• Smail (9/5): Good - Perfect location, 10min walk to Dubrovnik old town. Parking place. Shower drainage does not work properly and holds water when showering, it needs to be fixed. Needs more towels, one is not enough and install a heated towel rack (dryer) to reuse them, towels stay humid after showering.

• Alysa (10/5): - Great location for walking to the Old City. Apartment had everything we needed. We cooked several meals and ate outside. The WiFi signal was not very strong, but we we too busy to really need it.

• Francesco (8/5): Bene per visitare la città vecchia - La struttura è a 15/20 minuti di passeggiata dalla città vecchia e ha parcheggio riservato. L’appartamento si affaccia su un cortile interno disordinato, con vecchie auto parcheggiate.

Apartman je besprijekorno čist, moderno uređen i opremljen svime što vam može zatrebati za ugodan odmor. Lokacija je fantastična – mirna i tiha, a opet dovoljno blizu starog grada i svih glavnih atrakcija. Posebno bismo istaknuli ljubaznost domaćina – bili su izuzetno gostoljubivi, dostupni za sva pitanja i dali su nam korisne savjete o lokalnim restoranima, plažama i izletima.
• Krzysztof (8/5): Ideal location in Dubrovnik - An expensive one-room apartment with three beds – one large and two smaller ones. It doesn't impress, despite its potential. It comes with shower gel. A parking space under the gate is a plus. A patio with a rather unattractive view of a neglected square with two broken-down cars. The courtyard could be better utilized. The walk to town is about 15 minutes, via a very busy road with such a narrow sidewalk that it's impossible to pass people walking in the opposite direction. Very poor wi-fi.

LOCATION … 10min walk to the Pile Gate of the Old Town. The owner was flexible and friendly A coffee on the patio might have been nice but a coffee was available at 7 within a 5min walk.

• Anthony (10/5): Great price during peak season - It’s great for a group of 4 like us. It big enough for a fair price. It is quite a walk from the old city and the apartment is uphill so the walk will be something - more like a hike. So if it was really hot like 40s when we were there we just took taxi / bolt since it’s cheap for a group. Everything was great strong water hot water and kitchen amenities were there. Only problem was WiFi it’s only accessible outside and really not reliable. So if you plan to work or use WiFi heavily you will be working outside and not to mention the bugs and mosquitoes. Other than that great stay welcoming host and really helpful provided us info for laundromat nearby which is really good and affordable. • Jocelyn (4/5): One of very few options if you have a car but really has a concerte basement vibe. - The parking place Concrete block facing a crumbling courtyard with unusable cars. Not pleasant to be in. Pretty strenuous 15 min walk from old town. Next time will return rental car early and stay closer to old town. Very spotty wifi - need to go outside to use it.

We were able to walk easily with two small children and see everything that we hoped to see in our short stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast at a local bar that he recommended just steps from the apartment. The apartment was clean and modern. We would absolutely book here again. Nothing. The property was exactly what we had hoped for.
• Peter (8/5): Very good - Walk to old town is not far but is all downhill. So coming back, keep in mind it's all uphill. With the pull out, there's room for four people. Having a set parking space is like gold in the neighborhood. Not much to not like. A couple of old cars are rusting in the courtyard area. No view, but for the price, that's ok.
• Abdul (9/5): great stay with amazing host - close to old city, host let us park our car whole day next day when we checked out, parking at town centre cost £10 and hour so we saved a lot, host is very friendly and gave us few ideas on things to do. there is a very nice cafe/bar 1 minute walk away and it has amazing view no iron on room and some of the mattress is worn off

• Charis (6/5): this kind of IKEA first price équipes Appartments are not appropriate for winter or for a serious stay to this wonderful - the location and the free parcing it was cold. the bedcovers weren’t enough, the air conditioning couldn’t hear all the Appartment. It was humide and the night was long. going to the bathroom was a nightmare. showers Sidon was broken, the bathroom had waters after taking a shower. no wifi neither for mobile or laptop. TV only with local channels or German ones…. So all night, nothing to do….

• Peter (7/5): Good - It was a nightmare to find. Getting to the street was no problem, but the property is more off the parking area than the street. No mention of Serendipity on the gate. I spent an hour asking around a number of properties in the street including a letting agent's office at the other end of the street who were super helpful calling a number of colleagues for info. Eventually someone suggested #1 off the car park where the occupant of another apartment inside the gate found the owner - then all good as above - except the rain !! Needs some sort of sign....

• Hanan (10/5): Exceptional - for expensive Dubrovnik, it's good apartment near the old city, you need to walk around 15-20 minutes to the told city, the apartment is clean and comfortable with yard, though I wish there is a table with mirror in the bedroom.
• Ante (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. We only stayed a night but could have stayed more. Coming with small kids it was about as convenient as you can get in Dubrovnik. There was parking in front, no stairs to climb (rare in Dubrovnik and important with all of our luggage) and we could walk easily to the center (even with a stroller - just a few stairs down to the main path). Also we liked the apartment itself and it had a spacious terrace in front. Thank you Tiho for being a great host.

• Filip (8/5): Everything was really good except slow internet connection. - The apartment was clean a comfortable. The wifi was extremly slow. I think the modem is located in other building, cause the signal was low in everywhere in the apartment. Fortunateĺly we had plenty of mobile data.
