• Gotta (7/5): Comoda e tranquilla - La posizione, il quartiere e l'albero che si trova davanti al balcone e garantisce un'accurata privacy in una strada comunque frequentata (vicinissima alla Sagrada Familia) sono stati molto apprezzati. Il salone è ampio e molto luminoso. La casa è un po' datata e poco curata ma bastano veramente pochi accorgimenti per migliorarla (che pare siano in programma a breve); le camerette un po' piccole e i letti un po' scomodi.

• Abdul (7/5): Great for small families. - Apartment is big enough for my kid to roam around. The residents are very friendly. Good location for parking. Shower too small. Sockets some weren't working great. Apartment is pretty old. Parking is really expensive.

We really appreciated the flexibility with our luggage, being allowed to drop it off early and pick it up late during checkout. Overall, we had a wonderful experience thanks to the great location and superb hospitality. Additionally, there were absolutely no downsides to our stay, especially considering the price and location. This is by far the best deal you can get, offering exceptional value. Highly recommended!
• Laura (8/5): Incredible location - The location was brilliant. A short walk from Sagrada Familia - you can see the spires from the lounge balcony - itself a direct metro line (L5) from Barcelona Sants and Para-Lel for Montjuc (L2). There is a patisserie, launderette, zero waste shop, tapas bar and Catalan restaurant within 50m and the building felt safe and well maintained. Most flats seemed to be occupied by local families so it was important to be quiet and respectful, especially in shared spaces and using the lift. The host, Nick, was friendly and accommodating and full of helpful advice - we followed his restaurant recommendation and advice about the best drier at the launderette. The beds and bedding were cool and comfortable and the flat had all we needed. The flue from the patisserie gave out into the rear courtyard so any towels hung on the pulley line to dry come in smelling of bread and puff pastry - lovely! The air conditioning was great and made the lounge super comfortable. It was also great to have a full-sized solid table and good, reliable WiFi. The apartment needs a little TLC but was priced accordingly. In particular, the bathroom needs an update and a sink in the separate loo would be helpful, however the shower was good and it was all serviceable. With six of us, having the separate loo cut down on morning and evening rushes. The apartment was clean enough but could have been cleaner eg curtains, walls and light fittings would benefit from a wipe. There are a few cheap and quick fixes the owner could do to make the space work better eg installing hooks on the back of bedroom and bathroom doors and blackout blinds/lining for curtains but it was fine for our short stay and we all slept well.

• Rhonda (9/5): Wonderful and Fun! - The host was great! wonderful communication and super helpful! He helped find us cheap parking very close by. The home was very close to Sangrada Familia, but also far enough away from the major tourist areas to find affordable local prices. If you’re looking for a night life, this area isn’t for you, that area is a far walk or Uber drive away. This was fine for us, we enjoyed the quietness of the area. There was a 24 hour store not far away, I believe it was just a block away. And a couple of bars if you’re just looking to chill and relax. This was a wonderful area and I would stay again if I returned to Barcelona. It was warmer at night. He did provide fans, but one of the fans were broken. I could have mentioned it, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

You can see the sagrada familia from the balcony. There is a supermarket, pastry shop and everything you'd need just close by and a great value and friendly bodega bar just next door. Nothing

• Anderson (6/5): Great host, good location, flat needs updating - The location is good, very near to the Sagrada Familia. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with in person and via Whatsalp. The beds were comfortable. We thought we were getting a three bedroom flat, as the listing on Booking states there are three bedrooms. We managed with using the living room as a third bedroom as it was able to close off with doors and at njght. The linens were clean, however the flat really needs some work in regards to mold in the shower, loose tiles on the bathroom floor, dusty corners and the walls are quite dirty and need painting. If the flat was properly renovated it would have been perfect. It just didn't feel so fresh and clean .

• Jan (8/5): We were satisfied with our stay as our primary goal was to explore and enjoy Barcelona so we didn't really care abou - Great location, right next to Sagrada Familia. There are plenty of shops, bars and everything around and really great connection to the public transport. The apartment is also equipped with everything one might need, like fridge, tv and fast internet connection. All the equipment and furniture in the apartment is quite old and it would really deserve some reconstruction.
