- Paulina (10/5): - Everything was perfect 🤩
- Svitlana (10/5): La ottiima scelta per bel viaggio - La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La casa è comoda, pulita!
- Sadhbh (10/5): Beautiful spacious apartment set amongst Dubrovnik old town🌞 - We absolutely loved this apartment🌞. There was 5 of us staying in this apartment, and there was a lot of space for all of us. The beds were very big and very comfortable🌟. The location is fabulous, set amongst the old town. The host was very helpful and friendly.
We would definitely recommend staying here! The only thing that was a very minor issue, was the steps up to the apartment, but it was only a very short walk🌞 the walk was also very worth it!

- Nick (8/5): Good value for money and nice quiet location - We loved the apartment and Antonio was very helpful in liaising with taxis to the airport taking us back himself. The apartment was nice and the two double rooms spacious. The direct route up the steps was a bit much but Dubrovnik is small and so there is a more gradual approach up the Jesuit steps and around the inside of the wall which we soon used all the time to get to and from the apartment - very enjoyable stay.
- Sonia (7/5): -
- John (8/5): - Mostly quiet and plenty of room for four persons Lots of walking uphill to the location
- Jocelyn (8/5): very nice and cozy place - clean and value for money too high and too many steps
- Sharon (9/5): A cosy apartment with comfortable beds. - 3 of us had a very comfy stay in Dubrovnik at this central and quiet location in Old Town. Downstairs rooms (lounge, bathroom and kitchen) are compact but fully equipped including a washing machine and wi fi. Antun (the host) was very helpful answering any questions we had which was much appreciated. The only negative was having to carry our suitcases (12kgs) up around 100 stairs.
- Lysbeth (7/5): Good, basic accommodation. - Beautifully clean with comfortable beds. The owner was friendly, keeping in touch virtually. It was small, fine for three people, but it would have been crowded with more.
The pillows were large and firm. It would have been good to have a softer option
- Evie (10/5): Brilliant apartment, just as described! - This property was exactly as advertised and made a perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik and the Old Town. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, yet tucked away just enough to remain peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Antonio was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here

- Lorraine (7/5): - Great location, within the city walls. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. And very quiet. Living area was a bit small for 5 people and the shower cubicle was very small.
- Robert (9/5): Convenient, clean, comfortable and ideal for a short stay. - Centre of old town very convenient. Large bedrooms. Small living area (if that’s important to you). Lots of steps up to get there but worth it for the location.
- Michael (9/5): Stairway to Heaven - The apartment is cozy and very nice. Antun, whose wife owns the property, is a prince among men. He insisted on helping, no more than helping, with our luggage. We really enjoyed the property. The downside to the property if you are older is the 100 plus steps up to the apartment, but we survived.
- Henriette (9/5): Superb - It was a very nice stay, Antun was really helpful and helped us to find right bus, ferry and gave us guiding tips!
Nice apartement and location!
- Giulio (8/5): Very good -
- Sunanta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aine (10/5): We were collected at the airport by the property owners, Autun was in contact with us prior to our stay and during our s - The property is very quaint, homely, very clean with a great location. All 5 in the group were happy, no negatives.
- Cole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzanne (3/5): Misrepresented and attracts wrong target audience. - The Host was lovely and picked us up at the iarport punctually.
2 large bedrooms were lovely
Location was in old town. At no point were we advised in advance that the accommodation was at the top of at least 6 flights of old town stairs and that suitcases were an issue, as was fitness to use the accommodation. The apartment is an authentic ancient building as part of a UNESCO heritage site and that is a major selling point to those who don't want creature comforts. It should be advertised as such. We vacated after one night to find a comfortable hotel. The living accommodation is very cramped with a bathroom, living, dinning and kitchen in a very small space with no where to relax. The bathroom had borrowed light meaning the window above the toilet was open into the living space. The third bedroom stairs are a death trap.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Annette (8/5): Short but sweet - Convenient place to stay . Out of the main hustle of the old Town.
