• Nada (10/5): - Eldin is a gentleman and was there to greet me which I appreciated. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was the big seller for me. 10 to 15 mins walk from the ferry, and 20 to 25 mins walk to Old Town which is totally worth it as the views along the route were spectacular and picture worthy!

• Giuliana Marzia (10/5): - posizione strategica e tranquillità: questi i punti di forza di casa ELDIN. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione ottima, vicinissimo al porto di Gruz, in una zona tranquilla e fornita di tutti i servizi (autobus, banche, supermercati, negozi, bar, etcc...). La camera,anche se affacciata su una via trafficata, è molto silenziosa e fresca. Il bagno è spazioso e con una bella doccia ampia e moderna, lavatrice e anche il kit di pronto soccorso. Edin è stato sempre molto gentile e cortese nel venirci incontro con gli orari ed i suoi preziosi suggerimenti per visitare la città. Il piccolo balconcino condiviso con gli altri appartamenti è ideale per prendere un buon caffè e fare due chiacchiere all'aria aperta. Un’ottimo pied a terre per visitare la meravigliosa Dubrovnik e i suoi dintorni.

• Vittoria (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole, ottima accoglienza - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con i miei genitori per 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati bene. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo sin da prima dell’arrivo: sempre disponibile, presente e pronto a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie. Durante il soggiorno è rimasto reperibile e molto cordiale. La posizione è comoda, con supermercato e fermata dei mezzi pubblici vicini. Il giorno della partenza ci ha gentilmente tenuto i bagagli fino al momento della nostra partenza, cosa molto apprezzata. L’alloggio in generale è andato bene: pulito, funzionale e in linea con le aspettative. Nel complesso, un soggiorno positivo che consigliamo, soprattutto per la gentilezza del proprietario e la comodità della posizione. L’unico aspetto da migliorare riguarda gli utensili da cucina, alcuni dei quali erano un po’ consumati e non perfettamente puliti.

• Matteo (8/5): - Spacious and clean place and has all the things you need for a pleasant stay. What I really liked was the bathroom, as it was spacious and the shower had doors and not a curtain. Also, a towel for the floor is given to you, which I appreciated. The host is very friendly and will help you with any question. Overall, it made our stay in Dubrovnik carefree. The walls are thin, and you will hear anything from the corridor and the streets. You can't fully darken your room.

• Angelo (10/5): WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - We enjoyed our 6 day stay in Dubrovnik very much. We were warmly greeted by Eldin’s father, a perfect gentleman. We were happy and honored to meet Eldin, his dad and mom. It was easy to enter the building and the apartment. The apt was immaculate, cozy, very comfortable, well equipped and well organized: the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Many commodities were provided in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower is spacious and plenty of hot water. The apt is very well located, at 15 min on foot from the harbour, and the Old town where we find many bars, restaurants and shops, and numerous places to visit. The host was overly helpful in providing us with useful information and answered our questions very expeditiously. They made sure that we felt welcomed, cared for, and valued. They were one of the best hosts we have ever met.

• Shelton (10/5): A wonderful apartment with everything you would need - This apartment had every conceivable item one could need. The owners were helpful and flexible. Very clean and near perfect. Close to all the buses to the old city, harbour, bus station and supermarkets. I didn’t realize that it was not close to the old city and you definitely need to use the buses as it’s 1.7km away from Pile gate. Also being on the second floor with many stairs may not suit everyone with heavy luggage.

Had everything I needed including a washing machine, microwave and toastie maker. It was a very clean place and they clearly put a lot of effort into maintaining the apartment. Very cosy and homely, I was very happy staying here. Location is good. A straight 20 minute walk to the bus station one way and a straight 25 minute walk to the old town the other way. Very accessible and easy.

• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect stay for a travelling couple - It's clear that these hosts are not here to make a quick buck off you, they actually care for the quality of your stay, even at this affordable price point. the owner was friendly and adaptable with a later check in when our flight was delayed, and let us know he was there if we needed anything. The facilities are incredible at such a low price point. Beach umbrella, travel adapter, panini press, makeup remover, washing machine and laundry detergent, different ways to make your coffee, well-equipped with pots and pans, and everything was very clean! Only wish we had stayed longer!!

Everything what you could possibly need. And the host was so nice also. Apartment itself was better looking than in photos. On the street where the apartment was where two exactly same addresses about 1 kilometer apart from each others and that did make it harder to find the apartment. I would but a big note about that to Booking so next clients would find it easier. Host did actually send me a link and advised me to but only the apartments name to google maps but i already forgot about that because i always copy the apartments address from the booking confirmation and i belive i'm not the only one who does that.

