• Sebastien (9/5): Juste génial - Appartement bien situé, à 10-15min à pied de la vieille.Super belle vue sur la forteresse et la vieille ville, très appréciable à tous moments de la journée Pour accéder et revenir de la vieille ville, il y a des marches. Les commodités (boulangerie,épicerie..) sont juste avant l'entree de la vieille ville. La chambre au-dessus est une mezzanine ouverte et ça avait son charme pour les enfants qui ont adoré. Et un super grand merci à Marin qui est d'une grande gentillesse. Personnellement j'y retournerai et je le recommanderai les yeux fermés. Rien

• Menigaud (9/5): - Arrivée en autonomie grâce au message de notre hôte. A 300 m de l entrée de la veille ville. Grand appartement avec belle terrasse vue mer et veille ville. Bien équipé avec lave vaisselle et lave linge. Parking à environ 150 m très appréciable. Du parking l accès à l appartement se fait en descendant une série de marches qui peut être un peu difficile avec de grosses valises...ce qui n était pas notre cas...mais à prendre en compte.... Escalier également pour accéder à l appartement

• Gaby (10/5): Fenomenaal uitzicht - Het uitzicht over de oude stad en de zee was fenomenaal. Bovendien loop je zo de oude stad in en biedt het appartement zoveel ruimte. Traagschuimmatras was wennen.

Overall was a very lovely place to stay. Quite a lot of stairs to get to the property with big bags, and also down into old town. But had previously read reviews and expected this.

I would like to recommend this apartment to everyone because the view is amazing and it is close to the supermarket and old town. I made the right choice in choosing this room! Thank you!
• Gwawr (8/5): Amazing location, even better view. Lovely cosy living area and veranda - The View The Location The View... Cosy living area and well equiped kitchen Although the property was clean it wasn't sparkling ... the bedroom in the mezzanine has a very low ceiling and narrow stairs
• Silvia (8/5): Pretty expensive for what it offers - The location is good as it is 10 mins away from the old city, but you have to be prepared to climb some stairs. However this is Dubrovnik. The loggia was also great for enjoying a nice evening. Thr owner was kind to let us use the parking before the checkin hour. The second bed was just a matress in the attic, and it was very warm even when using the AC. The bathroom was quite old fashion. We stayed only for one night yo visit the old city, but for a long stay might not be the perfect choice. We felt it was quite expensive for what it offers, but Dubrovnik might be expensive.
• Anna (4/5): Disappointing - Location Second bedroom isn't really a room. It's in the eaves and it's very low ceiling. In height of summer it was also v hot so one of us slept on the sofa. Apartment is great location but tired and shabby.
• Izabela (10/5): Cosy and active holiday with a hint of luxury. - The terrace and the amazing views were the best part about the apartment because even in the hottest season you can enjoy a cool evening on the terrace and relax after a long and hot day at the beach. The apartment is not accessible by car so we had to climb up steep stairs to reach it at first but later we discovered that there are also many different routes that you can take to get around walking up the steep stairs that will also lead to the apartment and are not as difficult to climb. The location is a big plus as you are within a very short walking distance to old town and still you are able to experience peace and privacy.

• Anna (10/5): A lot to like! - We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was comfortable and spotless. Extras like the washing machine and iron were great (even had binoculars to make the most of the amazing views!). Air con was very welcome, and Marin the host was very helpful. Small supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all nearby and the Old Town is 10 min walk. Steps next to the apt are steep but others nearby (next to Bar Fratello) are easier!
• Batul (9/5): Very nice family holiday in a perfect location - Amazing views of old town. Equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Lots of stairs but it’s not the apartments fault, Dubrovnik is full of hills and stairs!
• Kristi (7/5): Good - Kitchen area was great and had everything we needed, along with the terrace and views. Good hot water and water pressure. Washing machine was a plus. Parking was also great. It was nice that there were two bedrooms even though one is in a loft with no door. We didn’t have any towels…..and we only realized late at night when we wanted to shower so we couldn’t. A basic necessity at a place of lodging that unfortunately was either forgotten or missed.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Bright but a bit tired - Bright attractive apartment with lots of space to cook, eat and relax. Generous balcony with shading and a view. Lovely view from the dining room window. Good water pressure for shower. Owner supplied stock of dishwasher and washing machine tablets. If you were driving, it had its own parking space 5 minutes walk which is otherwise very expensive to park in. We did not have a car but there is an excellent bus service in the area. Apartment needs to be freshened up, looks really tired in the bedroom areas. Shower tends to leak over the bathroom floor unless you point the shower head onto the curtain which seems counter intuitive. Small supply of cutlery given the size of the dishwasher.
• Miia (9/5): Great view and peaceful - The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was spot on. The view over the old town and Adrian Sea was amazing. Aircon was a big plus during the heat wave. The apartment was quiet. The sofa could be updated.
• Jeetendra (7/5): It was OK OK - Apartment was really nice. specially the view from apartment. Air Condition was of no use. I visited at the end of August. It was very hot and we were sweating as there was only one AC on drawing room and it was open so that AC was off no use. There should be AC on bed room as well. On this price they should provide proper AC.

• Thilini (8/5): Very good - We were 2 and have a lot of space with 2 bedrooms A big and clean bathroom with a wash machine. Maybe ad a trash can in the bathroom. That would be useful (the only one we had was in the kitchen)
• Dee (8/5): Very good - Elevated location with fabulous views, especially over the old town and of sunsets over the islands. Had most things you would need in the kitchen. A reasonable sized terrace with views. Quiet. A short walk to the supermarket and old town. The apartment had been used by smokers, and the smell permeated the apartment - even clean towels smelt of smoke when using them. When we had to keep windows closed because of wet weather, it was very unpleasant. It took several days to get rid of the smell. You need to be fairly fit as there are a lot of steps to walk up to get to the apartment from town - we enjoyed the walk, but some would struggle.

• Savagehenry (7/5): Good - The apartment is good, quite fresh renovation and breath-taking views. It has nice and spacious balcony and it's cozy in general. Even though I've emphasised that we're travelling with a 13 y.o. kid (our niece), we've got only two sets of towels. Wi-fi is quite slow - ~10Mbps, take this into account if you're travelling for work. Dishwasher machine didn't function.
• Maximyus (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine. Great accomodation if you have a car - there is a parking space and walking distance to the old town (if you are not afraid of small stairs :) I couldn't find the password from the WiFi ("lauralaura") and had to write to the owner. If you do not have roaming - this may be a problem, it is better to write it in a prominent place. There were no towels in the kitchen, which is a bit inconvenient.
