• Hoi (8/5): Great location but unit was not as bright as we preferred. - Great location for exploring old town. Unit had a nice layout. Unit didn’t have much natural light and air was somewhat stale but air conditioner and humidifier worked nicely. Hot water tank barely had sufficient capacity for 2 people so had to wait few minutes between showers. There was construction during our stay so there was no water for one of the morning. Not the owners fault but we didn’t get any advance notification.
• Neville (10/5): - The host was very helpful. He contacted us well before our travel date, helped to organise transfers and met us on arrival in Dubrovnik. Breakfasts were excellent.
• Mervyn (9/5): Fantastic Location in a Beautiful City! - The apartment was located in a very quiet position but just a few steps from the centre and within walking distance of everything. The owner arranged taxi transfers from and to the airport and we were met on arrival and shown to the apartment. On the last day we could store our luggage at Cafe Festival where breakfast was taken each morning. Breakfasts were light with a good choice and excellent coffee. I have no hesitation to recommend. The apartment was a little dark and it would be nice to include more than one beverage with breakfast

• Barb (8/5): Beautiful but busy city. The location of the apartment was excellent. - Location and breakfast. Predrag helped us to the place and carried our bags! Dark and damp. Hot water was scarce. Couldn’t keep windows open at night as it was loud (loading of bottles and supplies for restaurants and passersby). No coffee maker or espresso maker.
• Marina (9/5): - Nice location. Very cute apartment and the host was easy to communicate with. The included breakfast was also good. The kitchen was quite nice as well. The bathroom was pretty modern. All the basic necessities were provided and in great shape. The sound carries very well (including the bathroom)in this property, which makes privacy a little challenging for certain activities. I think if you’re staying here as a couple or a couple with kids that is not an issue if your group was made up of different people then that’s up to you.
• Janis (8/5): Clean comfortable and great location - Clean and comfortable inside the walls of old town. Well equipped for long or short stay and hosts went out of their way to make our stay just right, helping with luggage and offering other assistance as needed. Would stay there again. A little bit of noise while folks made their way to work down stone walkway but did not bother us as we like to be up by 8 am. Very quiet at night.

• nazli (8/5): Very efficient nice apartment with great staff - Very well equipped with all the kitchen utensils. The bed and bathroom are comfortable. Very good location (not a lot of stairs) Very helpful owner. The cafe for breakfast has a nice ambiance Since it is in the old town it gets a bit loud if you open the windows. Also no curtains so we couldn’t turn the blinds on which made the room a bit dark.

• Remington (10/5): memorable experience - Our stay at Petra was a memorable experience from start to finish. We were assisted with our luggage and taken to the apartment upon arriving to Old Town. The walk to the apartment was short and at a great location. Each time we left and came back to the apartment we found ourselves admiring the streets and buildings. The apartment had everything we needed to accommodate us (two adults and two children). Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. The staff at the restaurant was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to enhance our dining experience.
• Peter (9/5): Accommodation added to a fantastic week's break in a truly lovely Town - We were met at the airport, driven to the old town gates and met by a representative of the owner who took us to our apartment in the Old Town, which is superbly equipped. Petrica kept in touch by email and gave advice on several questions. Everything in the apartment was of high quality and it was spotlessly clean. So well positioned that you really felt part of the inner Dubrovnik community. Several little touches made the experience great....leave future visitors to discover those !!!. We had breakfast every morning in a bar/restaurant owned by the owner which was about a 5 minute walk away but a lovely experience every morning. Our return flight was late evening and Petrica arranged for our cases to be stored in the restaurant and we were then escorted back to the taxi outside the Town gates. Totally enjoyable experience. Nothing to dislike at all !!

• Sandra (10/5): Would highly recommend - Amazing location in the heart of Old Town. No big steps to get to the apartment or anything. Clean, good shower and bed. Breakfast is omletes or a toastie from Cafe Festival which is perfect and light. This is more of a tip for the next person: Bit of bother checking in. If you're arriving late into Dubrovnik do get onto the host first when you're 10 mins away. We arrived around 11pm and we didn't realise we'd to wait for the key as on booking.com it says there's a front desk so we went around in circles for 40 mins thinking we were at the wrong place before contacting the host. The host is brilliant tho and was there in no time after we contacted him.

