Disposa de rentadora i facilitat per penjar la roba. Entra llum per la part superior de la porta d'entrada ja que es fa de dia cap a les 5.30 h a l'agost.

• William (10/5): Fantastische studio met eigen parkeerplaats en mooi uitzicht op de oude stad van Dubrovnik - Een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze woning. Het is een kleine woning/studio op loopafstand van de old town van Dubrovnik. De eigenaar kwam netjes de sleutels brengen toen wij aankwamen. Een heel groot voordeel was dat deze accommodatie een eigen parkeerplaats had. Parkeren in Dubrovnik is zeer lastig. De accommodatie had een groot terras met prachtige uitzicht op de old town. Het was genieten. Het enige nadeel is dat je heel wat trapjes moet lopen om in de old town te komen. Maar daar doet de ligging van de accommodatie niets aan af.

• Josue (10/5): Great experience in a nice place. - Everything was perfect, the appartment is nice, in a quiet area, the view of Dubrovnik is astonishing and beautiful, Marina was so nice, friendly and helpful in all days, answering any question that we had in a quite fast manner. Everythin was nice we would love to come back to the same place to stay.
• Peter (10/5): A stunning accommodation with parking. - A wonderful one bedroom compact apartment. Stunning location with views of the Old Town, Fort and Lokrun Island. Parking on-site with just 20 steps from carport to front door. Host (Mario) very welcoming and provided a welcome drink. Wi-Fi good everywhere. Apartment was spotlessly clean. The balcony ran on two sides of the property and we enjoyed numerous meals on it. Access to Old Town was via 192 wide steps. We did the walk down and back on each of three consecutive days and we timed it at 16 minutes on one day when we did not stop for sightseeing and shopping. We are both in our early 70’s No specific provision for placement of our two travel bags-we improvised. Not a big deal.
• Dennis (10/5): Fantastic stay in a fantastic place with fantastic hosts - Fantastic location only a 10 minute walk to the old town. We were met on site when arriving. The host was great in explaining everything. It was very nice having a little kitchenette and a washing machine with a spot to hang clothes right outside. The bed was comfy. There is a little seating area on the front deck overlooking part of the sea and a parking stall right at the unit. Yes, there are stairs down and back up from old town, but that is common in Dubrovnik. This is a little gem. LIke it all

A 10min walk down to the old town. The beach chairs and breakfast table looking over the view was great. Shower always flooded the bathroom.

• Dennis (10/5): The view alone is worth the price of the apartment - The view was to die for. Also the proprietor was incredibly helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and suppers on the balcony looking down on the old city and the Adriatic. It was kind of small, but we knew that and it wasn’t a problem. Also, I wish we could’ve blocked out the light from the front door, as the sun woke me up every morning. All in all, though, it still rates a 10.

• Cory (10/5): Great spot to stay. - The place was a great spot for the Old City It can be a hike up but there are plenty of taxi's if you want a quick easy trip back. The view is nice also. Our host was awesome! The stairs up can be a lot when it's hot. It is a hilly city though.

• Nahyun (10/5): Perfection. - STUNNING. IN EVERY SENSE. I am not even going to talk about the location and how beautiful it is, because it meets the expectations as you can see in the pictures. I am going to focus more on the attention to detail that the hosts have. Mario and Marina were absolutely one of the best hosts I have ever met, friendly and detailed introduction to the city and the apartment along with a nice touch of flexibility for check in and check out arrangements. The stuff they had ready in the apartment were so detailed and necessary for roadtrip travellers like us, here goes the list: cooking equipment, washing machine, laundry detergent capsules, iron, hair dryer, cooking oil and basic spices, sunbeds and parasol, you name it. Anything that you need to keep yourself comfortable and feel at home without having to order services at inflated charges like in hotels. And the view of the Old Town and the sunny balcony where you can dry your laundry under the crisp sunshine is just the cherry on top. We also met the cleaning lady on the way out who was also very delightful and gave us great recommendations. Mario&Marina, thanks for the amazing experience, we would love to stay in your apartment again when we come back to Dubrovnik. Everything was perfect! Just that you will have to use quite a bit of staircases going back and forth from the Old Town so if you are not up for that then the whole neighborhood of Ploce is not a place for you because that is the trade off you get for having the best view of the Old Town.
• Russell (10/5): The ideal location and most comfortable room for a couple to visit Dubrovnik - The property was immaculate, with everything you need including a washing machine. The owners, Marina and Mario are a delightful couple who were most helpful. Car under a carport was great. 10 minute walk to the old city , which you have good views of from your windows and a balcony.

She plained everything to perfection, the most accomodating routes to the sites of Dubrovnik, and went beyond to accommodate my lateness in arriving at the apartment. Well done and greatly appreciated. There is nothing to report that lessened the stay at the property.