• Sraboni (10/5): Great stay near to Port and old town - Room was conveniently located between new port and old town..Bus stops to old town, new port or Cavtat is merely 3 mins by walk. Supermarkets are nearby. Host was very helpful and a thorough gentleman. Kitchen well equipped, nice spacious bathroom, bed was comfortable. we enjoyed our 7 days stay here. Recommended!! All good except you need to climb around 2 floors to reach your apartment, no lifts(thts what the story almost everywhere in Dubrovnik). Otherwise all was perfect!!

• Gayane (10/5): I had an amazing time, unforgettable stay at Dubrovnik, appartment provide me all the comfort - The host was available and was ready to meet and pass me the keys at the time of my arrival, early check-in was available, very clean, every single details was taken into account e.g. make up removal, first-aid kit, cotton wool, all necessary facilities for the bathroom and kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar. The location was ideal, close to the bus stop, supermarket, bakery, 25 minutes walk to the old town. Balkony was very comfortable to have a coffee. I strongly advice to book the Eldin since it is comfortable, clean appartment, has good facilities and location. I had an amaizing time. Nothing!! Everything was over of my expectations

The old town is about 20mins walk but there are regular buses from a close by stop going to the main Gate. A beautiful beach is about 15 mins walk away. The owner's were lovely & very helpful. • Anonymous (10/5): Comfy apartment in Dubrovnik - Everything was great. The host was very nice and helpful. The location is 20 minutes from the bus terminal and 20 minutes from the old town. Near the apartment there is a bakery and supermarket. Apartment has everything people can need during their stay (washing machine, microwave, kettle, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, sandwich maker, stove). It is small but comfy. I recommend it for the stay in the beautiful town of Dubrovnik.

The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you may need. The host is very nice and answers fast. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend!
• Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Situated nicely between the port and old town, this is a great place to stay if you are looking to be away from major crowds. Buses run frequently to the old town so there is nothing to worry about. For the more adventurous, this should take 20 minutes to walk. There is a nice choice of supermarkets if this is something you are interested in. The host was great, allowed us to leave our bags from the early morning coach to Dubrovnik, and was extremely communicative.

• Sofie (10/5): A perfect, home-like stay a walk away from the old town. - Well-equipped, good-sized apartment 20min walks away from the old town. The apartment is located next to a big street, but very quiet. The airport bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. We spent 6 nights in the apartment and it did feel like a home to us. I can highly recommend it.
• Dalma (9/5): I would stay again without thinking it - This is the second time i stay at Apartments Eldin, you have everything you need, from kitchen appliances, anything you can need in the bedroom and having a washing machine which is a huge plus. The apartment is nearby everything, supermarkets, kiosks, only 7 or so blocks from the Gruz and the best part only 7 blocks away from my fave beach, Bellevue. Also you can walk to the old town or you can take the bus 80 meters away from the apartment. The distribution in this apartment is not the best, last time i stayed in another one. This one didn't had enough natural light but it works anyways since the idea is not to stay at the apartment all day.

The bathroom was large and included a washing machine. The eating area was a bit cramped but it couldn't have been placed anywhere else.

• Sotiris (10/5): Simple and rather functional apartment. - The proximity to buses and old city. The immediacy of response to our questions by the landlord. The availability of coffee, tea, cold water and even a couple of beers in the fridge The proximity to a major uphill city street that had us kept the windows closed nearly all the time. The hot water pipes in the shower were extremely, if not dangerously, hot.

• Vlad (10/5): Amazing stay - This place had everything. It was comfortable and clean. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and nice to talk too. While I enjoyed the more quiet area of Dubrovnik the apartments are in, walking 2 km back and forth between the Old Town and their accomodation might not be suitable for all people.
• Edita (9/5): Well equipped apartment in between port and old town - The apartment is well equipped. Kitchen has everything one could need. Big bed was comfortable. This room faces inner yard, so much less noise from the street. Room windows face north, so it was not hot inside, even though outside was +35 Celsius, I didn't need to use AC. Host polite and helpful. Location is between port&bus station and old town. Nearby to 3 supermarkets, easy to shop for food, if don't want to eat out all the time.
• Andreea (10/5): Highly recommend - A good size apartment, located very close to airport shuttle, bus stop, to shops and restaurants, to the beach. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay (microwave oven, stove, washing machine, TV, AC, Wi-Fi, etc.). The beds were big and comfortable. There was good water pressure in the shower. The appliances were functioning well. Good Wi-Fi. The host was friendly and helpful. There was no lighting outside of the building and the street at the front is a bit busy at night.

All applicances functioning well, maintained and cleaned very well. Value for money. Would stay again. Some noise from a busy road if the window is kept open - but not really a problem.

The host was nice to deal with he arranged a car to the airport. There are a few steps to reach the apartment could be an issue with heavy luggage. The room is a bit tight for 3 people but the beds were fit for 3 and comfortable.
