Really nice place Height of internal garage door J shaped handle meant we couldnt park car in the garage so it
would be good if there was more on site parking if possible even if externally on the premises as we had to park on the road and ended up paying $285 in paid meter parking outside Lawson Apartments during our stay. .
There are only 2 external onsite parking spots for 5 units unfortunately and they were all taken when we arrived and stayed taken during the length of our stay.
Lounge height was pretty low and we found it a bit hard to get out of but this is pretty minor

One handtowel for 4 people for 4 nights was not practical. Beach towels would also be appreciated. The garage is low and parking is very expensive ($25/day incl weekends).

- Deb (8/5): Great location so we could easily beach walk and walk into Byron. - Great bedroom and comfy big bed. The balcony needs renovation. The furniture is rotting and the railing is loose, so could be dangerous. The building is a bit tired and the garage very small for our 4WD hire car.

I don’t think the photos did this place justice at all!! I’m referring this property to all my friends. Beach directly across the street was the cherry on top!
- Luce-a (9/5): Lovely apartment - would stay again! - Really lovely apartment, very spacious and comfortable and well decorated. Great location about 5/10 mins walk to the main part of town and the beach is directly opposite. The lights were out in the hallway the night we arrived, I drop the host a message and they were fixed the next day! Great customer service! The bedroom with the twin beds was quite warm (possibly because the boiler is the wardrobe) and it was hard to keep it cool. Everything else was great!
