The pick-up of the keys can be done from 14:00 through Mrs Müller who lives nearby at Schützenstrasse 8a, on the way to Grünen Aue. Outstanding payments can also be processed with her. Please call her on the day of arrival to confirm the arrival time. You can find out her telephone number by contacting the property in advance. Guests that have paid the tourist tax have discounted entry to Braunlage's indoor and outdoor swimming pools, guided tours and the wellness park. Towels and/or bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement. Alternatively guests can bring their own.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
