• marcia (3/5): Proprietário precisa fazer a manutenção antes de alugar! - Localização, apesar do AP ser de frente para a rua e ter muito barulho! O atendimento da imobiliária foi excelente, fizeram tudo que estava ao alcance deles! AP em péssima conservação. Um ar condicionado estava estragado e outro era muito barulhento! Tiveram que instalar um split durante nossa hospedagem! O prato do microondas não girava! O chuveiro era super fraco, sendo impossível lavar os cabelos!!!! Ao lado do prédio tem bar com música muito alta! Ainda bem que a música foi só até às 22 HS.
