• Svitlana (10/5): felt like a home - The apartment is big, fully equipped and cozy. It has own entrance and garden. It was really nice to sit outside in the evening. The location is super as it’s close to the sea and supermarket as well. We had everything we needed and even more. The hosts are super friendly, we have ordered the transfer from the airport and had a nice drive to the place. I also liked the little things you usually miss in rented apartments - the most of them are in place, so we enjoyed our stay a lot! There is nothing I didn’t like, but the street life starts pretty early, so if you’re not a morning person don’t forget to close the windows before going to bed

• Patricia (10/5): Amazing lovely traditional apartment, just what we wanted, was absolutely perfect for us. - Beautiful old house absolutely perfect , very spacious, great location. Lovely balcony for breakfast and evening drink Lovely garden with 6 tortoises to feed and keep us amused. Apartment was so lovely private , felt so happy to have chosen it. Unfortunately over the road was new build hotel ,but was not an issue for us . Kept us amused when there watching the busy men no hard hats , was not noisy.
• Bernadette (9/5): 60th Birthday Celebrations - The villa is in an excellent location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops and the nearest beach is a 5 minute walk away. We were a group of 3 ladies and we were very comfortable. We felt quite at home. Beach towels and umbrellas were provided and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The orange and lime trees in the garden were a treat too. Our host, Klara, was very friendly and helpful. She picked us up at the airport and gave us advice on getting around Dubrovnik. We had a lovely and very relaxing time and would definitely go back. There was nothing that we didn't like. The natural light in the hallway was very good so a mirror on the wall would be a great addition.

• Andrea (10/5): An authentic Croatian villa that feels like home… - This is an incredible apartment. Our family of four had a beautifully stay and the hosts were absolutely fantastic. The garden was a highlight and it was so comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It is very close to the beach and the cafes avd restaurants. 10/10!! Nothing, it was perfect.

• June (10/5): Amazing October holiday in beautiful Lapad in the most amazing apartment - Absolutely stunning apartment, well equipped with everything we needed and so much more. Ideal location on the main pedestrian street with excellent restaurants and bars nearby. Beautiful gardens to relax in. Two balconies to enjoy. We are booking again for next year. The family who own the apartment are kind, generous and friendly. We loved everything, nothing negative to say
• Jibin (2/5): Very poor - The access to the apartment from the road has lot of very steep stairs. It is not easy to carry a heavy luggage down and up the stairs. This is not mentioned in the photos. There is NO air-conditioner in the BOTH bedrooms. The A/C is the living room which has a door that opens to the master bedroom. The cool air from the a/c does not reach the master bedroom. The second bedroom has absolutely no access to the a/c. We were provided only 1 portable fan. The apartment gets very hot during the day. We visited with my autistic son who has a habit of throwing things out of the window. He did drop the TV remote down. We were charged €25 for this. We felt helpless and threatened and had no option but pay €25 and he insisted on paying this in cash. The TV remote was working well as I did watch TV. Cleary the host (the male owner) was lying about this. He mentioned the "broken TV remote", after we had vacated the apartment and he was driving us back to the airport. We were allowed to check out at 2pm but the male owner took the extra money from us by saying the TV remote was damaged. The hosts will offer a taxi service ( their own personal car ) for €40 (cash) from the airport. They use their personal car for this (it is not a taxi) . Uber is much cheaper ( around €28-€30). The apartment is not a villa but a part of villa on the second floor. The main tourist area (old town) is a taxi ride away which will cost between €8 to €12 each way. The owner's daughter is very pleasant and friendly and drove us from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is NOT suited for the elderly as they will have difficulty going up and down the stairs. The advert is misleading due to the lack of a/c in both the bedrooms and the access to the apartment via the steep stairs. We had booked the apartment as it was advertised as having 2 bedrooms. However, we could only use one bedroom due to the lack of a/c.

• Michelle (10/5): Our most favorite property ever! - This is the most marvelous property - the location is spectacular, the property so spacious and well equipped, and the hosts helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. The property has the most beautiful balcony, garden setting and even tortoises. Literally 250 meters to beach, cabs, busses and so many restaurants. there is absolutely nothing that we did not like!
• Sini (10/5): Lovely villa! - We had an excellent stay in this lovely villa with a beautiful garden (orange trees and turtles). The owner of the house was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home right from the start. The villa is spacious and spotlessly clean. Our favorite spot of the villa was the little balcony overlooking the garden and the nearby Velika and Mala Petka forest park. A perfect spot to take your morning coffee! The villa and the Lapad area offer a perfect place to have a relaxing and sporty vacation (beach is very close to the villa). A big thank you to the Zuanić family!
• Marc (9/5): Lovely stay - We had a lovely stay at Villa Arancia. The hosts are absolutely lovely and quick to respond. The house is beautiful and comfortable, our son particularly enjoyed the garden and feeding the turtles. It has got everything you can possibly need. Location is fantastic, easy walking distance to the beach, the shops and bus stop for the old town.

• Aida (9/5): Wonderful !! Beautiful Villa, clean & spacious. Host was very friendly & helpful. Great location! - Location was excellent 5 min from the main promenade, full of cafes and restaurants. The sunset hotel and beach are a 10 min walk away. The supermarket Tommy is also a 10 min walk. The Villa is spacious and spotlessly clean. We caught a taxi to the old city of Dubrovnik, cost $130 Kuna $25 AUD. They have a lovely garden, however we were there in Summer and it was too hot to sit outside. We had a smorgasbord breakfast at Hotel Dubrovnik. It cost $100.00 Kuna per person, AUD $20. The taxi rank was situated at the top of the street near Mamma Mia. The bus stop is also situated there and takes you into the Old City. We swam at Sunset Beach. It is a pebble beach so I recommend you buy a pair of rubber velcro shoes. There are lounges and beach umbrellas on the beach for hire. However, if you go around 5pm there are plenty of unoccupied lounges so we used them. No one came to check, if you'd paid. The air conditioner in the lounge was excellent and cooled the main bedroom. The second bedroom, however had a small fan. The room was very hot and made it difficult to sleep. I would recommend that the hosts install an air conditioner in this room too. We were there in July (summer) and it was 34-40 degrees outside and very humid. The Wi Fi was excellent. They had a large television however, we were unable to watch it as there were no instructions available how to use it. We could have contacted our Hosts, as they informed us to contact them when we needed anything, however we were out most of the time, so it didn't bother us to not watch television t
