• Suxin (10/5): Perfect Apartment in Dubrovnik - Great stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment is on the third floor, but the stairs are relatively gentle and manageable. Just a tip: avoid the path via Buža — it’s an intense uphill climb. The balcony has an amazing view overlooking the Old Town, which was definitely a highlight. The apartment is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has everything you need. The host is very kind, thoughtful, and responsive, making the whole stay even more enjoyable.

• Emma (10/5): Stunning apartment with a beautiful view - Wonderful spacious apartment close to the beach and the old town. Stunning views from the balcony. Close to handy supermarket. Plenty of room for all my family. Friendly and helpful hosts. Just to note it is a short (approx 10 mins) walk uphill to get back to the apartment but that is Dubrovnik! Ubers are very reasonably priced if you want to get a taxi back. And worth it for the view. Nothing not to like
• Cecille and Eric (9/5): Breathtaking view in a very comfortable apartment - The view was spectacular! The glass sliding doors in the living room can open up completely so we also had the outdoor experience of an unbeatable view. Location was perfect too, just enough distance from the old town crowds. Right below the apartment (quite some steps down) is Banje beach— fun! The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Nina was responsive, which was helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! I guess it can’t be helped because Dubrovnik is naturally hilly, but bringing up our luggage up and down the steps to the 2nd floor was a bit challenging.

But it was the view that was incredible! We spent quite a bit of time simply sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. Nina was so kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations.

Great location, less than a 10 minute stroll to the City walls. Nina was a fantastic host. Good amount of kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment and oil, vinegar, salt, pepper etc to save having to purchase them. Nothing - would definitely stay here again.

• Nicky (9/5): Fantastic Central apartment with the best view - The view is to die for, the balcony superb and the location is brilliant, just a short walk to Banje beach and along a bit further to the Old Town. The apartment is spotless and ideal for a group of friends or a family. It's well equipped and the coffee machine and pods was a lovely bonus. We made good use of the local shop and the fabulous Bikers bar, where drinks are a fraction of the price of the old town. It was also easy to find from the airport shuttle bus stop. Like the majority of locations, there are stairs to negotiate but that's to be expected in Dubrovnik. Having to leave.

Lots of things provided in the kitchen. The host was very kind and nice. I would recommend to anyone who drive a car to Dubrovnik to stay in this apartment, because the parking garage is just practical! Walking to the old town and beach in about 10min, but some steps you have to climb.

• Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - My husband and 2 girls (7 and 9) have just returned from a perfect stay in this lovely property. Nina and her husband were very welcoming. The property was bigger than expected, immaculately clean and well equipped. The views are stunning! The location is perfect for old town, only a short walk away. There is a small shop around the corner. Lots of nice touches e.g. reading lights in the children's bedroom, and a patio (in addition to the balcony). This is a third floor apartment, so expect stairs! It was a bit noisy at night as its a busy neighbourhood, but it didn't really bother us.

Very spacious living area and kitchen facilities. Huge bonus is parking for a car. It is short distance from Old town so walking is easy, or call a taxi. Nina was very accommodating with a check out time. Everything was great. We highly recommend this apartment for stay in beautiful Dubrovnik. Nothing.

Slightly outside the busy area and a supermarket very close by. Aircon in lounge was an absolute win in the heat of summer. No aircon in the bedrooms.

It is perfect for a family of 4 or 4 adults and having two bathrooms was very helpful. The view is amazing. Due to the excellent location, the street below can be a little busy & noisy at times. Easily solved with earplugs at night time!

• Mmjoyce27 (9/5): Felt like a luxury vacation in a resort destination at an affordable price. - The location was extremely convenient and the views were beyond spectacular. The photos of the property simply did not do it justice. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, clean, bright, modern, and sophisticated. Parking (garage) was outstanding. Stairs did not bother us as we knew this city is hilly, so we trained in advance! Host was accessible and responsive, not that much was needed. With the windows open, there was quite a bit of street noise (cars honking, motor bikes driving by, trash pickup, etc.). Oddly, the noise diminished on the weekend nights. One recommendation might be more comfortable chairs to sit out on the terrace. The view is so amazing you could spend your whole vacation gazing out at it, but definitely enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine!

She also arranged a trip for us and provided us with useful information. The beds were comfy, appartment was very well equipped. The views from the sunny balcony are amazing and there is a bar and small supermarket right next to the appartment. We would definitely return and recommend . Nothing!
