- Simon (8/5): Saubere, sehr komfortable Wohnung nahe der Innenstadt - Ich war bereits früher einige Male da und die Atmosphäre war immer recht entspannt. An der Sauberkeit kann man nichts bemängeln. Der Vermieter ist zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar, auch telefonisch und sehr höflich. Es gibt 2 Toiletten und Badezimmer, ein enormer Vorteil! Und ein ganz dicker Pluspunkt ist die Ruhe - es wird explizit auf die Nachtruhe, sogar noch per zusätzlicher Nachricht auf Booking hingewiesen. Genauso wünsche ich mir das, man kann einfach ganz in Ruhe schlafen nachts, vielen Dank dafür ! Die Bäder sind teilweise weit weg und die Räume recht kalt. Nachts kann das unangenehm sein. Die Gäste lassen die Küche oft sehr verdreckt zurück, wofür der Besitzer aber nichts kann (er hat sogar Schilder aufhängen lassen). Ansonsten kann man wirklich nichts Schlechtes sagen. Der Preis ist etwas höher als an anderer Stelle, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kein Thema!

- Ambur (9/5): - Ich übernachte hier nicht zum ersten Mal während des Grenke Chess Turniers. Es ist immer sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig, und es gab nie irgendwelche Probleme. Nächstes Jahr komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder.
- Ramin (1/5): - Ich kann das sogenannte Traumhafte Zimmer überhaupt nicht bewerten. Die Küche ist unordentlich, Dusche und Toilette sind dreckig, morgens ist es extrem laut, und mein Nachbar links knallt jedes Mal die Tür zu, wenn er das Zimmer verlässt. Obwohl der Vermieter mich gebeten und schriftlich darauf hingewiesen hat, dass nach 22 Uhr Ruhe herrschen soll – kein Schreien, kein Kratzen, kein Einreißen von Wänden oder Türen –, kam es mir sehr seltsam vor, dass der Vermieter mich nicht kennt und so informell mit mir spricht. Kurz gesagt, es ist viel zu teuer und das Geld nicht wert. Ich bereue meinen Aufenthalt und bin immer noch müde. Die Betten sind steinhart, an normales Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Kurzum, diese zwei Tage waren ein Albtraum.Die Ausgangstür steht immer offen, das Personal schließt die Türen nicht, die Kälte zieht herein, überall wird geraucht, der ganze Rauch zieht durchs Haus, die Treppe ist gefährlich steil und man kann leicht abstürzen, Zigarettenkippen liegen überall herum, die halbe Nacht gehen Leute ein und aus, Türen knallen, und man wacht davon auf. Es ist wie ein Durchgangshof, tut mir leid, aber so ist es nun mal
- Dieter (5/5): OK für einen preisgünstigen Aufenthalt mit optionaler Küchennutzung in der City - Zentrale und ruhige Lage in einem Hinterhof der Südweststadt, kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit für PKW in der Nähe, offene Gemeinschaftsküche Zimmer-Mgmt. wurde komplett über Smoobu erledigt, mit ungewohnter und wenig intuitiver Benutzeroberfläche für individuelle Smartphone Nutzung, Datenschutz nicht eindeutig, Erklärvideo zum Hauszugang, der Haupteingangstüre und im Wohnbereich teilweise mit Zeitraffer wenig hilfreich, hellhöriger Wohnbereich, Badtüre des Gemeinschaftsbads quietscht derart, dass dies nachts den Schlaft stört