- Valerie (9/5): Superb - Located in the old town. Great to wake up early and walk around before everyone else arrived. Prompt responses from the host. Instructions from the host on how to find the property. If you're using google maps, make sure you use the address provided and not the name of the property.
Large bedrooms. Plenty of space for luggage. Air conditioning in the two large bedrooms, but no AC in the small single room. Hair dryer in the bathroom.
There are three floors. The ground floor contains the one bathroom and common area. There's a large bedroom on the second floor. On the third floor, there's a large bedroom and a smaller single bedroom. Pack light! To reach the apartment, you have to carry your luggage up two blocks of stairs, and then more stairs inside the apartment. My 70-year old parents needed some help with their luggage by the last flight of stairs.
The common area and bathroom were small. Not a lot of space in the living room to relax and watch TV or have a meal--best for parties intending to eat out. If you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to walk to the ground floor.
The small bedroom had some noise from people walking by going to the bar down the street, but the other bedrooms were very quiet.
- Rebecca (8/5): Fabulous location in Dubrovnik old town - Fantastic location, right in the old town. The apartment would be more suitable for smaller children, we traveled with tall teenagers
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Lina (9/5): Superb - Amazing location and the apartment has all the facilities you need. Thanks Antun!
- Nada (7/5): Good overall, would recommend but would want to disclose the number of stairs. - The property was good, clean, good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, good amount of towels, good location. Could have been instructions for things like lights, boiler for the bathroom. Also, hot in the upstairs bedrooms. A keypad lock for the front door would be nice. Lastly, it would be nice to know the number of stairs you need to climb to get to the apartment.
- Bridie (6/5): Pleasant - Its location Front door was very difficult to open .Not sufficient air condition and all rooms were very dark no natural light .
- Anne (10/5): Exquisite - Loved being in the heart of Dubrovnik. Cute apartment, with rooms on different floors, so each room had its own space and privacy. Loved experiencing life in a walled city. Pack lightly, you will be hoisting your bag up 137 stairs. If you like to walk and you are in decent shape, the stairs get you in a quiet peaceful area of Dubrovnik
- Dani (7/5): Good - It was cute, and owner good to deal with. It is quite small. AC on second level took a long time to work properly without being too loud. AC on third floor dripped water non stop. No AC in third bedroom. LOTS of stairs to climb and a good 15 minute walk from gates if carrying luggage and hot out. Loved the neighbours pet turtle!
- Alastair (9/5): We had a wonderful time staying inside the old town, soaking up the atmosphere. Beautiful, character home. Antum is a ve - Great location, wonderful character home, extremely neat with attention to detail, very helpful & responsive host (Antun) 3rd (smallest) bedroom needs an air conditioner.
Many stairs to climb was fine for us, but not ideal for some
- Callaghan (10/5): Amazing! Could not recommend it enough - Amazing location in the heart of old town. Easy to find and you can access everything quickly. Highly recommend. The host was friendly, caring and very helpful!!
- Lucia (2/5): Very poor - Easy and host very responsive The property was not as it was in the photos
- Paul (7/5): A good base point for exploring Dubrovnik. - It was a convenient location to see the old city of Dubrovnik and Antun was wonderful, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom, and especially the shower were tiny. There were also a lot of stairs to get to the location from any of the gates into the old city.
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Nicole (9/5): We had a really lovely time here in Dubrovnik. The apartment was perfectly located. - We loved the location so much. It was perfectly located in the Old Town and it was close to the busy touristy streets, but a bit off the main road so it was calm at night too. The bathroom was a bit small and there was mold on the walls. This was not a big deal to us though, we weren't hanging out in the apartment too much-- but we noticed it. Also there is only one bathroom on the bottom floor which could have been a bigger deal but we only stayed for a few days so it was okay.
- Rían (8/5): Very good -
- James (10/5): Great sized apartment, full of character and in the middle of the old town. Brilliant. - Loved this place. Not only was it in the middle of the old town, it was a lot more than I thought it was going to be - 3 stories with 3 great bedrooms. Kids loved it too….a lot of steps to it, but that’s Dubrovnik.
