• Marlon (9/5): - The apartment is spacious and conveniently located near several stores. The free parking was a big plus, and the internet TV allowed us to enjoy recorded movies during our stay. It was a relaxing experience overall, and the host was truly amazing.

• Séverine (9/5): - Le bus pour rejoindre la vieille ville passe devant l'immeuble, la plage de Lapad est accessible à pied, petit supermarché juste en face, appartement calme, bien équipé et propre.
• celine (8/5): - Nous avons passé une nuit chez Fani, la place de parking attitré est très appréciable, la ligne de bus est juste à côté de l appartement (2.50€ par personne pour un trajet, ligne 4 pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Dubrovnik, les enfants ne paies pas). Nous n avons pas rencontré Fani mais elle nous a envoyé toutes les explications sur WhatsApp avec photos, code boîte à clé, tout était très clair. Très réactive et sympathique par message. Logement propre et spacieux, pas de cafetière seulement café soluble (dommage). Literie confortable, serviettes et draps propres.

• Jilanne (10/5): Comfy stay in quiet neighborhood - Fani was very responsive and the apartment was in a perfect location in Lapad. Love that it includes parking. She even included milk and coffee. Furniture was cute antiques. Everything was wonderful!

• Shuyuan (10/5): 很舒服，房東願意提供資源 - 在第一樓上層，設備齊全，作飯香料、油、洗衣粉也有，都有任何需要的都有。有停車位，公車站走路不到一分鐘，客廳有空調，但臥室裡面只有電扇沒空調，入住前一小時房東即時回應，順利找到鑰匙開門。離開時需要先拿鑰匙把停車場閘門打開再把鑰匙放回公寓鑰匙盒，跑來跑去，但可接受。 臥室夏天可能需要空調
• Maribel (10/5): Comfortable, Spotless Stay in a Great Location - It's very well located and offers convenient parking. 30 minutes walking to the old town and 20 minutes to the Gruz port. The bus is right in front of the apartment as well as the supermarket.The property was spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need, and the beds were extremely comfortable. From the moment you arrive, you really feel at home. The welcome supplies were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Fani was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended. I loved everything :)

• Goran Andonov (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik - The apartment has everything that needs a family. 2 separate beed rooms. And a leaving roum with kitchen and dining area. The host has all needed accessories for the bath and kitchen. And was so arranged to fill cosy. Also a brochures and guid books for the city, and available dokument with buss relations. The bus stop is in front of the dor. The parking slot is also infront of the apartment so you can observe you car in any moment.

• Vladislav (10/5): - It was a truly wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of staying here at the end of September. My family and I loved everything. The apartment is truly cozy, clean, bright, and spacious. Everything is practical, and you feel right at home. Convenient, contactless check-in. It's on the ground floor, with parking right outside the window. The bus stop to the old town is right outside the building. The beautiful Lapad beach is not far away; you can easily walk there or cross the street and take bus number 4, which takes you straight to the beach. Not far from the apartment is the beautiful Petka forest park, where you can stroll under the pine trees and enjoy nature if you enjoy that or want to escape the hustle and bustle of the old town. Down by the hospital, there's a wonderful cafe, Dvje Maslini, with excellent prices and authentic home-cooked food, with a new menu every day. Thank you so much, Fanny, for everything! • JEAN PIERRE (10/5): - Logement propre, très bien placé avec bus au pied de l'immeuble. A recommander Pas d'accueil physique. On devait nous attendre et heureusement que l'on parlait anglais pour téléphoner à la personne qui nous a donné le code d'accéder au logement.

• foxrad14 (7/5): - Pierwszy raz w Chorwacji i powiem ze widoki, wybrzeże, woda i pogoda naprawdę robi wrażenie choć od Pana z taxi słyszeliśmy że to lato nie było najlepsze bo całą drogę powtarzał gdzie te 40 stopni. 😁, jeśli chodzi o Apartament to było czyściutko i to na plus. Sam budynek troszkę nie zadbany i wydaje mi się że Apartament potrzebuje renowacji bo troszkę starodawnie w środku. Bardzo nam się nie podobało podejście obsługi w lokalnych sklepach do nas jako turystów i tu pod tym względem bardzo jestem rozczarowany chorwacją i dlatego już nigdy prawdopodobnie tam nie wrócę. Mieliśmy dziwną sytuację podczas spaceru do portu w Dubrowniku z całą rodziną w dzień młody człowiek zagrodzil nam drogę na chodniku i stanął rozkrokiem przed nami i nichciał nas przepuścić, dopiero jak powiedzieliśmy przepraszam zszedł na bok Croatia shame on you really disappointed. No I ceny jeszcze raz ceny według nas bardzo drogo a troszkę po świecie się pojeździło

La proprietaria è sempre stata molto disponibile, anche prima del viaggio per dare informazioni in generale. La casa è provvista di tutto dalla lavanderia ( e sapone per i panni) ad elettrodomestici come microonde e lavastoviglie . In generale nulla, solo piccolezze

• Sandra (10/5): Perfect! - This property is close to everyrhing in Dubrovnik. It is perfectly equiped for long term stay. Host is responsive and helpful. City transport stops right infront the building. Supermarket is also there very close to the building.
• Nikki (8/5): A relatively economical base for exploring Dubrovnik. - The location is great. Walking distance to a beach, shop next door, and a bus to the old town right outside. Comfy beds too, and a well equipped kitchen with welcome bits and bobs like chocolates, water, milk and juice. Secure car parking space. The entrance is a bit grim, but the apartment itself is good!
• Chen (6/5): I - The location is next to busy street. It was noisy. I requested for Shampoo and bath soap. Their answer is : "We don't provide " I thought Shampoo and Bath Soap are the basic, standard supplies in all the hotels.

• Julian (9/5): Comfortable apartment with great location - Location was superb. 10 minutes away from cafes, bar and beach. Supermarket directly opposite and bus stop has direct short bus journey to the main Old Town. Apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Wifi was good too. Pictures to find the building would have made it easier to find. Also shower head holder was broken so we had to manually hold it to shower (owner might not be aware of this though).
• Helen (8/5): It was brilliant. - A tradition apartment with two bedrooms which had large very comfortable beds. It was right next to the bus stop into the Old Town and opposite a good supermarket.

There is a bus schedule, the bus stop is in front of the building and it takes about 10 minutes to the old town. There are no instructions for accommodation but the owner was not there.

They were always available to help me if I had any questions The apartment was right by a bus stop to the old town and there were lots of supermarkets in the area. It was also only a 15-minute walk to Sunset Beach. Absolutely perfect! We had a fantastic holiday.

We were welcomed by a chilled apartment with fruit and refreshing juice and water in fridge. Fani is an excellent host and very helpful. The location is excellent. 12 minutes on foot to the beach, and if you want to visit Old Town the bus stop no. 4 is right next to accomodation. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Dubrovnik.

I had to leave the car in front the barrier, to take the keys and come back to open the barrier to go to the park place.

• Kothandaraman (9/5): Excellent accommodation - Great host especially her mum was very helpful and kind to us. Our flight was late night, her parents collected our luggages after we checked out and brought back in the evening safely. It saved lot of our time and had a stress free day. Her mum gave souvenirs to my kids when we were checking out. Fridge was loaded with basics - milk, water and fruits. We had a good stay and very close to beach plus 30min walk to old town. Bed in the second bed needs some attention - possibly changing it to a soft one.
