• P. (9/5): Pobyt marzec 2026 - Mieszkanko wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne, mogłam samodzielnie sobie w mieszkaniu przygotowywać posiłki. Na plus była bliskość do pobliskiego sklepiku, do morza, centrum, przystanku autobusowego. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Nie mam się do czego przyczepić.

• Robert (9/5): Excellent location from which to explore Ayia Napa & Nissi Bay. - Excellent location for exploring Ayia Napa town, peaceful neighborhood with really good local shops for food & provisions of all sorts. Nissi Bay is a 20 minute walk. Ayia Napa is a great town, lots of fun and something for everyone. The appartment is big and well equipped, beds were comfortable (this place could sleep 4 people) with a good kitchen & balcony. Stayed for 6 nights and felt at home and excellent value for money. Great choice for the area.

• Jana (8/5): Pohodlné ubytování. Výborná komunikace s majitelem. Doporučuji. - Výborná poloha, vše na dosah. Praktické vybavení. Čistá koupelna, pohodlné spaní. Ocenila jsem redukce do zásuvek a jiné drobnosti, které zpříjemní pobyt. Osobně mě rušil hluk skútrů a čtyřkolek do brzkého rána. Ale to není problém ubytovatele.
• Nikolić (7/5): Za one koji ne traže puno komfora - Komunacija sa domaćinom je bila odlična, izašao nam je u susret za rani check in. Super lokacija apartmana blizu centra, kao i plaže. Ležajevi u apartmanu nisu bili udobni, što je uticalo na kvalitet odmora. Takođe, u stanu je bilo mnogo mrava, pa smo svu hranu morali da čuvamo u frižideru. Zvučna izolacija je slaba, te je buka sa ulice, naročito od kvadova, znatno ometala san. Takođe, nije bilo dovoljno prostora za sušenje stvari, što je predstavljalo dodatnu nepraktičnost tokom boravka. Zbog navedenih uslova, apartman ne bih preporučila porodicama sa decom, ali može biti prihvatljiv izbor za mlađe društvo koje traži smeštaj po pristupačnoj ceni.

• Lina (6/5): My stay was ok. - The location was good I used google maps to get to the location, it took me to a different location. was inconvenient as it was a late check in (8 pm)and with two children. The owner wasn’t responsive at the time i needed the help. Owner sent me a msg for directions before arriving but I didn’t think it would be different from whats mentioned on booking. The bathroom is very small for a family.

• Stojanov (10/5): Nice, comfy, enjoyable! - The place is awesome, really close to bus stops, Musan beach is 10 minutes away by foot. A lot of shops near by. Has everyhing you need, a kitchen stove, refrigerator, washing machine, a smart tv. The toilet was good. We had a problem with noisy neighbours and Chris solved the problem, so we peacefully enjoyed our leisure! I would recommend you to get ear plugs, it is close to main street and there is a lot of noise from people on the street and quads. Air conditioning works great, it is a little bit noisy too (probably needs a quick service for fans). The terrace is nice for two people. Overall pretty great apartment and owner is friendly and nice, would recommend you to come and I hope we will return! Noise from the street and noisy air conditioner, bring earplugs and you won’t have a problem!

• Ivana (9/5): Great location - Location was the best thing, it is 5 mins to main street and the nearest beach. Owner was wonderful, and made sure everything is in working condition. Personally, bed was a little to soft for me but I was able to fall asleep. It can be a little noisy giving it is also 5 mins walk to the street with all the clubs, but the noise is not from the clubs but from people going from there.

• Ildiko (8/5): Very good - We had the necessary amenties, plus paper towels, salt, detergent, a botle of cold watter (thank you!) Supermarkets are close. We had hot watter all the time. We appreciate the owner repairing the broken showercap. Things that could be emproved are: the bathroom door doesn't really offer much privacy, the stove is positioned too high and it is very uncomfortable to cook, the place could use a thorough cleening, utensils have old grease on them and blankets were stained.

• Virág (5/5): Our worst stay in Cyprus/Greece ever - Central location and that’s pretty much the only positive thing about the apartment… I’m still shocked how this place has such good reviews! It’s rather an Airbnb than an actual apartment, hence there was no cleaning service during our 9-night long stay.. this we didn’t know in advance. The owner forgot to tell us that we have to collect the key from a lockbox and didn’t give us the code, it took us half an hour to locate the apartment, find this out and reach him to get the code. The fridge is terribly noisy and old, the freezer part doesn’t freeze. The bathroom door is a joke - it’s a plastic accordion door so if bathroom privacy is practically non-existent. The apartment was in a noisy place. There was mold in the bathroom. The bed sheets were not clean.

• Alby (6/5): Pleasant - The host is very kind and available for any information/suggestion. The apartment is close to the city center but at the same time in a quiet zone. No need to take the car to visit Ayia Napa. Wifi, air condition The bathroom (in particular the sink) is very small. The electric plates in the kitchen are very slow, difficult to cook something with them. Fortunately there are both microwave and oven. No elevator. The apartment is not so easy to find, I needed to call the host
