perhaps that's what you pay for.
• Sara (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment, clean and spacious, with swimming pool quiet and relaxing, easy parking, in a location closed to Archaeological site of Pafos, beaches, restaurants and shops, with all is needed for expending some days around Pafos. -
• Horányi (4/5): Disappointing - The view was nice. The decoration and color scheme of the apartment was very cozy. The apartment right next to us was under renovation. They worked from 7 in the morning. We woke up to the sound of Flex. On the 4th day, cockroaches appeared in the apartment. We informed the owner of the inconvenience and the fact that he did not inform us of this in advance, but nothing else happened except as promised. We did not meet with the owner during the trip. The owner of the apartment below us took in stray cats (more than 10 cats were there), which resulted in a constant unpleasant smell and dirt. The icing on the cake is that there was a dog living in the apartment next to the "cat apartment", which barked all night. Honestly, based on this week, I can't recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.
• Marcus (8/5): Highly recommended. - The property is located in a nice complex, with access to a decent private swimming pool. Very quiet area and a short walk own to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The host was quick to respond to a query we had. It would be good to have a manual for some of the electrical appliances.
• Vasarė (9/5): Superb - I liked the quiet neighbourhood, the view from the balcony is very nice! The apartment is not new, but nicely decorated. They offered a cot for the baby wich us nice. The apartment had geatet which was nice as tge evening in februsry are a little chilly.Great value for the price. During our 2 week stay i faced a cockroach and little ants that live in the sockets and A/C. Also there is a weird smell in the room with 2 beds.but we did not use it so it was ok. Also a kitchen equipment such as knives, cutting board and some other stuff are outdated and worn out. A little investment in cuttlery would make a nicer cooking experience for the guests :)
• Nicholas (8/5): Nice 4 Day Stay in Pleasant Apartment close to Pafos - We spent 4 days in Monicas apartment and had a great time. The apartment had all we wanted, including a great view and a swimming pool at the back (although it was the wrong time of year for us to use it). The bed was fine, kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was ok but a dedicated spot would have been better and in the end we left the car on the main road. The car was a requirement for us as we weren't so central here. We also liked "Pedro's", the nearby family-run restaurant and visited twice during our short stay. All was good for our needs during our short stay in the area. Better explanation about the parking. But, everything else was fine.
• Ewa (7/5): Great for the price - The apartment was well equipped from DVDs, book, candles to iron and extra duvets. It was exceptional value for money. The kitchen appliances look out of date but they worked great especially the oven. The views were there overlooking the lit up pool in the dark was cool. I love how the apartment had the same theme- beach running throughout. Location: it is a little far from Pafos (14min bus ride) and positioned on a steep hill (it's a 5min walk down to the coastal road). Host wasn't there (I think he is in a different country) but is always accessible by WhatApp so getting a quick fix is unlikely. Shower pressure was low but I think that is an issue in all of Cyprus. Unlike everything else the kitchen could be more equipped like scissors or more different knives. Worth noting that the room with 2 single beds like the bathroom does not have a HVAC system so it can get a little cold in December (second duvet proved really helpful). Also the two single beds are quite hard a mattress topper would help but I had no issues sleeping.
• Adam (10/5): Nice one I’ll be back! - Excellent location, it helps to have a car as it’s on the hills but right outside there are shops and local restaurants. I see many people walking. The view from the apartment in return is amazing. You can have breakfast on the balcony while looking at the sea and the well-kept pool outside. Clean and nice place. Good Wi-Fi which was important for me as I work on the internet. Coral bay and Paphos town both 10 mins drive. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops including a 24 hours one just around the corner. Very nice owner, good communication and friendly, helpful person. I’ll be back!!
