• LAURA (10/5): Fantastic location, right on the beautiful marina. Wonderful stay. - The location is fantastic; right next to the beautiful marina, the supermarket, cafe and restaurants. The bus to the old town is right on the same street. The apartment is within the Hotel Porto building, which is very new. Very spacious. The apartment is very well sound-proofed. To enter the property walk as though you’re going to Hotel Porto; the entry to the apartment is on your right before you get to the hotel entrance. The kettle doesn’t work. The floor could have been a little cleaner. A bit of oil for cooking would have been useful. If bed linen was provided for the sofa bed without having to ask; sometimes even with two guests, people want to use the bed. The road is a little loud but you get used to it and quiet when doors are closed. None of these things were big issues and shouldn’t put you off staying.

Not knowing where to find unit. - Spacious, comfortable, washing machine, good location.great bathroom and shower Large balcony , good outlook Communication problems with owner on checking in . kitchen utensils good but gaps in equipment The electric jug , didn’t work, kitchen sink plug broken, no detergent for dishwasher . Provisions for cooking poorno salt or cooking oil
• David (8/5): Très bel appartement, moderne, bien équipé avec une très jolie terrasse. - La taille de l’appartement, les bons équipements, une grande salle de bains fonctionnelle, la vue et la terrasse, cuisine super et lave linge. Le passage de la circulation bruyant sur la terrasse.
• abha (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in convenient location - Easy and quick communication with the host. The apartment was easy to access (building has a lift) and was stunning. As many said, had a dream bathroom/kitchen. Everything done to a high standard. Massive outdoor space and blackout blinds. A grocery store next door. Bus stop 2 mins walk. As a bonus, a larger (and cheaper) grocery store 4 mins away with another bus stop that has many more connection. A great middle ground for old town or the port. I preferred it here because we weren’t tied to a specific location like some of the other spots in Dubrovnik.. so it made exploring many different areas fun. Added bonus, it was flat/no hills, loads of walking to anything. I could go on and on but we really enjoyed everything. Nothing major comes to mind. We struggled to find the entrance the first time but it’s because we arrived late. The pillows were a little hard and maybe some oils/seasoning in the kitchen but honestly, just grab at the stores.

• Nensi (10/5): - I was really impressed with the apartment and it undoubtedly exceeded my expectations. It is very spacious and bright, the view is beautiful and it makes drinking the morning coffee on the balcony unforgettable. If you don't have a car, a bus station is just in front of the building (5ish minutes from Old Town). The hosts were welcoming and the instructions for entering were simple and clear. I would definitely recommend staying here!

• Anna (10/5): - Є підземний паркінг,дуже зручно,якщо на машині подорожуєш. В квартирі є все необхідне для життя.Сучасний ремонт,балкон дуже великий і затишний,чудовий вигляд на яхти та гори.Поруч магазини,автобусна зупинка.Господарь була завжди на звʼязку,всі питання вирішувались дуже швидко.

• Juan (10/5): Apartamento excelente a un precio adecuado en una ciudad cara - El apartamento es una pasada. Gran balcón . Lo mejor es el cuarto de baño, ojalá el mío fuese así. Andando 15-20 minutos al centro y siendo un paseo muy agradable Las almohadas eran bastante incómodas. Pero reconozco que soy muy sensible por mis problemas de cuello.
• Vânia (10/5): Wonderfull stay at Lara Exclusive! - Wonderfull and new appartment, very spacious, well decorated and with a great balcony! Everything was super clean and tidy and it had all we need for a good stay. Confortable bed and sofá. Good watter pressure on the shower. Parking at the local, which was very much apreciated. Located out of the old town, I considered it was a good choice because is far from confusion and has bus stop nearby and Uber arrive in 2 minutes and cost arround 8 euros. Supermarket and bakery in a few metters. The host is very friendly and answered really quick to our messages and requests. It was a lovely stay, I recommend it! Nothing to mention, everything was great.

• Chantal (10/5): Heureux choix - Malgré quelques difficultés de communication au départ, tout a été réglé de façon efficace. Endroit tranquille avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Agréable promenade de quelques km pour se rendre à la vieille ville. Je conseille sans réserve.

