Réka (7/5): Ha nem lett volna a leírásban, hogy van konyha, tökéletes lett volna. - Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, gyönyörű, nyugodt városrész. Belváros tömegközlekedéssel könnyel megközelíthető. Szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, a problémákat, hiányosságokat igyekezett mihamarabb megoldani, pótolni. Néhány napos tartózkodásra, ha nem kell főzni, tökéletes. Szállás keresésekor legfontosabb a konyha volt. Szükségem lett volna egy teljesen felszerelt konyhára, de az nem volt. Nem volt tűzhely, sütő, több lábos. A Coffee-bar egy kapszulás kávéfőző volt, 2 db kapszulával.

Robert (1/5): Misleading property. Not really ideal for families. - It was clean It was an underground cellar. This was not mentioned in the ad. And the description is misleading. It’s close to the old downtown. But pretty far away from the actual downtown.

Superbtraveller (3/5): This lack of response and a clear & responsible communication is hugely frustating & not acceptable. - The bathroom is clean and user friendly. The kitchen facilities and the bed is fairly nice. The wifi is going smoothly. This room is basic and small which is located in basement. It is acceptable. 1. Information as in the booking.com is misleading in two ways: first, the contact person is not the host but another one who speak in very limited English unexpectedly. Slow or sometimes not response to my inquires; second, the information on the booking.com stated that they can speak English and German. However, at the end, we have great difficulty in communication because the contact person speaks in very limited English. If we had known that they could not communicate in English, we definitely would not have made this booking. 2. Despite the difficulties, I have tried all the contact information they provided, however, no response was received prior to our arrival. 3. On the day of arrival, after repeated failed attempts to communicate and in the end after I made an official complaint to booking.com, another contact number (not in the booking.com website they provide) was provided by the property. Though things got a little better but still very slow response. 4. Additional cleaning charge costed 35 euro, it is acceptable and I paid it already. It is been a week since my stay and I have left the accommodation but I am still waiting for their receipt.
