• Aila (9/5): Mukava ja siisti majoitus hyvällä sijainnilla - Keskeinen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa,siisti, riittävän tilava kahdelle,keittiö ja tilava jääkaappi ja kiva WC ja suihkukaappi. Asunnossa on lähes kaikki tarpeellinen yöpymiseen. Ystävällinen omistaja Tyynyjä saisi olla enemmän kuin yksi/hkl. Saimme tosin molemmille pyydettäessä yhden lisätyynyn, mutta olisin tarvinnut vielä yhden lisää. Matkalaukkuja joutuu raahaamaan monta kerrosta huoneistoon, mutta ymmärrän kyllä ettei vanhan kaupungin taloissa ole hissejä.
• Joshua (10/5): We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay here. - This is a smaller one room apartment of reasonable size with an attached kitchenette. It’s in the heart of the old town yet it was quiet inside. The manager of the apartment kindly allowed us an extension of our checkout time due to the heavy rain and also stored our luggage. Really appreciate the kind gesture! The steps leading up to the apartment.
• Joshua (8/5): Overall a good stay. Would recommend. - Centrally located near Pile gate which we can access via the Main Street with no steps. Everywhere is walkable from the apartment with restaurants and shops nearby. There is a washer and a dryer in the apartment. The apartment is on the third floor of an old building so be prepared to climb with your luggage. There is just one toilet and shower for a family of four.

Room was quiet and clean Shower ran out of hot water after a while and had to wait for it to heat up again. Small issue with drainage in bathroom but nothing serious

There's quite a lot of steps up to the apartment. It didn't affect us but could be an issue for others. No safety deposit box.

• Rachel (10/5): Excellent location, in a very clean, spacious flat. Perfect for our three nights in Dubrovnik. - Perfect location right in the centre of the Old Town, and despite being in the middle of everything, the double glazing meant it was extremely quiet. The air con was really good and the studio apartment was spacious and very clean. It also had all the things you don't think of until you don't have them - good mattress on the bed, powerful shower and plenty of sockets, including next to the bed. Can't fault it! Both apartments are on the top floor. Not a problem for us, but worth knowing if you have mobilty issues and don't forget you have to carry your suitcase up and down!
• Mark (9/5): Very enjoyable stay - Location is perfect, just off main Stradun street. No steps to the building Although the apartment is in the old town, the apartment is very quiet. It is clean and tidy and the host was very helpful. Because the apartment was so well located, we could easily drop back in to cool down during the day. Nothing really, maybe adding a full length mirror would be a plus. Be aware for anyone with Limited mobility. The apartment is on the top floor of the building. (Third floor) and there so no lift.

• Michael (9/5): Gem of a property within the city walls - The location of this property was ideal , although situated in the heart of the Old Town , it was in a side street which did have restaurants on it but once in the apartment and the windows closed this completely nulled any noise . A absolute gem of a property and Ivana the host should be proud of herself for sharing this gem
• John (10/5): Would certainly return if we get the chance! - The Host was very attentive and gave us a great introduction to how the apartment operates. The apartment was super clean. The kitchen had all the utensils is you want to cook a couple of meals. Bathroom facilities were excellent Quiet apartment due to double glazing windows Location was excellent being just 2 mins walk from the Stradum (main street) where a lot of promenading occurs throughout the day and evening. A good reason to stay in this apartment is late afternoon the day trippers go and you can enjoy less hustle 😊 Nothing it was a perfect stay

• Tori (8/5): No better location!! - Location was 100% !! A full “apt” with kitchen. Host was very nice. Spacious room. Four flights of stairs. It was alot. Shower water is only hot for a couple minutes. Needs a sofa to relax. Only had two small chair. Check out is tooooo early! Make it 12:00.
• Lena (9/5): Excellent stay! Perfect location. - Very centrally located on a popular restaurant street. Few minutes walk from Pile Gate- all flat streets to the apartment. Look for the white stone pillars and turn right onto street. Although on top floor- no elevator - it’s very quiet especially if you close the window. Even in the evening the restaurants close up by 11 pm and it is very quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped. A few markets close by to buy groceries. Ivana met us at the apartment and was very nice. She kindly allowed us to have a later check out. Missing ironing board.

• Olivia (10/5): Incredible place to stay! Location was 10/10, so close to everything. We will be back! - The location was amazing! Very comfortable and quiet for being so central. The apartment has everything you need. Aircon worked really well considering how warm it was outside. Nothing, loved it all!

The steps up to apartment aren’t for the faint of heart (but I was aware of this prior so didn’t mind) There wasn’t a wash machine. Seems silly as we never really care about this but part of why we booked this place. We were traveling for over two weeks thru multiple countries, in a small carry bag and planned on doing laundry. They did have an iron so was happy to see and use that.

