L'ubicazione non é comodissima, pur essendo nella città antica bisogna percorrere stradine con molte scale e con un trolley non é semplicissimo.

• June Gl (10/5): - Great value apartment in the old town, loved the location and facilities, it has everything we needed for our time in Dubrovnik! It was close to everything but quiet and secluded. Very close to M'arden Wine Bar, which is a perfect place to end the night. Loved the little yard just outside, great spot for a morning coffee. Everything was great.

Checkin mit keybox unproblematisch! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Zumindest im Badezimmer könnte man um diese Jahreszeit eine kleine Heizung gut gebrauchen! Ist aber auch so kein Problem!

• Cynthia (10/5): Beautiful cosy studio - Beautiful cosy studio, spotless clean, good location, there is little garden outside the property. The host is very helpful even our flight was cancelled and delayed.
• Kate (9/5): Great spot to stay inside the city walls with comfort and privacy and quiet yet also central - Spacious studio apartment in a great location with easy access to everything in old town yet also quiet for sleeping. Had an outdoor patio as you first enter and felt like a little home. Nino was in touch in advance and had everything ready to go for our arrival and was helpful during our stay. Everything was very easy from start to finish and key was in the lockbox so self-entry and that was also convenient because we arrived later than expected.

• Igor (10/5): Great room and apartment in the real Dubrovnik - what more can you ask for! - Loved the location and the room itself. A nice private courtyard was great too. Everything you need. The hosts were fantastic. I needed their help for something I made an error with, and they quickly corrected the situation. Wonderful experience! There are some steps up the hill to the apartment, so try and pack light. This is Dubrovnik, old city, and that is to be expected. It is a wonderful location and apartment for two people.

• Lachlan (8/5): Cosy small space, good for a few nights. - Very cosy stay. Seemed clean and has a full functioning kitchen. Nice large space for 2 even maybe 3 people. Good for a night or two. Only thing I didn’t like was there were about 60+ steps just to get up the hill to reach the room. So if you’re not okay with that then maybe this isn’t the room for you. Also the room runs on a small hot water machine so don’t use it all or you’ll run out quickly.
• Lucas (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice studio inside old town, with a small but very convenient private patio! We enjoyed it very much with our 2 year old. Just be aware that there are no cars inside the city and there are lots of stairs! But the location is excellent. The landlord was very kind and helped us with all we needed. We did some laundry and there is plenty of space to hang outside in the patio. We would come again !

• Kathryn (10/5): Wonderful quiet location in the old town - Very quiet area of the old town - a nice spacious apartment with a lovely little courtyard to sit in outside. The air conditioning was good and they were helpful and let us keep our luggage there for another hour. The stairs weren’t an issue for us- but would be for some. However Dubrovnik is full of stairs so you’d need to stay outside of the old town if you wanted direct access to a property.
• George (10/5): Charming apartment that sets up a perfect Dubrovnik holiday. - Good location and very private. The apartment suited the area perfectly. Very close to Pile Gates. Fantastic value for money. Nothing to really mention. Just be prepared for the walk up to it as there are quite a few steps. Probably 2/3rds of the way up.
• Patsy (9/5): Gorgeous apartment, great location. - Lovely little apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik with its own little courtyard. Had everything we needed, bed was super comfortable, very quiet. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment but this is Dubrovnic so to be expected and it is probably why it was so quiet, just need to be aware if you have heavy luggage or bad knees!

Whilst the location was right in the old town what we didn't realise was the room was way up the hill. We had to climb a huge number of stairs to get there. For us lugging 2 suitcases up a very steep hill was a significant physical effort. We needed a Sherpa!.

• Caroline (10/5): Perfect apartment, well equipped, spotless and in a great location - The studio apartment was perfect for myself and my son. It was in a lovely quiet location. It was spotless when we arrived, exactly like the photos, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen for a self-catered stay! The bed was really comfortable, my son slept well on the sofa bed, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The shower was lovely and hot too! The courtyard was really nice to sit in, and I loved sitting in it with a glass of wine, seeing all the huge lemons on the tree and listening to the clock tower bells! Nino was very responsive to messages and he also let me know that the studio was ready and we were able to check in a little early, as well as allowed us to check out a bit later on our last day too, which was really helpful and much appreciated! We loved everything about it, it was perfect for us!
• Emma (10/5): Excellent location and great value for money - Location, facilities, cleanliness. Nino, the host, answered all my questions and helped when needed. He even gave us a late check out which was so kind of him. Very comfy bed. Very peaceful. Everything you would need for a short stay is in the apartment including a decent hair dryer. The apartment is located in the old Town and probably a 3 min walk to the nearest restaurant. Be warned - if you struggle with steps and going uphill, Dubrovnik probably isn't for you. But it's a beautiful place, the people are great and there are so many bars and restaurants. Would also recommend the City Wall Walk and the Cable Car. Would definitely stay in this apartment again. • Luke (8/5): Cute getaway in Dubrovnik - Cute little studio that had everything we needed. It was in a quiet area and had a private garden to have meals in. The communication could have been better about how the water heater works and how to turn it on. The tv was impossible to figure out because it was in a different language.

