- Márcia (8/5): Boa cama, mas hospedes barulhentos. - O lugar é lindo, quarto bem equipado. Colchão ótimo, banho bem quentinho e tem uma pequena cozinha. O aquecedor parece que não funcionava de acordo com os comandos. O nosso quarto de numero 01, fica bem na entrada e tem barulho dos hóspedes muito cedo. Logo que chegamos pedimos para trocar, mas disseram que estava cheio. Achei falta de um bom atendimento no check-in. Tinha cães nada amigaveis na parte externa do hotel.

- Helga (10/5): - Amazing hotel in the outskirt of Coyhaique . You will need a car to get there. The road leading to this facility is a dirt unpaved road but currently the road is under construction and part of it is already in concrete. Very soon they will be able to access this hotel with a paved road
