• Isabelle (8/5): - We were three girls and the apartment was spacious for all of us. The outdoor balcony is big and it was nice to hang out outside. It was a short walking distance to Banje beach and about 15-20mins to walk to downtown. Good location One day there was a bad eggy smell from the water while my friend was showering which we were a bit concerned about, it was only on our last day

• Snjezana (9/5): Great location and fantastic amenities - Wow. We really liked this apartment. It was spacious, clean and had all we needed for our 3 day stay in Dubrovnik. The car park was really great. We arrived late and in the dark and the host met us to help us check-in and park. The terrace was so good giving us a beautiful view of the old town. The closest entrance to the old town is the Buza Gate. There's some stairs to cover when coming back to the apartment from town but you will find that is the case for the whole if Dubrovnik. There was nothing we did not like.

Host happy to arrange tours and seem to be at competitive pricing to what is being sold in the old town. Enjoyed fresh tomatoes from the garden in July. Beautiful spot and very comfortable. Nothing.
• Christine (8/5): Great memories - The apartment was very clean, comfortable and perfect for 4 adults. We loved the view from the very spacious balcony. The balcony included lounge chairs and dining table for eating meals outside. The location is walk-able to old town center although there are a lot of steps to get back up to the apartment but that is normal for the area. The view is worth it. A market was not far away. One bathroom is big and the other is nice but small and decorated for a very tall person. It was funny...I am 5'3" and could only see my eyes and top of my head in the mirror. :-) Could also use a luggage rack in the one bedroom.

Also the hosts were very attentive and provided lots of information about places to visit and eat at. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

One of the bathrooms Was very tiny but the other was big so it was really fine. Lots and lots of steps to get into Old Town which was manageable on way down but way up was tiring!

• Michaux (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable apartment with lovely views from the outdoor terrace. Super clean and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. The walk down to the old town is a little strenuous, lots of steep steps but perfectly manageable for the majority of people. The kitchen was well stocked with basic items but there appeared to be an issue with the water and making coffee. All coffee options (several) were very sour and milk curdled when we used the tap water. We ended up using bottles water which worked fine. Very curious issue, would be nice to know what causes that as the tap water was tasteless and perfectly fine to drink.

Location is very good and near the Old Town and Banja Beach. Place is clean, spacious and we loved the terrace. I highly recommend for family or 4-5 friends. Nothing. Be in good shape when you come up from Old Town or Banja Beach :). Short distance but a lot of stairs :)

A bit of a walk to town , but if you stick to the roads , not the stairs , it is lovely and manageable. Views on the walk make it so worthwhile ! No toaster !

She guided us to the free parking we requested and kindly explained the needs of using the property. The host, accommodation, and parking lot were all satisfactory. The cleanliness of the accommodation was very good, and it was perfect for family travelers. Nothing.

Apartment is comfortable and had everything we needed as a family of 4. The outdoor area is a huge bonus and the view is spectacular. Local shop and bar within a 5 minute walking distance. Beach and old town 10 min walking distance. Hosts were fabulous, friendly and very helpful.

Guests need to be aware of the number of steps to return to the apartment from the lower street level, though plenty of taxis available! We walked up each time with no issues!

• Leslie (10/5): Loved the apartment and our host! - Loved the huge terrace which looked out to Lokrum Island and the Old City. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace daily. The dining portion was covered so we were sheltered from light rain. It was great having two full baths as well as two bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Out host was very sweet. We were able to check in early and she was waiting outside to flag us down and help us park and carry bags. Apartment was well located for visiting the old town, as well as for an excursion to Cavtat. Would highly recommend.

Very clean with beautiful patio providing views of Dubrovnik and Lokrum Island. 2 full bathrooms was great with 2 couples and we had our own private parking space. Marina was easy to commuicate with and met us at the apartment to show us around and give ideas for visting the area. Dubrovnik and Ploce gate was about a 10-15 minute walk away and is uphill all the way back but not too bad. Really enjoyed our stay .

• Samantha (10/5): Perfect Apartment - This apartment is perfect for exploring Dubrovnik. It has a well equipped Kitchen, two large bedrooms, large living room with dining table and a large balcony. The bed and pillows were soooo comfy definitely needed after long days walking around all day. Yes there are steps back to the apartment but they are doable if your worried about steps Croatia is not the place for you there are steps everywhere lol. Having a private secure parking space was also another great addition Communication from the host, Marina was brilliant probably the best I have ever had via booking.com Marina was brilliant on our check out giving us lots of information. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Dubrovnik. You will not be disappointed.
• Joanna (10/5): perfect - everything was perfect. the view, comfortable beds, spacious terrace, clean bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, parking spot, all you need. Marina was perfect host, the nicest I’ve ever met. For me it’s no problem. But if you have some disabilities be aware that there are many stairs to reach the apartment. Also the price is to high (like in whole Dubrovnik)

However the space is currently used as a small garden with lemon trees With a pool this property would be a perfect 10/10... the pool would also be a good argument for a 20 to 30% price increase