- Petra (5/5): Privatzimmer in zentraler Lage in Kralsruhe - Lage: Sehr zentral, fußläufig in die Innenstadt und nur drei Stationen vom HBF mit der Tram S2. Unterkunft: Ist im 1. Stock eines Hauses gelegen, das sich im Hinterhof befindet und als Gästehaus um- und ausgebaut wurde. Badezimmer und Küche sind neu und werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt, auch gibt es einen gemeinschaftlichen Aufenthaltsraum. Geschirr und Besteck sind vorhaben, ebenso eine Mikrowelle und separate Kühlschrank- und Gefrierschrank-Fächer (sehr gut!). Leider fehlt eine Küchentür, so dass man die Geräusche von Töpfen, Geschirr, Kühlschranktüren, Wasser, Stimmen usw. in den Zimmern hören kann. Zimmer: Das Zimmer, das ich als EZ benutzt habe, war recht klein und einfach ausgestattet. Leider auch recht hellhörig. Wurde um 6.30 Uhr von lauten Geräuschen aus der Küche wach, dort bereitete sich jemand ein ziemlich langes Frühstück zu. Für eine Nacht okay. Team: Man wird nach der Buchung sehr ausführlich über alles informiert, was man über die Unterkunft, über Schlüssel-Erhalt usw. wissen muss, sogar mit Video. Auch ist jemand bis zum Abend telefonisch zu erreichen, falls es Fragen oder Probleme geben sollte (Mujo: super hilfsbereit!). Last not least: Sehr freundliches Housekeeping-Team – die beiden Damen halten alles sehr sauber und sorgen auch in der Küche jeden Tag für Ordnung (was einige Gäste leider nicht tun). Fazit: Auch wenn ich die Unterkunft für mich persönlich nicht mehr wählen würde, so sind Lage und hilfsbereites Management durchaus eine Empfehlung wert! Gemütlichere Zimmer. Schallgeschützte Küche. (Gäste, die Essensreste und benutztes Geschirr nicht im Becken liegen lassen.)

- Mazen (5/5): Hier wohnt dauerhaft ein sehr lauter & rücksichtsloser Mann, der die Ruhe erheblich beeinträchtigt!! - Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft Ein Mann befindet, der dauerhaft dort wohnt und leider extrem laut sowie rücksichtslos ist. Er verursacht ständig Lärm, morgens, abends und sogar nachts und beeinträchtigt dadurch die Ruhe und den Komfort erheblich. Ein Gespräch mit ihm bringt vermutlich nichts, da er grundsätzlich sehr laut und unbedacht im Verhalten ist. Zudem verhält er sich aggressiv und unhöflich gegenüber den Gästen. Abgesehen davon war die Unterkunft in Ordnung, aber wegen des Lärms würde ich nur in Ausnahmefällen wieder dort buchen.

- Müller (4/5): Kein Gemeinschaftsbad oder -WC - Der Vermieter hat alles zugeschickt. Zugang kein Problem. Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab kein Gemeinschaftsbad und kein WC- wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Ich bin erst um 21:30 Uhr angereist. Es war Niemand vor Ort, alle anderen Gänge waren abgeschlossen. Auf meine Anrufe und meine Nachricht wurde nicht reagiert. Es gab auch keine Gemeinschaftslounge oder Gemeinschaftsküche. Oder eine Beschreibung im Zimmer. Die Bilder sind nicht korrekt. Mein Zimmer sah jedenfalls nicht so aus. Kurz vor 22 Uhr bekomme ich nochmal eine Nachricht, dass die Nachtruhe beginnt und wir "TV und Telefonate auf das nötigste reduzieren sollen..." - aber die Nachbarin schimpft die ganze Zeit auf italienisch herum. Die Wände sind extrem dünn. Von Nachtruhe kann nicht die Rede sein. Der Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich habe dort NICHT übernachtet, sondern mir noch woanders ein Zimmer gebucht mit eigenem Bad.
- ren66 (5/5): In der Not akzeptabel. - Die Lage in Nähe der Strassenbahnhaltestelle Karlstor in der Karlsruher Weststadt ist insofern gut, als die Innenstadt zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Der Hinterhof ist für Karlsruher Verhältnisse einigermassen typisch. Der separate Eingang, zu dem Flur/Küchen/Badbereich, von dem die Zimmer abgehen, trennt dauerhafte Bewohner von Gästen, was Konflikte vermeidet (Ruhestörung etc.). Der Hinweis auf mindestens einen dauerhaften Langzeitbewohner in der Unterkunft wäre hilfreich gewesen. Die Unruhe am frühen Morgen - um 6 Uhr war die Nacht für mich vorbei, geht zwar zulasten der Mitbewohner, sagt aber auch etwas über die geringe Schallisolierung. Das Zimmer 3 hat über der Tür ein Oberlicht (mattiertes Glas) welches im Zimmer 4 weiss überklebt ist. Das hat seinen Grund, weil das Flurlicht direkt ins Zi 3 hineinleuchtet und Schlaf bei eingeschalteter Flurbeleuchtung erfolgreich verhindert. Die vielfachen Hinweise in der Form "Bitte nach Nutzung saubermachen" wären sinnvoller, wenn Reinigungsgeräte&Material bereitständen.

