• Hannah (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer! - The location was perfect. Very central to everything we wanted to do. It was beautiful, and the place was spotless. Our host was so responsive, which we appreciated. Great cooking utensils, and I loved having a dishwasher and washing machine, along with cleaning products, drying lines, and pegs. We figured out how to work the cooking extraction , just pull it out, and it's quite strong and great to have! We've left some tea for your next visitors as that's the only thing we missed :) The shower was great, and we loved that there was a smart tv for netflix at the end of the day. Thanks for a perfect stay! We just wish we had booked more days in your place as this was our last and 6th stop during the trip!

• Geraldine (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location, right by the Pile gate and also up the lane from the bay between the old city and Fort Lovrijenac, grocery shops over the road. Lovely and cool and plenty of room for two. Very accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again. We had to leave!
• Laia (3/5): Poor - The apartment's location is definitely its strongest point. It's situated in a very convenient area of Dubrovnik, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The first thing that surprised us was the access to the apartment, which was in very poor condition. The entry area was neglected, and the overall feeling was that the space hadn’t been properly maintained in a long time. The apartment itself is a basement with poor ventilation, making the atmosphere feel stuffy and somewhat unpleasant. Although some details were provided to make the stay more comfortable, such as towels, blankets, and a hairdryer, we encountered five cockroaches during our stay in various parts of the apartment, which was extremely unpleasant. After notifying the owner, her reaction was completely disappointing. She only offered us the option to leave the apartment with a full refund, but when we explained that we couldn't afford the costs of finding alternative accommodation at that point, she started ignoring us entirely. Even now, days after we left the apartment, we still have not received any response. Completely disappointing.

• Mark (9/5): Great location. - We stayed in the Studio Apartment on (what I'll call) the ground floor of the building, but basement from complex entrance level. It was clean, roomy, the air con worked. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard with wine, cheese, bread etc. It is very central as it's just outside the Old City Walls. Kitchen was simple but had all the right items as we cooked one night we were there. Very central to swimming spots as well. Photos of the Studio Apartment are accurate. Any questions we had were answered by the Host very quickly. Wifi was very slow, which when travelling and connecting with family back home makes it a little difficult.

• Nigel (10/5): Exceptional - Ivana was great at communicating and was very accommodating letting us drop luggage early. Her apartment is in such a great location 50 meter from where tours leave near Pile Gate and 120 meter from the gate. There is little courtyard to sit and relaxing before or after tours. We were able to do laundry and could have cooked meal if we wanted. There was small supermarket across the road and recommendatios on good restaurant like Poklisar in Old Town harbour. No ice cube tray in fridge icebox. So minor and first world I know!!

• Paul (6/5): very good location - Location was excellent Could not get the tv to work, rang the host but no reply. clear written instructions should be given. I tried to re tune the channels many times before giving up. We did not find the bed comfortable and slept badly. For 2 days it was made worse by someone in the apartment upstairs stomping around. There is no sound insulation, and you could hear every step they took.
• Gaudet (8/5): This is a perfect location for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. I would stay there again! - Location was second to none! Comfy beds. Large bathroom. Washer and heated towel rack. Ivana was very accommodating, accommodating a last minute request. We really appreciated it! Had a bit of a damp/musty smell, but we used the heat pump on dehumidify and that helped a lot. It was also a bit tricky to find when we arrived after dark.

• Alejandro (7/5): Good - The apartment in itself is a great one in terms of infrastructure and space. It was very clean and the bathroom looks bright new. You get a washing machine and a coffee maker. The building has a cozy pretty patio for breakfast. Location is perfect. Steps away from the Old Town without actually being in the midst of it and its chaos. Very friendly and helpful host. As soon as we entered the apartment had a bad smell made mostly of heavy humidity. Eventually with ventilation and getting used to it it didn't bother us much though. Because of how the property is built and the surrounding walls you get a kind of semi-basement level, which means the natural light is poor. The bed is two small beds put together (which is common) but you get a wooden plank in the middle below the mattress.
• Damián (7/5): Super nice host, somehow overpriced - Location is great, just outside the walls of the old town. Our contact person was super responsive in general and helpful when we needed help with luggage storage at the end of our stay. Overpriced for what it is (but then Dubrovnik is overpriced). The apartment is in a basement, kind of dark and somewhat damp. The smell was attempted hidden when we arrived with some kind of artificial air freshener (which we managed to air out).

• Elena (9/5): We had a great time! Sun, super clear sea-all we wanted. ❤️ - Great location, 2 minutes to the beach and to the old town. All interesting places are right there. You will find everything you need in the appartment for long stay. No cheap restaurants around, as it is right near the old town. Internet disconnects if you use it with more than 2 devices in a row. For one- it is good enough!
