Great Hosts .. book airport transfer! - This apartment is perfectly positioned so close to the old city but you feel like you are in a quiet peaceful location.. bakery and supermarket very close by. - Melissa (10/5): Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Dubrovnik! - My husband and I stayed at Royal Fort for two nights during our anniversary trip to Croatia in July 2025, but wish we had booked it for longer!! This property is everything it shows in the pictures and more. The views from the pool are absolutely stunning, particularly at night. Knowing it was our 10 year anniversary, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and gold balloons in the shape of the number 10. It was super thoughtful and greatly appreciated. In addition, the fridge was stocked with a couple of beers, milk, yogurt and a couple of other snacks! The coffee was plentiful and the whole apartment was very clean. Ivana was very welcoming and quick to help with anything we needed. We requested a late checkout due to our flight leaving later and she responded quickly and easily that it wouldn’t be a problem. My husband and I are still talking about this place and showing our (very jealous) friends the photos. Can’t wait to return in the future!! No elevator, but we knew that coming in, so not a huge deal. Plus, Ivana was kind enough to help us with our bags.

Lovely to meet the owners and we thank you for your help with our heavy suitcases and the rest of our luggage. The View accommodation is outstanding, clean and new and the roof top pool, absolutely amazing!!! Wish I was relaxing in the pool right now. You’ve thought of everything to make this a truly special place for us to stay and enjoy your beautiful accommodation and Dubrovnik on your doorstep. Do not hesitate to book your stay here. We would love to come back in the future.

- Barbara (9/5): Superb - Great views and the pool was fantastic, especially in the 30°plus temperatures. Lots of thoughtful touches such as cold beers in the fridge and plenty of coffee capsules. Easy walk downhill to Old Town and an 8 euro uber ride took care of the return trip uphill. Sloping windows in bedroom made it difficult to open the curtains. Loungers on the terrace could be complemented by a small outdoor table and chair set.

And the pool on the balcony was sensational - I do not think there is a better setting to look down on Dubrovnik Just somewhere to wait for room access as we arrived early and it was extremely hot

The Room was very clean and modern. Due to our late arrival, the host has provided us with some fresh bread, cheese, meat and some drinks which was a very kind and much appreciated gesture of hospitality. The location is great as you are only a few minutes walk (stairs) away from the old town. We had a great stay and really enjoyed it.

The property is clean and updated The air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the heat. We would’ve liked it to be a little cooler inside the property
