• Richard (10/5): Beautiful apartment and view in a brilliant area - This beautiful apartment is situated within walking distance from the old town. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we would need. The host was so welcoming and helpful. He even helped us to park which is rare for apartments in this area. The pool is a wonderful edition and grocery stores are a short distance. Thank you for our stay

The walk to old town is downhill, takes about ten minutes and is a gorgeous and quick walk, so very conveniently located but not too loud either. The pool was crystal clear and the view is absolutely stunning. The apartment itself is well maintained and has everything you need for your stay. The host is also extremely welcoming as well as very accommodating. He can help organise lifts to and from the airport. All around, a great place to stay, very welcoming and comfortable and we would definitely come again.

• perkules1 (9/5): Close to the center, paid parking available, convenient and clean - Super friendly owner, helped us with the parking (which is nearby, but not exaclty attached to the property), hillside location, stairs will get you to the center in no time. we didnt get to use the pool as we were there in winter but i imagine it must be a nice plus in summer. shops nearby. very clean and convenient, would recommend.

• Nikos (1/5): Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχαμε ποτέ! Απαράδεκτη - Τοποθεσία, χώρος Άσχημη μυρωδιά στα δωμάτια, βρώμικη πισίνα και το κυριότερο ο σπιτονοικοκύρης μας απείλησε ότι θα μας ΣΚΟΤΩΣΕΙ!! Εάν δεν φύγουμε από το διαμέρισμα, ενώ το είχαμε πληρώσει λόγω μιας παρεξήγησης με τη θέση πάρκινγκ.

• Martin (10/5): Excellent place to stay - I had to travel during night, and this apartment was really close to the road, with parking just close to the residence. It was very quiet and the apartment was with all required furniture. Even why i was in winter the apartment was warm. Very close to all of attractions.

Trochu vzdálené parkováníi. Je možné využít velké parkoviště za 24 Eur za den nebo parkování od hostitele.

Теплый пол с подогревом и уютное и очень чистое пространство внутри. Не смотря на то, что мы остановились в Apartment Pero&Mika в ноябре, когда на улице уже было давольно прохладно, вид на бассейн на закате, просто великолепно. Внутри мы нашли все чтобы чувствовать себя комфортно, от фена и тостера, до стильной машинки и посудомойки. Мы без труда дошли пешком до строго города, смогли пробовать супер-бургеры и пиццу в кафе неподалеку; Владелец, был с нами на связи и помогал с рекомендациями ) Мы очень довольны этой поездкой, надеемся вернуться еще.

• Rachel (9/5): Lovely apartment with a pool and a great view - We loved the pool/outdoor area and the big beds plus the fact that even though it’s a busy road, it quietens at night plus with the window and shutter closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. I was worried as I live in a quiet rural area but I slept brilliantly. Good view over Dubrovnik with a lovely area to sit outside. We didn’t really use the cooking facilities apart from the microwave so can’t comment on that. Pero was great with fast transfers to and from the airport too (even when our flights out were delayed, then diverted so we turned up the next day!). He provided towels for the pool too - very kind. Lots and lots of steps down to the old town for my 79 year old mum but we knew about that before (catch bus 8 from Pile via the port back up to the traffic lights/ big junction downhill a little way from the apartment - free with Dubrovnik pass) or a taxi back!

• odile (7/5): Très belle ville et très propre. Les gens sont accueillants et agréables. - La proximité de la ville. Il y a la route devant l’appartement, néanmoins très calme le soir et la nuit. Il y’a une jolie piscine mais malheureusement la température trop froide pour s’y baigner. L’appartement est fonctionnel et propre. L’accueil agréable et courtois et à disposition pour toutes questions. L’appartement un peu petit et il manque un wc de plus. Quand on est 4, il faut un peu d’organisation.

Communication was great as he reached out over WhatsApp. The next day as we needed to get back to the airport, he picked us up from the old town to save the hassle of walking back up hill with our baby. The super king sized beds were very comfy, the place was quiet, spotless with a lovely pool.

• Joske (9/5): Fantastisch appartement in Dubrovnik - Heerlijke plek met geweldig uitzicht over de stad en zee. Zwembad is een geweldig extra. Pero ongelooflijk aardig. Niets is teveel. Reageert ontzettend snel op berichtjes. Het enige wat anders had gekund was op één of andere manier toch iets van een schaduwplek bij het zwembad.

Let’s say that children didn’t want to leave the apartment (swimming pool) and go to Old City😉 Really excellent location (near Old City) but without noise of tourists. View for Adriatic See and sunset really worth to see. Close to shop and recommend restaurant Tata burger (price much lower than in nearby). And the best: owner… Pero, thanks a lot! Maybe prolong of accommodation is rather common, but it was my first time when owner transferred me and family directly to airport. Ps. pictures of apartment are real

Pool lovely, apartment comfortable and with all the amenities you could want. Aircon very effective (there are 2 units, we only needed to use one) and the apartment is well insulated so there's no outside noise when indoors.

Friendly owner and any minor issues/ questions were addressed immediately. Airport transfer booked through the owner who kindly looked after our luggage after check out so that we could continue to explore.

• Γεωργία (1/5): Bad - We have troubles with the room such as that the room has the central door open, the closet is broken by the previous guests, the blankets aren't protected by dust, and obviously the price for one night in a off season apartment with these problems was high. When we told our problems to the host he threatened us and told us that we messed with the wrong person and that all of these was kids playing!! Really bad hospitality !!
• Tretyakov (5/5): I'm sure it is not too though to find a better place for less money - distance to old town. We were just 30 km from this place when we booked it. We received quick response and communication went smoothly. dish (pan and some of a glasses) were dirty. In the land of oils there were no olive oil in the kitchen, same as salt BTW. Staff promised to brings us a a milled coffee to let us make it in the morning- seems to forgot to do it. There is NO BARBEQUE in the area, though it is defined in the list. We were acknowledged about it only on arrival. keep in mind you will have to pay additional 24 eur per parking,

Short walk into old city. Peter was very helpful with any requests. We enjoyed everything, but we were prior warned (through reviews) that there were a good few flights of stairs walking back from the old city. It wasn't a problem for us, although we did catch a taxi back once 🤣.

• David (8/5): We had a lovely stay at Peter's apartment in Dubrovnik. It's a very comfortable space but we booked this because - The pool which was why we booked. Good amount of space and comfortable. Whilst close to the old town it’s a lot of steps back up the apartment at the end of the day.
• Gil (9/5): peter is kind helping its not easy to satisfy everyone but he do it with big smile and helping well done 👏👏 - peter and mika was kind helping everything that was missing in txetand few min they brought us to the apartment the place is big there a very nice swimming pool so the lovee it and was hot outside we enter to the pool and the most important thing is didnt pay attention that we pay by booking so when we left to the old cityi i payed 350€ to his wife and few min later got massage from peter that i paid already and i need to comeback to take the money so first maybe i would notice someday but peter was honest and immediately notice the mistake so peter thanks again not easy today to find people like u 🙏🙏🙏 because it was very hot outside the ac in the room was licking we had to put a pot for the water and also to now the parking is not included and extra charge but its all over like that and there few parking near by but over all everything else was very v well 👏👏
