• Felipe (10/5): - Very comfortable place, with everything you need. Walking distance from the bus stop for Old Town. Ar conditioning works very well, really liked it. Quick answers on WhatsApp, would totally stay again.
• Hwakyoung (8/5): 아늑한 공간. - 찾아가기 어렵지 않았고 호스트와의 소통도 좋았다. 부엌 도구들과 욕실 용품도 적절했고 웰컴 음료도 감사했음. 아! 집앞에 머무르는 고양이 덕분에 힐링. 깨끗했지만 낡은 부분이 있어서 개선되면 더 좋을 것 같다. 예를들면 전자레인지같은 것.
• md.zaurez danish (9/5): Cozy and perfect for couples. - Perfect cozy apartment with all amenities needed. Edita was always responsive and arranged every thing for us. Even Fruits and Baby food. All was perfect. Thank you Edita. Very near to bus stop and bus 6 plies every 10 mins. Nearby a lot of restaurants and supermarket as well. Washing machine and kitchen exhaust did not work. But that's ok.
• Emma (8/5): Lovely stay - Great stay with Edita - the location is excellent and Edita is very helpful. Lovely little apartment- only a couple of things - no toaster (this might be for fire alarm reasons)& hot shower only lasts 3 or 4 minutes then it goes cold. Other than that it was really fab !

• Isabelle (10/5): Très bon séjour à Dubrovnik entre plage et vie vil - Studio très agréable, tout le confort et bien situé (15 mn à pieds de la plage sunset beach et sa magnifique promenade le long de la côte, 5 mn de l'arrêt de bus le 6 pour la porte Pile pour accéder à la vieille ville fortifiée et le 7 pour la gare routière de Cruz). La propriétaire communique par messagerie et est très réactive et chaleureuse dans ses réponses, donne de bonnes adresses de restaurants (le Maskeron 😋), une corbeille de fruits à disposition et quelques petites choses dans le frigidaire, nous sommes juste un peu déçus de ne pas avoir pu faire sa connaissance en direct... Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

• Cristóbal (8/5): Good but not great - The location is perfect, near the bus stop that gets you to the city center. It was clean and nice. It got a bit humid though and the water was cold, even though we pressed the button to turn on the hot water outside the bathroom. The tv wasnt working. The room is quite small.
• Adam (10/5): - Edita couldn’t have been more helpful she honestly made the stay so simple and I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in the Lapad area to stay here. Such a great location and Uber is so cheap and quick to old town.

• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was small and cute, we had everything we needed - there was even fruit and some snacks in the fridge for us. :) It's near bus stop, but we could also easily walk to the city center even though it took longer. Beach and supermarket were also nearby, surrounded by many restaurants. We enjoyed it. :)
• Mika (10/5): Couple - Very nice and clean apartment. Easy to travel with only backpack because there was some essentials included wich you cannot fit like shampoo, toothpaste etc. Good connections bus stop is only 5min walk away and with bus it took only 10-15mins to old town. Host was super nice and gave us good tips where to visit at dubrovnik, really can recommend!
• Sonja (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved the apartment. It was well equipped, cozy and modern with beatiful beaches within walking distance. Great possibility for a nice short walk to a nice pretty road with plenty of restaurants, cafes, different playgrounds (kids, tennis) nearby. The apartment was very well connected also, the bus stop was very close and so the old town and related areas felt pretty close to us. Breakfast was organized well. Supermarket just at the corner of the road to the house. The hostess was very friendly and tried to explain us all of the above before so we could enjoy the different possibilities the place offered.
• Katie (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic, 5min walk into lapad. Host was amazing, very helpful with everything, provided drinks and condiments in the fridge and even offered us a late check out. The room was just what two people needed for a few days stay. Shower was a bit temperamental temperature wise.