• Mounir (9/5): Court séjour à Gruz - Appartement moderne, bien équipé, bien aménagé, avec une superbe terrasse et très bien situé à proximité du port de Gruz. C'est dommage de n'avoir pas pu en profiter plus, le séjour était très court. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les petits détails comme une vraie machine à café pratique avec des capsules à disposition ainsi que la salle de bain très moderne avec tout le nécessaire. Pas grand chose: il faut trouver un moyen d'indiquer aux visiteurs non familiarisés avec les normes croates, qu'il y a un interrupteur qui allume et éteint le chauffe-eau à côté de l'interrupteur de la lumière...
• Tina (9/5): Moderne Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung zu Strand und Altstadt - Das Appartment ist modern eingerichtet und entspricht 100% den Fotos. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (es gab z.B. kein Schneidebrett). Hervorzuheben ist, dass es eine Kapselmaschine und Kaffeekapseln dafür gibt. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig mit ausreichend Handtüchern, Pflegeprodukten und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Matratze war sehr bequem, die Kissen für unseren Geschmack viel zu dick. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist in Dubrovnik viel wert. Meri ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber und reagiert schnell. Der Balkon ist riesig, leider ist die Straße davor stark befahren und daher ist der Geräuschpegel hoch. Schade, denn die Aussicht und die Loungemöbel sind toll.

Dispone de una plaza de parking, muy importante en épocas con mucho turismo en la zona El ruido del tráfico. Se puede solucionar cerrando ventanas.

• Richards (7/5): Comfortable modern apartment with everything you need. needs a little more cleaning and instructions - This apartment is huge and comfortable, especially the bed and couch, had a freezer to make ice cubes for drinks and a large balcony. The bed was memory foam, so comfy. Kitchen had everything once you found the utensil drawer. Dubrovnik was nice enough and the Old Town the main part to visit, however it felt really overcrowded with 3 cruise ships in the harbour. Apparently, they can get up to 6-8 a day in height of summer season, so pleased we went in May. Our walking tour guide was amazing and very informative. Worth the extra to learn about it rather than steering at rock buildings. A little hard to find the actual point to drive into and being such a busy one way road, had to go around the block a couple of times. Message your Licence plate number so you can gain access to the underground carpark which is really secure. The noise was a bit much after two nights but that was the only negative other than the place does need a vacuum cleaner rather than just a broom, as there were lots of hairs/dust left behind including on the sofa and footstool. Only mentioning so the owner can invest in a cheap vacuum maybe. Everything else was reasonably clean. I think they should leave a book with instructions on how to work the roller blinds as we're from NZ and didn't pick up that there's switches on the wall by the doors to lock them down to make the room dark, also the internet password and code didn't work, so owner gave us another one. The remotes for the two TV's and Heatpumps/aircon might be running out of battery as they were hard to get working also but managed to sort it out.

• Lina (9/5): Superb - Really nice place to stay in Dubrovnik. Everything’s clean, the owner answered to all questions quickly. The location wasn’t the same as it’s written in the address line on booking, but it’s shown on the map.
• Richard (2/5): Very poor - Location was great for us. It was very spacious which we appreciated as we had traveled for 30hrs from Australia. A large supermarket is a short walk away. Had air con and double glazed windows which kept the noise out from the busy street below. The directions given online were terrible. The number of the building is no where to be seen. Even the taxi driver couldn’t find it and left us on the street. The apartment was definitely not cleaned. There were pubic hairs in the shower and dirt on the floor. The kettle did not work. The fridge was not turned on. There is little pride in how the apartment is prepared. No welcome info pack eg. local info and the washing machine has a built in drier

• Lynn (10/5): Fantastic place and stay. - Beautiful place and view, it's nicely situated to explore the Old Town, Lapad and surrounding areas. Bus stop virtually outside and regularly buses to get about and explore further. The road is very noisy when sitting on the balcony! Although once the doors are closed this disappears.

Safe and secure building. Amazing views over the harbour Lots of noise from roads especially the loud motorcycles however you could not hear anything when the patio doors were closed.
