• 솔 (10/5): Exceptional - She was the perfect host for our family trip. Even before our arrival, her responses were kind, professional, and reassuring. Her seamless check-in process truly set the tone for a perfect stay in Dubrovnik. The location couldn’t have been better — absolutely ideal. If I ever return to Dubrovnik, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.
• Chetan (8/5): Old Town Dunbrovnik - Katarina our host was excellent . She helped us with directions and was also there during check in to take us through the apartment facilities . The house was well stocked and equipped, Very well situated but away from the noise. The house was on the 2nd floor without a elevator so taking up our bags was quite a task, But to be fair that is true to all houses in Old Town, So travel light,

However we opened windows and enjoyed the outside sounds, but when we went to bed closed the windows and not an outside sound was heard. We have had some difficult nights in Prague , London and Lisbon when the noise was overwhelming. And no window helped Booking.com says this has city view. That is a tremendous stretch. But not really a deal breaker.

• Susan (9/5): Brilliant place to stay in the Old Town. - It was a fantastic location in the old town, quiet and comfortable and very clean. The bed was a little springy and the pillows not very supportive.
• Ravindra (8/5): Good location but not easy to reach to and from bus stop etc. - Not applicable No ventilation in the bathroom (like an extractor fan), location is awkward as no cars can reach so difficult with luggage.

• Elliot (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location inside the old town walls. 400 meter walk to the Ploce gate though, so keep that in mind if you have a car. Great host -check in and check out was super easy. Very clean and comfortable facilites with a full and stocked kitchen and separate bedroom with a door. The bed was too hard for my taste. We did find an extra mattress in the closet, still inside plastic packaging; it was a mattress for a crib, but I could slide it under the bedspread and it was big enough to provide a nice cushion for one person at least, so that relieved the situation. Also no dishwasher or clothes washer. But it was the last stop in our vacation, so that didn't matter too much for us.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - What a place! Great location and very quiet. It was small but superbly laid out with everything you needed. Very stylish with good quality furnishings. Very clean. Good comms with owners who were very accommodating. Not the cheapest, but well worth it. No negatives!

• Claire (10/5): Exceptional - The host was great, so lovely, friendly and organised a transfer for both me and my friend who arrived late. The apartment was very clean and very well laid out. Location was amazing. The hot shower didn’t last super long, however we were aware of this so took quick showers instead.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - Location is in the old city and was very convenient. The apartment was clean and host even had water and juice in the fridge to welcome you. Hot water for an early morning shower would run out. It may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues and with big suitcases as the apartment is on the 2nd floor with stairs.

• Susan (9/5): Dubrovnik is absolutely beautiful with a wealth of things to do. - The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well equipped with all we might need. There were so many excellent restaurants that we ate out more than anticipated. Location was perfect as we were so close to all the sights but tucked away in a quiet residential street. This is an old building so four flights of stairs to the apartment. Recommend you travel light, which we did.

• Atique (10/5): All round amazing experience and stunning location - Katarina was a stunning host and very efficiently contacted us before the trip when we booked with helpful tips. She met us at the Old town clock tower after we took the €9 shuttle bus from the airport (€35 via taxi). She showed us to the brilliant flat & provided us with useful tips of places to eat & marked them up on a map. Loving touch in that she provided us with fruit, wine, beer & water. Helpfully, the place has a good iron & board, fridge, cups, glasses, plates & knives, wine opener basically everything you need to cook. It has a great coffee machine with pods & lots of green teas. Quite a few supermarkets are minutes away from the flat. Usefully, It also had an umbrella, the place caters for all your needs in a magnificent convenient location. It also has a nice sofa bed in the living room, tv & table to sit at, really nice workable space. Also, the best food & cheapest options are (as told by awesome Marco of Guru walks) in the Lapad area: Maskeron (best all together), El Pulpo (sea food), Urban and Veggie (vegan). As for quick bites: Fast Food Republica, Tutto Bene, bakery Mlinar, Bosančica (for nice Burek). You can also do a lovely walk in the beach area of Lapad and make use of the €11 bus ticket included in the 3 day €45 pass. Incredible value for money Nothing - all perfect & exceptional location.
• John (9/5): Wonderful location, really comfortable and well equipped - Because the apartment was in the old town it could have been difficult to find so they met us in a central location, sending us a photo of our contact. Despite the plane being delayed and the handover taking place late in the evening everything workwed beautifully. They were really accommodating

She gave good pieces advice. The apartment is located in a quiet area within the old town and two minutes away from the old city harbour. I strongly recommend this apartment.
