• Ola (9/5): Polecamy! - Apartament ma świetną lokalizacje, niecałe 3km spacerem od Sagrada Familia. Bardzo przyjemna okolica, czułyśmy się bezpiecznie. W okolicy dużo kawiarni i restauracji, bardzo blisko sklep spożywczy. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne, bardzo przytulne i czyste. Piękny widok z balkonu. W kuchni 2 ekspresy, kawa i herbata, w łazience kosmetyki do mycia. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, dwie łazienki to duży komfort. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny 😊 Jose, bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę! Pozdrawiamy!
• PETER (8/5): We had a very enjoyable stay here in Barcelona and look forward to coming back in the future. - The apartment was very clean and within easy walking distance of eateries and small supermarkets. There is an Aldi store in the same street three blocks down. Jose advised us to use local taxis to get to the main attractions which proved to be correct as they are cheap and plentiful and a door to door service. All attractions are within 20 minutes walking distance. The kitchen is small but workable and the lounge/dining area is a good size. The lift will only take 1 person and 2 cases. The apartment is on the 5th floor. Jose was a most welcoming host. Both bedrooms were stuffy at times and the second bedroom needed the aircon on during the night for comfort. The drapes in the main bedroom had to be kept closed because of a night light for safety reasons because of the step up which also added to the stuffiness of the room.

• Kathryn (9/5): Great apartment. Great location. Great host. - Jose was very helpful and the apartment was amazing. The price was quite steep. A little higher than we would have liked to pay.
• Yasmina (10/5): Perfect little stay close to city center. - Location was great and our host was very accommodating and let us check in early due to us coming off a cruise. He met us to let us in and showed the apartment which was quite lovely and served all our needs for our short 1 night stay. Beds were comfortable. Also assisted us when we checked out with tons of luggage and helped us with getting a cab. Would highly recommend this apartment rental. Thank you for a great vacation ending. Nothing. Neighborhood was quiet but in great walking distance to everything or public transportation close by.

• Robert (9/5): A great apartment in a wonderful city. - We have just arrived home from a six week holiday in Europe. During that time we stayed in 8 apartments, that we booked through booking.com. Channing Apartment was the only one where the owners met us when we arrived. Considering we didn't arrive until 11pm, we thought this was quite amazing. It meant that access was immediate and simple. Jose Luis' two wonderful sisters, Carmen and Montserrat showed us how everything worked and even showed us where the nearest supermarket was by personally taking us there. Unmatched support in comparison to some of the other apartments which proved problematic to access. The apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable with an eclectic mix of art and books. Despite the apartment being on the fifth floor we didn't have to use the stairs once during our 6 night stay as the elevator was very reliable and easy to use. There was nothing lacking. The metro and buses were reasonably close. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and this wonderful city. We would not hesitate to choose this same apartment if we were ever in Barcelona again. Out thanks to Jose Luis, Carmen and Montserrat for such an enjoyable stay. Nothing.
• Ainsley (10/5): Supreme comfortable apartment in a good location but away from the busy tourist area - Clean & comfortable, very helpful host who provided everything you could possibly need and spoke good English.. The apartment is spacious and having a washing machine was a real bonus. There were a variety of good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket very close. It was an easy walk to catch the hop on hop off bus opposite Casa Battlo. Although the apartment was on the 5th floor, there was a small lift. No complaints though the air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work, however this was not a problem as there are plenty of windows

• Sallis (10/5): Charming Channing - The apartment was beautiful inside, and the facilities were superb. The Location was very close to some lovely restaurants. Catalan Square was around 15 minutes walk away. The owner met us at the apartment and couldn't do enough to help us.
• Robert (10/5): Outstanding stay - spacious, clean and well equipped in a superb location. - The apartment was just great. Jose, our host, met us for an early check-in; he was extremely friendly, helpful and great to communicate with. The apartment is enormous - two full-size bedrooms, two full baths, small kitchen and a large living/dining room with french doors overlooking the neighborhood. Our host provided everything from a washer/dryer (with detergent!) to coffee, shampoo and electrical adapters. One of the nicer apartments we've ever stayed in. (Note: listing says this apartment is "ground floor" but this is not accurate. It's five floors up, fairly quiet with a nice view and convenient elevator.) As information, not as complaints: The apartment balcony is not deep enough for sitting, but the french doors open to let the fresh breezes in. And the master bath is actually part of the master bedroom, separated by a curtain. Guests wanting total privacy can step to another full bath down the hall.
