- Elspeth (8/5): We would certainly use this apartment again if we were in this part of Victoria again. - It was lovely to have some food supplies available when we arrived. Having a handle next to the door of the shower would be handy for when you have to step down out of the shower cubicle.

- Maree (8/5): Very convenient and suited our needs as we had family close by. - It was very good to have a bit of food for breakfast in the cupboard/fridge. It was great to be in walking distance to the shops and being able to use the buses. Lighting was a bit dim and the television didn't seem to have as many channels
- Troy (1/5): Bad - I paid for 2 separate units but was told on arrival the person only owned one unit in the block,which I did not realise until my carer and myself arrived after a 3 hour drive.
The block of units itself wa an old brick block which had mattresses and rubbish dumped on the nature strip.
It was advertised $170 per unit with $110 cleaning fee, which I assumed was if we made a mess.plus $30 linen fee? So my $170 became$310
I tried to contact the owner the phone the number on his website was disconnected, I tried to email him but emails bounced back.
When I finally got on to him through cleaner, I asked for an invoice which he sent with no ABN or GST when I questioned this I was told he doesn't need an ABN or pay GST.
I didn't stay as I needed 2 separate apartments for my carer and I.
I then paid for accommodation elsewhere.

I did not notice the information about the lack of WiFi; so it was a bit of a nuisance at first, but the owners quickly took steps to install the device
