• Fitati (1/5): - L'appartement ne dispose pas de salon et est mal insonorisé. L'hôte, le Papa de la personne qui gère cet établissement était très froid et visiblement surpris de nous voir arriver avec des enfants, bien que nous l'avions clairement mentionné lors de la réservation. Nous avons dû réclamer deux fois le lit bébé pourtant validé à la réservation. Durant tout le séjour, nous nous sommes sentis jugés et mal accueillis en raison de la présence de nos enfants. L'hôte nous a même interdit l'accès au jardin, uniquement parce que nous étions une famille avec enfants, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Pour couronner le tout, la veille de notre départ, il nous avait pourtant accordé un check-out à midi. Mais le lendemain matin, il s'est présenté dès 10h pour nous demander de quitter les lieux immédiatement, sous prétexte que les prochains voyageurs étaient déjà arriver. Un comportement irrespectueux et contradictoire qui résume parfaitement l'attitude de cet hôte tout au long de notre séjour. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas ce logement aux familles et déconseillons fortement cet hôte.
• Petra (10/5): Wunderbar! - Die Lage ist wunderbar, in einem schönen Garten, neben einem Park von dem aus man das Meer sehen kann. Der Park wird gerade renoviert, sollte aber vor dem Sommer fertiggestellt sein. Die Altstadt ist einige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, und am Weg sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber ist supernett. Es hat uns alles gefallen.

• Kwan (8/5): Overall good as close to the old town and very kind host and clean. - Very friendly and kind host. The property is hard to find as a tourist. Multiple steps make it hard to carry luggage.

• Ulca (8/5): Very good - The house was clean and comfortable. The location was great, host was helpful. There are beaches in walking distance which is really nice. There are several steps up to the apartment. It’s not mentioned anywhere but you can’t go near the apartment by car. I think it’s not suitable for elderly, disabled, families with buggy..etc. also hard to carry the big luggages up there so make sure you stick with small size suitcases.
• Paula (7/5): We had great time, love location but not worth spend so much money on this small flat. - Location is brilliant, easy access to Old Town, beaches, restaurants - palently things to do around this areas. The flat is very clean. It is easy to feel stay cool in this flat during hot weather. Brilliant air conditioner. Kitchen is very clean and have everything we need for cooking simple dinner. Beautiful views from one bedroom. Beds comfortable. The host didn't give us door number - not clear instruction how to get there to the apartment. It took us ages to find the apartment - we still not know or understand why the host didn't give us door numbers! The flat is clean but kitchen is bit small for a family of four - not enough spaces for cooking and eating at same time. There is no living room to relaxed. We felt the apartment is very overpriced, €2,000 for seven nights - There is only one toilet - not convinced for family of four. I text the host to find out what is best way to airport, the host offer us a lift for €40 but we found Uber only €28! In the flat, there is no printed folder with useful information about the location.
• Colm (10/5): Exceptional - Great location right beside the old town and close to a small beach. The hosts were really nice and very helpful.
• Jacek (10/5): Comfortable, beautiful, and friendly. - 1. It is a green oasis of peace on the edge of the busy old town of Dubrovnik. 2. I attended a conference. The property is located about 300 meters from the venue. 3. Very hospitable host. 4. A picturesque rocky beach and a beautiful park are "in the backyard". Everything was perfect.
• Corinna (8/5): Great location. - Great location near old town in a garden-like surround. Very quiet and still central. Difficult to find. We would have appreciated better instructions on how to find the place.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location backing onto a park with amazing views which leads down to swimming areas. It's very quick to walk into town from the apartment. The apartment itself is in a beautiful old building with high ceilings and on the first floor but it's easy to take food down to the terrace for meals. The host family were very friendly and helpful. A bit difficult to find at first as it is on a path off of the main road but that's also a plus. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.