• Laura (10/5): Wonderful property in a great location to allow exploration of Dubrovnik. - Lovely property in the heart of Dubrovnik. Very comfortable and spacious. Spotlessly clean and within walking distance of everything.
• Carol (8/5): Great location, comfortable accommodation would recommend. - The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town and it was quiet in the room at night time. The bathroom was a decent size with a washing machine and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Big lounge room that accommodated 6 of us comfortably, we had 4 people in our room my daughter and her partner rented the room next door. The room had a private entrance that was shared with the other room my daughter rented. Ivana was very helpful and organised private transportation at a good price to the airport for us all. The second bedroom lacked a ceiling blind that meant those sleeping in this room were woken when the sun rose. Wifi reception was poor.
• Margaret (8/5): Very good - It was modern, clean & very spacious. Even though the street was very busy outside once you closed the window it kept the noise out. The host was very nice. We stayed for five nights, for that length of time I would of expected to have been given a change of towels. I met the host in the lobby on the 4th day, told her of same we were given one set of towels which was one standard bath towel & one hand towel. Also there was no tea bags or coffee which we never came across before in all the places we stayed.

• Sophia (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a beautiful old town. - Location is perfect. Right by the main street of the old town. No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Too little trash bags.
• Lai (9/5): We had an amazing time, the apartment was very cosy and so close to everything. - It was a great location, and the host was amazing, she met us to give us the keys and showed us around the apartments and went through the area with us and even helped us book a taxi for the day of departure to the airport and came early in the morning to walk us to the taxi. Absolutely amazing host! The apartment was very clean, the kitchen/dining area/lounge was a nice size. We also like the fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer. The towels and blankets had a bad body odour and cigarette smoke smell to it, so we had to wash it. One of the rooms was quite small and the single beds were very small.
• Vanna (8/5): Clean, modern, spacious and centrally located - The apartment is centrally located along one of the little streets from Stradun so all the attractions are 5mins away. It's been newly renovated and is very modern and spacious. There is air conditioning and the windows work well to keep the noise out from the restaurant across the street below. This is probably the same for all apartments in Dubrovnik, but there are no elevators in the old building so bringing heavy luggages up the stairs is a challenge. This apartment is on the better side of the old town as you do not have to go up many flights of stairs to access the main building door, but just have to go up the stairs within the building (room is on the top floor). There is no receptionist as this is a private apartment so better directions should be provided to arriving guests.

Nothing, everything was beautiful! Just a note that there is 3 flights of stairs and not handicap accessible.

• Liz (9/5): Very good location - Very good accommodation with a very good location. Everything was clean and tidy. I recommend it, it has a bed for a couple and it had two personal beds. In front of a treasure restaurant with some breakfasts at a very good price and you need to make the excursions early opens at 7:30 am All the stairs that you have to climb for a person who does not have a mobility problem can do it but they are like 6 floors, if you have a lot of luggage it is complicated, if they are only for 3 days it is fine but you have to have good physical condition. If you want to lower the food at lunch or dinner, go up and down because you're going to exercise well 👌 It is important that they are aware of the heating of the water that is in the bathroom because it seems that it was not put on and we spent 3 days bathing with frozen water, we thought it was like that because of the heat but it was not that it was removed. We told him the day before we left because we couldn't do it anymore and it seemed strange to us with the frozen water and he attentively helped us. It was that it was removed. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

• Oded (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern and clean apartment with AC in all rooms. Amazing location - in the middle of the old city and with great isolating windows it was very quiet. We were ok with it - but please note that the apartment is on the top floor so you have a small climb with your luggage.

Lovely hosts who met us late at night after a long ferry from Hvar. It’s a lovely apartment. Clean, bright and perfect for a couple of days. Nothing - would stay again

There are quite a few flights of stairs up to the apartment. Not really an issue for us but something to bear in mind if you have lots of luggage or issues going up and down stairs.

Air conditioning in the whole apartment. Even had washer dryer which we made use of. The hot water was not always 100 percent. I think there was a separate tank for the place but we found we had to take quick showers.

Our host, Ivana, was very gracious and gave us great recommendations for food as well as storing our luggage after check out. Highly recommended.

• Fiona (10/5): Wonderful apartment, great location and wonderful hosts - The location of the apartment in the Old Town of Dubrovnik was wonderful. Great restaurants just downstairs and only just moments away from one of the points to walk the medieval wall surrounding the Old Town, and The Strandun (the main thoroughfare) in the Old Town. The character filled apartment is very well appointed with everything you would need for your stay, including bathroom and laundry needs. A very well equipped kitchen (which we didn't need to use as so many restaurants are literally at our doorstep), full sized fridge and dining table. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was very relaxing to come home to after a day of exploring. As with much of the accommodation in Dubrovnik, there was not a lift to the top floor where the apartment is, so be prepared for leg-day every day! Marin is an excellent host who checked us in beautifully, and popped her head in when she was around to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended and we will stay again one day!
• Leanne (9/5): a perfect home away from home - this is a large apartment. perfect for giving you space to relax in between shopping and swimming. the pillows are too large to sleep on and the sheets are strange single sheets even for the double bed . some washing detergent and tea supplies would have been good.

• Lucy (8/5): Very good - Couldn’t be in a better location. Everything was spotless and has air con which was definitely needed. Hosts were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The communication before collecting the keys could be improved as the guest is expected to contact the host which isn’t usually the way. Usually the host will contact you a few days before you arrive. There were no little touches which you’d expect for the price I.e water in the fridge when you arrive, nice toiletries etc. it’s very expensive so would’ve expected this. Also when booking we expected to get the whole place with two bedrooms so felt the post was quite misleading. For the price we would’ve expected both areas but I understand this was my mistake for not paying attention to this when booking.