The breakfast at Cafe Festival was excellent and very convenient… Felt right at home Liked everything ….

• Stacey (10/5): Great value, immaculate well outfitted apartment, great host. - This beautiful and well appointed apartment is so easy to access, it is near all sorts of wonderful eateries, and the owner and her staff provide exceptional service(s). We utilized the transportation offered and were met at the airport with a beautiful Mercedes which delivered us to Dubrovnik Old Town where we were met by Matej, who assisted us to the apartment, and provided us with an outstanding orientation to the apartment. Matej was a real help with several requests including a split airport pickup. There is a delicious breakfast included with the apartment at Cafe Festival- the fresh squeezed orange juice is such a treat. Don't just eat breakfast there- there is a diverse menu with many Croatian dishes We have stayed at other Petra Apartments, this experience equals our other positive experiences. I have no criticism to offer

Breakfast was included at the Festival cafe which was great. Washing machine was great but drying clothes on the clothes rack took a long while because it was indoors. A very small inconvenience.

• Anne (7/5): Brilliant location, excellently equipped, we wanted for nothing at all. Excellent. It was just a massive heat wave which - It’s location was excellent! The host was in touch very quickly and it was extremely well equipped. Plenty of towels and cleaning materials as well as pots pans and a good sized fridge. The property was an old building in the stone and because of the extreme heat the weak we were there the whole area felt damp, this was the whole area due to 80% humidity so could not be helped.
• Becka (10/5): A perfect little hidden gem 💎 - Perfect location in a quiet cool street in the centre of Dubrovnik, although once you close the door you wouldn’t know it as it’s very peaceful Apartment had everything we needed and the hosts were so helpful. The breakfast provided each day was lovely and served the best coffee I’ve tasted. It was a perfect solution as we could watch the world go by at breakfast and we didn’t have to think about finding somewhere for food every morning. Breakfast was served from 7-12 so it suited any activities we had planned. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Dubrovnik Nothing

I chose omelette with toast. Got a 4half fine toast bread without serving any butter. My son chose cereal and fruits. The fruit cut into small pieces. It looks like grapes cut into 5 pieces

I was just as just a little noisy in the alleyway as there were builders transporting materials.
• Treavor (10/5): The sum of all the small touches puts this property into a high tier for your holiday/vacation needs! - The property was extremely fitting of Dubrovnik with the fit, finish, and extra touches. From the first interaction with the staff and the personal attention paid to my family as we were guided to the property was a great initial impression that continued during our stay. Even the staff at the Cafe Festival where the included breakfast was served were super inviting with amazing service. The location was very nice and quiet, but did not feel outside of the old town experience. Finally, the personal touches of the apartment were really top notch. There were a lot of extra towels and the provided toiletries were from a higher class brand. Also, playing up the Game of Thrones experience by having all the Game of Thrones books was an awesome touch! Super subjective, but a coffee maker would be a cherry on top for all the amenities provided in the property.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and there were adequate towels, tea and oranges available. The breakfast at Cafe Festival was delicious and fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

• Ronald (10/5): We would definitely recommend this apartment - Great location. Much fewer steps than most apartments. Close to the Stradun but far enough off to be much quieter. The help that met us at Pile Gate took our luggage down the Stradun and up all the steps (about 10 in all) to the apartment. The apartment was spacious with good temperature controls, plenty of seating, comfortable bed, lots of outlets. The bathroom ventilation was poor. It got very humid after two showers and wouldn’t clear up. We kept the door closed to keep the rest of the unit comfortable which didn’t help the humidity dissipate.
• Lucia (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is perfect in every detail🙌🏽 . Location is near everything. The distance between both gates is by easy walk. Dont worry there is not too much steps in Dubrovnik what mostly people are afraid of, its ok. We had great breakfast in traditional cafe on main street Stradun🤌🏼. I highly recommend to stay in the Old town for the first time in Dubrovnik. Thanks to Tony we got special help with umbrella during rainy days & printed boarding passes as well.

• Rochelle (10/5): excellent location and the best hosts! - Location unbelievable!! we absolutely loved it here! staff and hosts were so helpful before, during and even after check out! should know there is some inclines to get to room, but really worth it and means you are close to cliff bar!
