• Morelov (10/5): Апартаменты чистые, местоположение удобное, пляж рядом бомбический! - Начну с заселения. Хозяйка Мария всегда была на связи, заранее написала как лучше добраться до апартаментов. Это полноценные апартаменты. Все безумно чисто. Чувствуется, что хозяева наводят уборку сами. Постельное белье все чистое, никаких пятен нет, полы- блестели; мини кухня- на которой есть абсолютно ВСЁ! Столовые приборы, кастрюли, Сковорода, дуршлаг, ножи- все что нам нужно было- есть все! Маленьким комплиментом послужили капсулы для кофе, круассан и две бутылочки воды. Переходим к ванной комнате- средства личной гигиены, одноразовая бритва, шампуни, крема для лица- все это имеется! Я осталась в восторге, поэтому пишу положительный отзыв, чтобы хозяйка тоже улыбнулась:) Рядом есть маленький продуктовый магазин, есть кафе рядом. До старого города размеренным шагом шли примерно 20-23 минуты. Также рядом есть автобусная остановка. Также, Мария объяснила где море- какой же там берег (не передать словами)- безумно красивый! До моря пеши ровно 10 минут. Фото пляжа прилагаю. В общем и целом, остались очень довольны с мамой от всей нашей поездки!

• Joelina (8/5): Für diesen Preis war es sehr sehr schön und ich kann es empfehlen - Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und die Unterkunft sehr sauber und angenehm zu betreten Ich fande es schade, dass kein Fliegengitter dran war, weil so konnte man in der Nacht nicht lüften, weil sehr viele Mücken unterwegs waren. Und ich fand schade, dass nur eine sehr große Pfanne zur Verfügung war.
• Alina (9/5): Perfect for a short stay - Good location, not very far from the old city and has a cute beach nearby. Also hidden from the main road, so didn't get any noise. The host was very helpful and friendly. The washing machine was out of order when we arrived, so Marija did our laundry at her place. The studio was quite small, but had everything we needed and even more: toiletries, coffee, welcome croissants, iron, clothespins. Loved the little terrace area as well. The air-conditioning system is probably quite old and needs some cleaning. My partner suffered hay fever every time we turned it on.
• Maeva (10/5): Exceptionnel - L’hôte Marija est adorable, elle est vraiment aux petits soins pour faire en sorte que notre séjour se passe au mieux ! Elle nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et était disponible tout le long du séjour ! Le studio est fonctionnel, parfait pour une petite semaine de vacances, à proximité de tout, je n’ai rien de plus à dire si ce n’est que notre voyage était exceptionnel, tout comme notre hôte Marija ! Encore merci :)

The property is well- equipped and good located. - very smooth process to check in and check out. everything is very clean and cozy. the room is very artistic and well- equipped. All equipment are properly maintained and the materials even the cooking pots seem new. Bellevue beach is the closest which is around 5 minutes by walk. It is also to get to the city center by walk or by bus from the property. nothing, all good

• Cassidy (9/5): Great value, great host, great accommodation. - The studio was very clean and the host was excellent. The host left an information sheet which was 100% accurate, a 20 minute walk to the left, Old Town, a 20 minute walk to the left, beaches, or a NO 4 bus that travels out side the door from Old Town to Beach! Local shops and restaurants very close by so a good holiday accommodation. Nothing, all was good, but please note to access the studio involves a climb up three flights of steps!

• Sanne (10/5): Very good and clean apartment - The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean! Ivana is very kind and she welcomed us at the apartment and was available for questions. It was lovely to sit outside on the terrace. There is a bus stop on the street and only five minutes to the city centre and it is even walkable. Supermarkets and restaurants are also just a few minutes walking. We had an amazing stay here!
• Jose (10/5): Very nice stay in a good location with an amazing owner - The localisation of the apartment is amazing, not far from the old town but far enough for not being so crowded and to go and see the other side of Dubrovnik (Lapad bay, Sunset viewpoint). All the pick ups for the two trips we did were actually from the apartment (1min walking to the pickup point). The apartment was clean, it had everything what we needed. The owner Ivana is very kind and she welcomed us very nicely. She is very attentive and helpful, the contact with her vas really nice. We could leave also our luggage earlier. For sure if we go back to Dubrovnik, we will again choose this apartment! Thank you Ivana!:)
• Viktoriia (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is really sweet and helpful. We received excellent service and had a great time. The apartment is not big but you have all you need and more. I was enjoying drinking coffee in the morning on the terrace. Old town is really close to the apartments. It took me 20 minutes to walk. There's also bus station nearby.
• Andrew (10/5): A great stay! - Very warm welcome from our host, Marija, who allowed us to check in early. Quiet location and close to a bus to the old town. Good dining options nearby as well as a small supermarket. The washing machine was broken, so Marija did and hung out a load of washing for us. This was greatly appreciated! Nothing. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

Unfortunately, I had significant delays with my flight, and the owner kept track of everything and helped me find solutions. She is incredibly kind and is more than just a landlord. The apartment was clean and very close to the most beautiful beach I’ve seen. Are you a couple looking for a nice apartment? Definitely book here!
• Mateo (10/5): Exceptional - Marija, the host, was super nice. It was a pleasure to have her as a host, at all times she made sure that our stay was excellent and that we lacked nothing. She was available for anything we needed. The room was small but had everything we needed for our time in Dubrovnik, just perfect. It was located just in between the Old Town and Lapad, the two places you have to visit in Dubrovnik.

Bed is so comfortable... And location is great - 20 minutes walk to the old town, 3 minutes to bus stop. Highly recommended!

• Kostas (9/5): Nice apartment - The host was very nice and polite. The apartment was clean and has all the amenities. I would prefer it if I visit Dubrovnik again. I would prefer to have more light. To reach the city center you can take a bus or it is approximately 25 minutes by walking which is a little hard in the summer.
