• Emma (9/5): Perfekt läge och fantastisk utsikt! - Fantastiskt läge, nära till både strand och Gamla stan. Rent och fräscht! Värden var super, tillgänglig och fixade med transport till och från flygplatsen. Ett toppenboende på alla sätt och vis!

• Camden (10/5): - Wonderful location outside of the hustle but close enough. Parking wasn’t made super clean upon booking but it’s not the host’s fault. The area is just confusing as to where you can and cannot drive.

• Monica (5/5): No recomendable - La ubicación El comportamiento de la mujer del dueño de casa fue muy mal educada conmigo sin motivo. La habitación muy pequeña, la cama era de dos plazas pero no tenian sabana de arriba de dos plazas por lo que pusieron dos sabanas independientes de 1 plaza cada una, se desarmaba todo al dormir. La ducha estaba tapado el receptáculo, la taza del baño suelta y no había enchufe en el baño. Además la foto muestra la habitación con un balcón y vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación sin balcón y con vista a un patio. Lo único bueno es que está cerca del casco histórico

• Sophie (10/5): A lovely apartment in an ideal location, fabulous stay - Quick walk to the old town and beach, as well as being really close to a mini supermarket. The apartment was clean, modern and had all the amenities you need. We particularly loved the outdoor terrace which had a view of the sea whilst having breakfast or drinks. The owners were kind and gifted us some fig cakes :) The owners have a large dog that barks and jumps up at the door as you go past it!

• Bruna Carolina (5/5): Nothing good to say about it, unfortunately - Staff was helpful with checkin information. Not much is good about this place, unfortunately. Towels were so fried we couldn’t use one of them. Sheets are so thin they’re unhygienic - it feels like we’re just sleeping directly on the mattress. Plug near the bed didn’t work. We could hear the neighbor guests as if they were inside the room, so loud. The fridge inside the room makes a very loud noise the whole night, and since there was ice in the freezer, we couldn’t turn it off. We’re thankful it was just for one night. We had previously paid just a bit more for a much better place inside the old town.

Hosts were brilliant and accommodating Not very soundproof, we’re disturbed by other guests in the apartments next door when leaving at 5am/ cooking early hours. The terrace for our room was not joined to our room and only semi private due to a privacy screen

Location is great, 5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins walk to old town. Airport shuttle and bus station is 3 mins walk away which is very handy. Special thanks to Anna who I had great conversations about history, politics, travels. She is a brilliant host. Nothing. Everything was great

• Mailta (10/5): Perfect location! - Our host were lovely and organised for airport pick up. The location was perfect, few minutes walk down the Banje Beach and old town. There are many stairs in Dubrovnik, it was definitely worth it. Upside of being just outside of old town is easy access to the apartment and not lugging your bags around. It was also quiet at night, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and we utilised the kitchenette, the bar fridge was great. The balcony was not attached to our room (it was disclosed in the description) however this was not an issue it was simply down a small corridor and the view was stunning! We would love to stay here again. Nothing we throughly enjoyed our stay.

• Erin (5/5): Friendly with breathtaking views - The views from the balcony were amazing. We booked the back apartment which faced the garden but we also had exclusive use of a sea facing balcony. We really loved the fact that the owners were on site and greeted us on arrival. After 6 weeks of travel staying in many contactless entry apartments it was refreshing to stay in a place where there were interactions with owners and other guests. There was a bus stop a few metres down the road. Rose Apartments is just a short downhill walk to the Old Port and city with the option of catching a bus back up the hill to the apartment if the 90 steps feel a bit much. We regret not buying the 3 day Dubrovnik Pass for 45 Euros per person as it includes the 35 Euro wall walk, most of the museums and local buses. I strongly suggest visiting the main tourist information centre to get advice when you arrive as we were given incorrect tourist information by several ticket sellers possibly because of language barrier. Our room was very small for two people. The kitchen was basic with no microwave and only one power socket so high up the wall that appliance cords were not long enough to reach it. We were intending to make our own meals while at Rose Apartments as eating out in Dubrovnik is super expensive, but meal preparation in such a cramped space was a real challenge. It was manageble for 2 day stay but no longer. The front apartments with sea views were more spacious.

• Arangelova (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment is very close to the old town. It took us around 5 minutes to reach it. Additionally, you can see the old town and the island Lokrum from the balcony. The view was beautiful. The facilities were very good. The kitchen has stoves and a fridge, so cooking is possible. The bed was one of the most comfortsble beds I have slept on and the host was extremely helpful. He explained to us how to find everything we needed and was very hospitable. Just bear in mind that the fastest way to the old town includes stairs.

• Kateřina (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik - The room was nicely sized, we appreciated the a/c to cool down a bit after a hot day. The view from the balcony was lovely and we enjoyed siting outside in the evenings. Even though the balcony cannot be accessed from the room directly, it provides plenty of privacy. The hosts were very friendly as well as the housekeeping. The location is great, 10 mins from the old town, the cable car station is just down the road and there is a beach just down the steps (many, many steps but that's inevitable in Dubrovnik).
• Anna (10/5): A very good place to stay in Dubrovnik - A very nice apartment with a terrace overlooking the Adriatic and the old city of Dubrovnik. Pretty close to the beach, although high above the sea, which is almost inevitable in Dubrovnik. Very friendly owners, looking after their guests very well. They insisted on replacing towels after two nights, and made sure we had everything we needed. They also provide beach towels, which is really helpful, especially if you want to take the last swim shortly before the flight and don't want to travel with wet towels. The kitchen is tiny, but you have all the basic stuff there, and anyway, you probably don't plan to cook three meals a day. Not really a big issue, but the entrance to the terrace was not from the apartment, but from a common area, so it didn't feel totally private. On the other hand, our windows overlooked the back garden, and not the road, so it was pretty quiet, and we still had the sea view.
• Erik (10/5): Apartment in amazing location - The beach, supermarket, bus stop and most importantly Old Town are all within 5 minutes walking distance. The location doesn't get any better than this. The view from the terrace is exactly as shown in the pictures, gorgeous! The hosts were kind and helpful, even offered me a beer. :) Would definitely stay here again. A few tiny ants were coming up through a shaft in the bathroom.
• Catherine (7/5): Accomodation fair for the price of it. location fantastic - The property is in a fantastic location very friendly hosts and there if you need anything at all. its a lot smaller than you think and not all have balconies with sea view to the front. ours was at the side . still a lovely view but not what I was expecting. Bed was big so that’s good. unfortunately you can here a pin drop in the other apartments , so if someone is up for early checkout you will be woken up. think I had 2 good sleeps out of 7. The water pipes are so noisy. our shower needed a very good clean and repair. kitchen area v small but functional.

• Bea-mari (9/5): Views of Old Town - Great location. The owners were kind enough to store our luggage as well as organise a taxi for us to the airport. There was no bin in the kitchen area. The little bin in the bathroom was not big enough for two days waste.
