Mikeus (8/5): This overnight stay was nice, but with unexpected trouble. I think this could be ironed out though! - The receptionist was exceptional in trying to communicate in English. Check-in was fast and efficient! Dinner and breakfast were very nice. We found the room cold and didn't know how to heat the room. The boiler was off and a mini-heater brought in to make the room comfortable. Internet did not work and the receptionist also had trouble. She finally found that the incorrect password was being used and new one did the trick.
