• Yuxuan (10/5): - The decoration style of the room is great, the furniture and facilities are new and complete, and the landlord is also very nice. Regarding the location, the road is relatively steep, but fortunately it is located between the old town and the beach. A taxi can solve the problem for about 8-10 euros. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high.

• Martin (10/5): - Úžasné ubytování v krásné lokalitě! Pokoj byl moderní, čistý a útulný, s naprosto dechberoucím výhledem. Parkování bez problémů přímo u objektu. Hostitel byl mimořádně milý, vstřícný a komunikace probíhala naprosto bez potíží. Rád bych se sem určitě vrátil.

• Kevin (9/5): Sehr tolle Wohnung mit einem super Gastgeber - Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Größe für einen Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik. Schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Ein Parkplatz ist dabei und auch sehr groß und überdacht. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Balkon

• Eduardo EBM (10/5): El mejor alojamiento en el que he estado… querría vivir alli! - Divo es simplemente increíble, pero es que la habitación es una pasada. No solo es preciosa y querrías tener un apartamento similar, sino que es muy amplia, súper cómoda… La habitación está orientada de tal manera que no colinda con la habitación de al lado ni con la calle, ideal para el descanso. Además, la cocina tiene de todo. Por no hablar de lo moderna que es, y las vistas que tiene. El mejor sitio en el que me he alojado fuera de mi casa en años. Y Divo sí que es un súper host. Queremos más como él!! Si tienes poco fondo físico y no quieres depender del coche, tal y como nos avisó Divo… Preparate para subir escalones!

• Matea Švigač (10/5): Apartment with a Sea View - The apartment was lovely, very clean, had everything we needed and more, it had modern facilities and features plus the spectacular veiws straight from the windows. Đivo the host was very attentive, always made sure we had everything we needed, he was very friendly and he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience in Dubrovnik. We would highly recommend and we have already arranged to go back next year. Nothing it was all we could ask for and more.

Divo le propriétaire se rend disponible et prend le temps de vous donnez des informations sur la ville, les excursions, les restaurants… tout était parfait.
• Mess (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft und ein fantastischer Vermieter! - Die Unterkunft war super schön eingereicht und sehr sauber! Außerdem war die Altstadt und auch der Strand zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Vor allem der Vermieter war toll und besser als jeder Reiseführer. Er hat uns tolle tips für die Umgebung und Restaurants gegeben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Heel mooi appartementje, prachtig uitzicht, alles schoon en genoeg faciliteiten. Er is een vaatwasser met vaatwasser blokjes, koffie, zout, shampoo, wattenstaafjes, scheerschuim, deo en nog veel meer. Het onbrak ons aan niets. De gastheer legde duidelijk uit waar alle hotspots zijn en wat aanraders zijn. Top! Niks

He managed to book a table for us at a beautiful restaurant for my bday that wasn’t possible to do ourselves! -AC was strong enough to cool the whole apartment -kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you need -they have a coffee machine!! This was very important for us coffee lovers in the morning -bed could have been a bit firm, but regardless we had a comfortable sleep - location of the place is in the middle of both old town and lapad area, 20-25 min walk to both sides. -I liked that the apartment was situated near bus stations for our convenience. Nothing!

• Κατερινα (9/5): The best accommodation! - The accommodation is very clean and fully equipped. The host is very friendly and helpful. Although the accommodation is 2km from the center, there is a bakery nearby for breakfast. Finally, the view was excellent!!!!

• Yatyan (10/5): Great accomodation with friendly host in a fantastic town like Dubrovnik. Highly recommend. - The apartment is situated at a walkable distance away from old town. Great for people who prefer quiet vicinity and fantastic view of the town. However do note that the slope around is quite steep, but that is also how if is for Dubrovnik so no escaping stairs climbing anyways. Along the way to old town there are some hypermart, bakery and food places for u to grab some bites along the way to/from old town. (Fyi the pizza nearby is highly recommended, pekara bakery offers affordable bread options, culto cafe also another affordable meal options with a large hypermarket just opposite) *all walking distance! Deluxe room was exactly how it looks like from the listing - modern and comfy, not to mention the perfect city view. Initial small hiccup with the lack of bodywash in the toilet as well as no washing machine available but Divo was quick to sort out the issue for us. Helping us to not only buy the body wash but even helped us wash the clothes we needed for our last few days in Dubrovnik! :) Also, we wished there would be some baking sheets available so that we could utilize the cool oven in the unit; and perhaps extra towel/ mat outside the toilet would be great too.

• Zoey (10/5): I highly recommend this apartment! - I liked everything about the apartment! The view is unbeatable and the whole apartment is just so new, modern, and clean. Only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town area and while it’s on a hill, the walk is mostly flat with some stairs. The host is also super friendly and responsive. We arrived a bit later than originally planned but he was still there waiting to give us introductions which we really appreciated. With his help we were able to travel and enjoy Dubrovnik without any hassle. Nothing really.
• Marija (10/5): Extraordinary apartment with the best panoramic view - There aren’t enough nice words to describe this place and the host. Absolutely everything was phenomenal. The apartment is located on the top of the city and it has an amazing view of the whole city and the beautiful sea trough a great panoramic window. The ceiling windows let the light in and give the apartment a pleasant atmosphere. It’s also huge, has a great living room and a kitchen equipped with all new appliances. Divo is an amazing host. He made sure we had a great time, recommended nice beaches, told us how to get around the city in a more convenient way, was extremely available and quick to respond to all of our messages. All in all, we had the best time and I highly recommend Divo’s place!

