• Dana (10/5): Perfect - The apartment is located in the attic of a wonderful villa. It is modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is a coffee maker, toaster. Comfortable bed, we slept like babies, the apartment is wonderfully quiet. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The villa is located about 15 minutes walk from the old town and 5 minutes downhill is the port. There are supermarkets and a perfect bakery nearby. A few meters from the villa there is a bus stop to the center. The owner was accommodating during check-in. We were very satisfied.

W łazience żel pod prysznic, suszarka i ręczniki. W kuchni toster, czajnik, duża lodówka - wszystko co potrzebne do własnego gotowania. Łóżko wygodne, pościel bardzo przyjemna!! Wejście przez bramę na teren oraz ogród powinny być oświetlone, jak wracaliśmy wieczorem trzeba było włączać latarki

• Tim (9/5): Clean, comfortable and well equipped quiet apartment! - A clean, calming and modern space with great air conditioning and nice linen sheets. It's about 20mins walk to the old town but swimming spots are closer.

• Daniil (10/5): - Historic building on the outside and modern fully renovated apartment on the inside. Perfect combination! Friendly and fast responsive host. Just a 25 min walk from old town. A couple nice bars and restuarants not far from location. Also a beach around ~15 min walk away.

• Clare (9/5): The apartment began to feel like home… - It’s a cool, contemporary apartment in an interesting building. It’s in a great location for walking to all points of interest including the port of Gruz. Communication is first rate and the hosts are proactive in responding to queries. The steps are tricky, especially with luggage. It’s worth the effort though!
• Makar (8/5): Very good - Great location 15 minutes to the nearest beach quite close to the old town and shops. The cozy room is inside the historic mansion with amazing Mountain View from the windows. -The shower drain was clogged so the water wouldn’t go down and I had to unclog it myself -The coffee machine requires special capsules that you can’t find in a regular supermarkets
• Yuliia (10/5): Highly recommend! - Pleasant stay! My friend and I spent 3 nights. Cool, clean, modern and quite apartment. Well occupied kitchen: we usually make breakfast and had some snacks and wine at the evening. 20 min walk away from Old city but we enjoyed walking and also walk to Babin kuk along the seaside. Big shop nearby and nice Fish bar restaurant around 15 min walk. You need to be mindful and not bonk your head (as it mansard) :)

Spacious apartment with modern decor and access to Netflix. Loved that I was able to leave my luggage there during the day after check out at no extra cost! Great comm’s from host too. Just a little bit of feedback - lights outside the property would be helpful as arriving on a late flight and having to get up several flights of stairs with case/bags was difficult whilst using the torch on my phone too 😅

The building was beautiful, the area was nice and quiet and there was a shop 5 minute walk from the apartment. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had! • Erika (9/5): Probably the best and affordable flat in entire Dubrovnik - The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk from Lapad, Grûz and Old Town and very close to Dubrovnik’s best beach Bellevue. The facility is modern and clean. The host is beyond superb and very helpful with everything you could imagine during your trip. The only and I mean only downside is that when you arrive at night, there are no light outdoors and if you are afraid of the dark like me it can be a bit scary.
• Vukan (10/5): A dreamy mix of old and new - I enjoyed many things about Villa Roma - the beauty of the old villa's façade and its wild garden, the modern and functional apartment, the great location (a lovely walk to the old town and to Bellevue beach). I also worked from the apartment for a few days which was very comfortable thanks to the apartment layout, nice view and good internet. Zeljko was an excellent host - grateful for his recommendations and help organising our airport transfer. The only thing that comes to mind is that the pillows could be more comfortable.

The location is strategic because the ancient center of Dubrovnik is easily reachable by bus (very frequent) in less than ten minutes. The apartment offers everything, it is very clean, a wonderful view, the place is quiet and the owners are extraordinary. Super recommended!!! Go to Villaroma!!! Such a charming building and the apartment was very spacious. The host was kind and very responsive with any questions. The apartment had everything we needed for our time in Dubrovnik.

Location wise, it's not in the old town but you have good connection to any tourist attractions. The floor of bathroom will get wet after taking a shower, which is a little bit annoying.
• Габриела (10/5): More than amazing - This accommodation is amazing. I really felt like home. The building is beautiful and vintage from the outside and inside everything is renovated, new and stylish. The apartment was very clean and it has everything that you could need. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, seasonings, olive oil, coffee, tee and etc. I loved the water dispenser in the fridge. I got not lucky with the weather, but happily there was Netflix, so I enjoyed staying in. Bathtub is also really cool. Bed is very comfortable. The hosts were nice, polite and ready to help. There is self-check-in option, but they wrote me a few times on WhatsApp to check if everything is okay. The Villa Roma is between the Old town and the new part of Dubrovnik. Walking distance to the Old town is not more than 20min and to the main bus station and the port is the same time. Also it’s close to the bus stop “Police Station” (1min) and to a big supermarket Tonny (6min). To summarise - it was amazing and I recommend it if you want to feel at home in Dubrovnik. Tip for your trip: from the airport take the public transport (example №11) and not the shuttle bus. It’s half price and it stops near the Villa Roma.

• Jab71 (10/5): Dubrovnik hideaway - Everything was perfect. This place is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. The huge bathroom deserves it's own review! I liked that is was outside the old town, it was good to get away from all the tourists each day by jumping on one of the many buses that pass the house (or the parallel street due to the one-way systems); that said, if you can stand the heat, it is walking distance. I kept thinking that I would like to come again in winter, cooler and less tourists maybe? Contact with the owners was wonderfully prompt at all times. All the extras that end up costing a lot and that you hardly use but need, (oil, salt, pepper, etc) were all there. I can't recommend this place enough. Nothing, it was perfect.