Clean and equipped with everything you need, free parking in the front of the apartment. The host is friendly, informative and will take care that you are warmly welcomed.
• Jana (9/5): Superb - Very nice and clean aparment located approximately 4 km from Dubrovnik, Old Town (10 minutes by public transport). Apartment was fully equiped, including some items you might have forgotten (raincoats, umbrellas, cosmetics etc). We have prepared some food as well. Edita's service was absolutely amazing, she was taking care about our satisfaction every day, she explained us all usefull information about Dubrovnik, and she gave us some travel tips. Thank you very much, we definitely can recommend! 🍀❤️

• Lauren (9/5): Great base for a stay in Dubrovnik if you want something a little more quite but still accessible. We would definitely s - Small but had absolutely everything we needed. It was close to the shops and bus into old town. Having a washing machine was a bonus!
• Kati (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was so well equipped.If by chance you forget something at home I am sure Edita the lovely landlady would have it.We had some fresh fruit,refreshment in the fridge waiting for us on arrival.The flat was very clean,great location,close to the sunset beach but also in a very quiet location. I can only recommend it.We had a great time in Dubrovnik,thank you.
• Vndmgc (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is very cozy and the host is very warm and nice. They provided everything you need to the stay. The host was so nice to provide us fruits, juice biscuits and cheese. She was very welcoming and helpful. The beds are comfortable. All the equipment are provided in the kitchen. A washing machine, iron and ironing board is also provided. 1. It was very difficult to find the apartment. I searched the entire building as mentioned in the address and could not find the name of apartment. I even asked some neighbours and they had no clue. The numbers provided by the company who handles the reservation were also not available. Somehow after an hour, I managed to find another number of the host (it was provided on the day when I made the reservation) and then she came to pick us up. 2. The entire neighbourhood is of very old people who keep observing you from your balcony. 3. If you are coming by car, the parking provided by the apartment is very narrow. I almost scratched my car. I tried to park in the open parking close to apartment and then the old people from the balcony were shouting on me that this apartment has no parking and you are not allowed to park here. 4. The booking is handled by a third party company and they are not responsive at all if case you have some questions.
• María (10/5): Cozy apartment in a great location - The owner is outrageous. She cooked a typical cake for us, and prepared the apartament with a lot of extras. Suncream, beach towels, café, tea.... The apartament was cozy and small, but more than enough for what you need on holidays. I even recieved a birthday congratulations. Location is great and let you walk to restaurants, supermarket bars... We were even able to walk to old City center (20 min). The area is super quite. Totally recomendable Not being able to move there for the rest of my life🤣
• Sonja (10/5): Quiet clean comfortable apartment for a good price - The apartment is small but had everything we needed. The host even put food in the fridge and a fruit platter. The apartment is close to a supermarket and a pizzeria as well to a bus station to go to old town. We definitely can recommend this property to anyone who like to safe some money for the stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment was on a ground floor without views but perfect for cyclists without stairs . Everything was perfect 👍
• Michaela (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked the apartment - has everything you need, and it was super clean. Perfect location - 10 min to the Old City by bus, 5 min by walk to the beach. Great place to stay with kid. Owner of the apartment, dear Edita, is super nice and helpful, she even prepared home cookies for us and bought for us and our little baby some food. Thank you so much again, Edita! We really enjoyed our stay. We liked everything.

Beaches, restaurants, play park for kids, super market, hiking trails and bus stop to old town. Apartment has everything you need. Absolutely amazing hostess.
• Polina (10/5): Exceptional - My 1 week stay at Laneta was amazing! The studio is very cozy and has a very sweet design, it's well equipped with everything you need for short or long stay. Even has a washing machine. Edita is super nice host, very kind and welcoming. She is very responsive if you need something and always ready to help. She even gave me her home cooked biscuits for my short bus ride to Bosnia, and it was super delicious. The location was very good for me, in quite neighbourhood of Lapad bay and just 10 minutes walking to the beach, 5 min to bus stop where you can take a bus to the Old town. Supermarkets and restaurants just few steps away. I will definitely come back next time and may be stay longer. nothing
