Dobra lokalizacja — blisko Starego Miasta, a jednocześnie niedaleko dzielnicy Lapad. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, mieliśmy wszystko, czego potrzeba, bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

• Testi (10/5): Fantástico ! - Nos sorprendio , la amplitud y la comodidad , la ubicación es un mil, esta cerca de todo , es de facil acceso , esta justo frente a la playa con una vista insuperable , abajo hay un super y la parada del bus , es especial para pasar más de 3 noches , la comodidad del lugar lo vale !

• Anuj (2/5): No worth staying in summers no Airconditioning - Location is good. Only one small air conditioner in the hall. And it was not working good enough. After telling this to the host. She was of no help. It was in the third floor. No elevator. Not worth staying. Towels were not replaced pathetic.

Cattivo odore proveniente dal water, stoviglie e biancheria sporche e non adeguate per una locazione di quattro persone. Host inesistente ed eccessivamente pretensivo nei confronti degli ospiti, sopratutto in proporzione al prezzo richiesto. Parcheggio consigliato molto distante dall appartamento . Divano letto non idoneo ad ospitare due persone

• Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Beautiful view and great location. Short walk to old town and super close to beach.loved the little balcony. You have to go up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. Would have liked to have more beach accessories like towels and blanket. Also you need the parking gods to smile on you if you want to find a spot.
• Stephanie (7/5): We really enjoyed our stay, we would recommend for a short stay the location is great. A bonus having a beautiful beach - We really enjoyed the location. Close to a beach and enough restaurants, and a short walk to the old town. Didn’t like the entry to the property. And the lights in the stair well are on a sensor but only stay on for 30 seconds. So it’s dark at night walking home. Also the bedroom doesn’t have an air conditioner.

Very clean throughout and very comfortable beds. Cute little balcony. Great aircon which was essential in the 35 degree heat! Kitchen and laundry well kitted out. Great communication and easy arrival/departure information. Supermarket , bakery and take away food near by making buying food easy. Creaky bathroom door.

Close to beach and incredible view from front room Bed was bit uncomfortable and the apartment can be cold. Coming back to apartment at night is a bit dodgy as in dark alleyways but alright once lights turn on automatically.

• Emily (8/5): Very good - Great location and had all the facilities that we needed for the short stay We did have to buy pegs to be able to hang things on the washing line as we had a bit to wash as we are travelling around Europe for a couple months The mattress and couch were extremely uncomfortable.

We felt a bit cold at night as there was no AC in the bedroom. The washing machine door seems to be faulty and it was not working for the door.

• Niya (7/5): Spacious apartment and good location - The apartment is close to the beach, with some shops and fast food places near by. The view of the sea from the living room is great. Our host was friendly and easy to get hold of via message. Dubrovnik Old Town is about 20 mins walk from the apartment or 5 mins bus ride. The apartment is spacious with a small balcony. There is no air con in the bedroom and it can get very hot.

We had an issue with the check in but she solved it properly and even compensated us with a dinner :) The entrance was not so pretty and quite far from the center

The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town and beach. Having a store in the same building was very convenient. We highly recommend this place!
• Nad (6/5): Bottom line I would stay there again if they apartment is spot clean and kept to the proper hotel standards. - Location and view Bed was full of hair and other areas of the apartment. Floor was dirty, did not seem to have been cleaned properly. I was shocked about the so called excellent reviews but in reality it is like rating 5 stars and getting 2 stars. The view was great but giving excellent reviews should include everything which in this case it became average or below average. Even asking for proper bedsheets seemed too much to ask, and the care takers seem to not have slept in an orderly and clean bed before. This is quite basic in my opinion.
• Anonymous (7/5): Comfortable in a good location that’s slightly out of the way - Located centrally between the old town, Gruz and Lapad about 20 mins walk to each. Very comfortable inside and well equipped. The hosts were great to deal with. The sixt car rental nearby was also very good and allowed us to park for free but parking on street is reasonable and can be paid by app The exterior of the building was really horrible. The entrance was behind a dodgy shop and there were always men drinking and smoking. There were many steps to the apartment which was not clear from description or photos. Air conditioning was only in the living room not the bedroom but it wasn’t too hot to sleep

Amazing little beach close by and within walking distance (about 20min) from the Old Town. The entrance to the building feels a bit dodgy. Not too many places to eat nearby other than by walking to the Old Town.

Mattress so uncomfortable, we both had backache and my personal discomfort was the cushions, blankets, pillows etc had been used from previous visitors and not Steamed clean or washed. (Covid-19) Not enough towels provided for 2 for 4 days.

• Tassia (9/5): amazing view - the balcony with view is amazing, great breakfast looking the sea 😊 the room window makes a lot noise because the wind, made the sleep night a bit difficult however the room is comfortable, the entrance of the building doesn’t match with how great the apartment is inside, all new and organised, worth for the price