In vielen Zimmerdecken und im geteilten Bad Spinnweben. Im Bad ein halb aufgebauter/abgebauter? Unterschrank. Ein Bild oder etwas Deko im Zimmer würde es etwas freundlicher machen.

- Robert (9/5): Sollte ich nochmals für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nach Karlsruhe kommen werde ich hier ganz sicher wieder einchecken - Hier habe ich alles so vorgefunden wie es auch beschrieben war. Ich war nur für eine Nacht dort um ein Konzert zu besuchen. Bei meiner Ankunft waren die Reinigungsfeen kräftig am putzen. Alles war blitzeblank. Über die Küche und Chill Area kann ich nichts sagen da ich diese nicht benutzt habe. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr einfach eingerichtet, das Bett fand ich persönlich als sehr bequem. In my room, mattress is not good, inside the room was smelling bad, it was not cleaned before l got in,pillow case and bed sheets were dirty, I complained to them but they didn’t respond to me, radiator was off throughout both rooms, bathrooms and even sitting room etc, tv in the bedroom is not working

- Malte (10/5): Great, simple, easy, - just what I needed... - For the price, for my needs, for easy access and trouble free booking and checkin, this was exactly what I needed at the time... Noize from nearby rooms, but for me that was not an issue. There's a "night silence time" that applies to all visitors, so I doubt it will be an issue...

- Zeljkovic (8/5): House rules about kitchen usage and respect for other people who are there. - Host was helpful People who rent a rooms to noisy by the evening in the kitchen bumping doors, drovers, pans, just cant relax in the room as soon you catch a dream someone is going to bathroom or kitchen till 3 am

- Mauren (8/5): Very good - It's a nice place to stay a few days or if you need something temporary. They have a nice and complete kitchen and a shared bathroom, both very clean. The location is very good and the house is very silent and calm.

- Yosor (10/5): Thanks, keep it up. - Very clean, and comfortable And the room was nicely warm. The check-in instructions were clear and easy. I liked that it has a self-check in system. If I could change one thing, it will be the checkout time, I’ll shift it to 11:00 because 10:00 is a bit early.

- Katarzyna (8/5): Besides the ID situation the place was really clean and comfortable - My room was very tidy, shared bathroom clean plus I was given fresh towels. I liked that in the fridge there were put stickers to avoid food confusion - every room had its shelf. I appreciated coffee machine, that was a nice surprise. Host was asking me about my personal ID data such as my ID number, date of birth, exact address. I didn't think this was necessary, because there was no reason behind collecting this data. He sent a link per email to a formula where I should have given these information so that I could have got a detailed instruction about the check in. I wrote a message to the host, sharing my doubts and asking for a reason behind it and another way of identity confirmation. The answer I got didn't satisfy me, it didn't present any rational reason. I didn't share my ID data and still an email with instructions was sent but I felt really confused and anxious.

- Chart (8/5): Would recommend for short stay, nice Irish pub round the corner. - Clean & well set up in nice part of town but not centrally located. Bit of a faf getting into the apartment and email didn’t make clear which was my apartment (it mentioned “zimmer 6” which I correctly interpreted as “room 6”! Bit noisy in the morning with people getting up.