Being in the Old Town, you have to climb 40-50 steps to get there, but it’s close to Pile Gate (where a bus or taxi/uber can drop you off). The place is spacious, charming, clean, comfortable, quiet, modern/new. Also, bring in the Old Town, restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance. Everything was perfect

And you can enjoy living inside the old town! Also the host could let us keep the luggage in their place for a while. The hosts are really nice!

There’s steps up but that’s what it’s like in the old town and it didn’t bother us as it’s the price you pay to stay in the beautiful town. Easy access on check in. Lovely terrace to chill in after the steps. Would stay again ! That we only stayed 3 nights !!

• George (10/5): Wonderful Old Town studio - We had a fantastic stay at Studio Banovac! The location right in Old Town was perfect, just a short distance (up the stairs) from the Pile Gate. The WiFi was fast and reliable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, keeping us cool during our stay even during the hottest parts of the day. We also enjoyed the small patio and the convenience of having clothesline to dry clothes and towels. The space was clean and well-equipped, including a microwave and small kitchen, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend! Wouldn't change a thing.

• Juliette (10/5): A gem in the old town - This property is a gem!! It was clean and I loved the location. 3min to Buza bar where one can swim and jump off the cliffs, 4 min to the entrance of the Dubrovnik wall. There was AC and coffee. The price is fabulous for studying inside the old town. I travelled with my 2 young daughters and check in was painless, just a code from a box to find the key. Of note, to get to Studio Banovac, there are a lot of stairs. You have to be physically fit to carry your suitcases up (in our case carry-ons). Nothing. It was perfect.

• Cornelia (10/5): Great apartment! Really nice location, good size - Great apartment! Really nice location too - just be prepared for quite a few steps getting there - but it was worth it! Host really accommodates us as well when we arrived and we could store our bags for a few hours!
• Brian (8/5): Authentic Old Town experience with a delightful private patio! - If you want the Old Town experience, this is it! Nice little studio, newly renovated and modernized, in a genuine Old Town stone building. Quite a lot of old stone steps to walk up, so be prepared for that. Delightful little private patio and a beautiful, well-maintained little garden right next to it -- a touch of green in the otherwise greenery-free old town. Very pleasant. Room had a functioning air conditioner. The room had a filter coffee maker, but... no filters; the arm that swings the filter basket holder was broken, and there was no filter basket. We improvised with paper towels (fortunately, we had brought our own, as there were no paper towels in the apartment -- it would be a good idea to always provide them). There is only one small, rather low-quality frying pan. There was a bit of a funky smell in the apartment -- musty, moldy. It wasn't terrible, but was definitely noticeable, especially in the bathroom.

Apartment with small lovely terrace/garden outside, but still in closed, private area. All you need for stay in apartment. Short distance to Pila Gate and Stradum, but very quiet and tranquil whole day. Perfect!

Have a simple kitchen if you want to make some breakfast or meals there instead of eating at the restaurants all the time. In the morning or evening, you might hear some neighbours/kids chatting and playing around. From time to time, possible to hear sounds of moving chairs from upstairs.

You need to traverse a number of steps to get to the apartment but that is very common in Dubrovnic old town.

It's a delight to retreat from the crowds while staying in the very heart of the city. It's pretty much as advertised and accurate to photos and description. Nothing fancy but very well located and with private out door area.
• John (10/5): THE PRIVATE OASIS - The apartment was fully equipped ( even a cork screw). Located in a quiet back street near the high point in the old town- behind the enthological museum. It has its own garden & terrace- great for hot nights ( a private oasis)- & a "getaway" from the crowds..Great bathroom area as well. Has a keylock box system for entry, so there is no personal contact with the owner- unless required- who is easy to contact & is most helpful. To note: there is 94 stairs to climb to get to the apartment( the most direct route) so if one has large bags or many of them- you will have issues. Outside this- nil
• Jacqueline (10/5): Spacious and comfortable studio apartment inside the city walls. - The studio apartment was spacious and very comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay in this beautiful old city. The outside terrace is a bonus on sunny days and the tumble dryer is an extra bonus on wet days! The bed was super comfy and there was lots of storage space. There was plenty of hot water and a lovely powerful shower. It is located within the city walls but in a really peaceful location. There are 96 steps from the main street to the apartment if you take the shortest route but it is possible to walk a route with far fewer steps which is slightly longer (by heading beyond and behind the Jesuit Church and skirting the base of the city walls). The host was also super helpful. Nothing. Everything was as we expected from the description on the website and from earlier reviews.

Good location in the old town, close to main things but secluded enough to be quite in the evenings quite a few stairs to get to so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage

• Beata (9/5): Lovely stay. - Lovely and helpful hosts. They allowed for a very late check in (there was a delay while crossing the boarder) and prolonged our check out hours. We were able to leave our luggage at the property after the check out until late in the evening. The host prepared the bed and the sofa bed (upon request). The flat has a separate entrance and a little garden space with a table and chairs. It’s quiet and cosy. Me and my friend enjoyed catching up on our favourite show as Netflix is also available in the flat. While the flat is beautifully situated in the old town, you need to climb many many stairs to get there. Not a great idea to have a 25kg suitcase like I did. If you are travelling lightly, you will love it.