Divo, the Host, gave us tips on where to eat and which beaches were best. Nothing, all was great ! Just know that the appartement is high up on the hillside so if you hate walking/steps, you will want to use uber !

• Pam (10/5): Lovely apartment - Highly recommend this lovely apartment. I stayed with a friend, everything was great. The location is an easy downhill walk into old town, about 15 minutes, or a few minutes ride with Uber that was about 6€, good for coming back uphill!. Both the bed and the sleeper sofa were comfortable, the aircon worked well, and good pressure and hot water in the shower. The views are lovely, there is a parking space if needed, and best of all, Divo, the owner, was super friendly, always quick to answer, and gave good recommendations on places to go and things to do. I hope to return for a longer stay next time! Everything was good

Extremely clean,modern and well equipped. The view from the window stunning and Divo, the host was so accommodating and provided good tips to make our holiday better. Only negative is the amount of steps up and down to the property from the old city. Although to be honest there’s steps everywhere and we insisted on walking most of the time.

We had an issue with the shower, and he came to fix it right away. He also offered loads of great recommendations, which was much appreciated. The apartment is a ways uphill from the old town, so be prepared to either walk, or take the bus or an uber. The views are worth it though! Missing a dish towel or dish rack to dry dishes. Otherwise, it was lovely!

The views from the apartment were amazing, the apartment was clean, and I loved the modern/minimalist interior. The host was also very accommodating, giving us a brief overview of the various attractions and how to best get around Dubrovnik :) All in all would highly recommend this place!

Bonus was the ability to park the car off the street. Very modern contemporary design and new modern appliance easy to cook for the family. Electric remote blinds in the roof was great to see the stars and internet was great.

• Linda (10/5): A great stay! - My mum and I loved our stay at Divo's place for our five days in Croatia. It was a great amount of space, very clean, bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent. The location was great to get to most tourist places and Divo gave us plenty of information to give us ideas. It was also nice and away from the crowds to relax as well. Nothing really springs to mind. There is a steep walk up to the apartment, but we just used a cheap Uber to get home (€4) on the days we were tired from lots of walking around Dubrovnik, so this wasn't an issue.
• Andres (9/5): Beautiful and Modern with views. - This apartment is brand new with modern design, a lot of natural light, large TV with youtube and netflix, basic toiletries for couple days stay, great a/c, cooking tools and modern appliances, comfortable bed with plenty of closet storage. Also, free on-site parking is a plus. Ðivo was friendly and was available anytime we had questions. Amazing views of the city since you are on a hill. Note: The walk into Old Town is 25-30 minutes or a 5€ Uber ride. Electric bikes are available to rent from your host for a fee. Honestly, you're better off walking or hiring an Uber since the roads are narrow and steep.
• Gary (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern property, great views , parking available Divo is an extremely good host and a genuine guy We didn't arrive until 21.30 and Divo arranged a delivery of pizza and beers for us. The only issue we had was the winding steep road to get to the property, when carefully going up or down in a brand new hire car we seamed to meet on coming traffic most times. This is not a negative but try and hire a small fiat or similar would make this less stressful.

• Marlies (10/5): Exceptional apartment, great host and stunning view - My stay at Ponente Apartments was exceptional. The apartment is clean, very modern and beautifully furnished. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom, as well as the rest of the apartment can be fully darkened at night. I really felt like home during my stay. The apartment is located at the highest point of Dubrovnik with a stunning view of the sea and sunset. I did not use a taxi or Uber but rather walked to the nearby beaches and the old town. In the neighbourhood you can find supermarkets and a really good bakery. The host Divo was so kind and caring and provided me everything that I needed. The communication with him was outstanding, as he always responded within a few minutes. In addition he provided a map and recommendations of sights, beaches and restaurants. I would come back any time! Thanks for making my stay so special! -
• Jose (10/5): Amazing memories Dubrovnik - The views are amazing. The moment you wake up you can just have a coffee by the window and let all that mountainy sea view sink in. The kitchen has the essentials for you to take care of your breakfast. The bedroom can become pitch dark, in case sensitivity to light troubles your sleep. Quiet area, short walk to old town. Ceiling shower, in a very nice clean bathroom. Very polite and friendly Host.
• Deepa (10/5): Great Views and brilliant host! - Host was so helpful in every aspect which made our stay pleasant and comfortable. He went over and beyond to help us with many things which we’ve not experienced before in other apartment stays. The apartment is brand new with very high quality finish. Everything was absolutely brilliant…just the AC needed to be reset time to time when it was not cooling so well. Also be prepared that due to being at a higher point for great views, it’s a steep climb up. Be prepared to taxi it back and forth to old town. Otherwise all else was beyond amazing.