- Mia (8/5): A cozy and quiet place - The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The three-floor layout made it feel more spacious than it actually was and also provided some added privacy. The interior is quite rich with lots of art and all sorts of knick-knacks that give the place a unique and personal feel.
The neighborhood is very quiet but only a few minutes away from the bars and restaurants of the city. The apartment is high on the hill so you need to climb a lot of stairs to get there - it's still ok if you travel light and don't mind the exercise. The windows mostly face neighboring walls so there are no views to speak of and you may feel a bit isolated from the world.
- Mrizaj (10/5): I really liked the property and everything was clean and tidy and the owner was very kind and helpful. - Everything Clean
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Living in a UNESCO site for 2 days was a once in a lifetime , awesome experience that you would never get anywhere else in the world. The amount of stair steps involved in getting about was extensive, but part of the experience.
We found food very expensive in Dubrovnik.
- Nathalie (8/5): central clean well priced apartment - very well located, Antun was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions only one bathroom on the ground floor for 3 bedrooms which are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. not suitable for anyone who is unable to walk up stairs
- Steve (4/5): Disappointing -
- Hermes (10/5): Great stay, the apartment was amazing and the location in the middle of old town -
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Wayne (7/5): The apartment is small but nice enough. Antun is a very good host. - Apartment was nice and had what we needed. Great location for the Buza bar and swimming (80m away). Great spot to jump off the rocks. Airconditioner upstairs wasn't working when we arrived, so Antun did everything he could to get it fixed quickly. He even bought a new fan to get us through on the night it wasn't working. It was fixed by the next day which was great. The kitchen/living and bathroom areas are quite small and the 3rd bedroom with the single bed is VERY small. The apartment is over 3 levels, so need to be prepared for stairs. It's also a hard slog to get to the apartment with luggage. Many, many stairs to navigate!
- Megan (9/5): Amazingly beautiful city, was great to stay within the city walls. - Owner was very helpful. Property was in a quiet area and inside city walls so was a perfect location for us. Beds were comfy and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. We were OK but some people may not like that there were a lot of stairs to get to the property (with luggage) and also in the property. The stairs are a factor of the city the property is in, but If people have mobility issues, it could be a problem.
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Helen (8/5): Lovely characterful apartment - Characterful apartment right in heart of old town. Antun was able to pick us up from airport and his wife met us at the apartment to show us round. There are a lot of steps up to the property if you go a certain way but there are steps everywhere in the old town so you get used to them. The kitchen and living area on the ground floor is a little small but had enough room to sit and facilities to make breakfast. I was in a lovely large, airy room on the top floor (yes more steps in apartment too!) and it was nice and quiet at night. There is another smaller single bed on the top floor and then another large bedroom on the floor below. Note the bathroom was back on the ground floor but was clean with a great hot shower. Some outside space to sit would have been nice.
- Paul (6/5): Functional option in centre of the Old Town. - The location was good. Bedrooms were sizeable. Small lounge and bathroom.
- Gunta (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (7/5): pleasant - perfect location, though a lots of steps to the apartment, not suitable for older people would have preferred double bed sheets on the double bed instead of 2 single bed sheets
- Deborah (10/5): Lovely apartment for a short stay in Dubrovnik - Good size bedrooms, quiet central location, helpful host.
- Aine (8/5): Very good - It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was extremely central. A great location.
- Yaqub (9/5): Nice stay in Old Town Dubrovnik - The location was great. The apartment was nice and well equipped, and the air conditioning was very effective. Too many stairs inside and on the way to the apartment!
- Jennifer (7/5): Good - The beds were very comfortable and spacious, air con in the living area was great! The single room did not have aircon which was difficult as the heat was so strong! Also we were not aware that this apartment is at the top of over 100 steep steps which was difficult in the heat especially with luggage, it’s very close to the top of the walls. Besides the steps the location was right in the centre of the old town
