• Mark (8/5): Excellent location, Nerio is very warm and welcoming, apartment could use a few updates. - The location is excellent, apartment clean Some of the kitchen facilities need updating, the kitchen was open to the entry and the bathroom was across the entry door which was used by guests upstairs. A little lacking in privacy.

• FIRAT YILDIRIM (8/5): Perfect Location, Helpful Owner but separate toilet and in the nights outside is too noisy - Location was great. You are directly in the Old Town center in the market square. But in the nights if you don't use air conditioning and try to sleep with windows open there are a lot drunk people noise coming from street. Nerio was really helpful he met us to give the keys and gave us some maps and explained everything related to Dubrovnik. I think it was ok for us to stay here. I can book it again if the prices are little bit down. Toilet was outside of the room and you need to lock and unlock each time. So you go outside from your room and open it and do your thing and then lock it and open your lock for your room and then lock it your room so it not comfortable. We stayed in the first floor so I cannot tell anything about up floors but when there are guests if they are too noisy you definitely hear them. Also the apartment needs drying rack because we washed our clothes in a laundry in Old Town and there were no drying rack in the room so we had to put our clothes in the bathroom but it takes days to dry and not comfortable. Also we stayed for 6 days and there was no clean sheet to change it for the bed and no one came to change it as well. We looked the room but could not find the substitute sheet for bed and pillows. I gave 8 star because of toilet, drying rack and sheets but except those everything was perfect. So for the price performance ratio the apartment was ok.

• Penny (10/5): Fabulous stay and will recommend to family and friends. - We were late and arrived after 10.00pm. Host kindly waited for us and handed keys. He was happy and informative of the accommodation and gave us a few hints/ideas of where to eat and surrounds. The accommodation was so central in Old Town that we could come back at different times for rests . Just the steps to carry luggage into accommodation.
• remi (8/5): - l'emplacement est juste idéal pour visiter la vieille ville. En plein centre on ne peut pas rêver mieux. L'isolation phonique par rapport à l'extérieur est impressionnante. Une petite cuisine, une salle d'eau, une chambre avec un lit double que demander de plus ? L'accueil par nerio qui prend le temps de vous expliquer les lieux autour à visiter absolument, son accord avec le restaurant d'en face et les plages à aller voir et vraiment très sympa. La salle de bain est séparée de la chambre par un couloir utilisé par les locataires du dessus. L'isolation intérieure pour le coup n'est absolument pas au point. Nous avons dès 6h du matin entendu une famille grecque quitter les lieux pendant une demi-heure en chantant parlant et piétinant. Pas très très agréable.

• Michelle (9/5): Lovely stay in the middle of Old Town Dubrovnik - The location could not have been better - it is right in the middle of the main square. My mom + I stayed here and loved our experience. The apartment was a nice size, the bed was SUPER comfortable and the place had everything we need. Would definitely stay again! The price was also extremely fair especially for Dubrovnik, let alone in the old town. I have to pee all throughout the night so the bathroom being upstairs was a tiny bit cumbersome but that is a me issue haha. I mostly felt badly that I was walking too loudly on the stairs for the unit below us.
• Denise (9/5): Superb location in the old town and very comfortable accommodations. - The apartment was in an ideal location for seeing old town Dubrovnik, in a courtyard just off the Stradun. It was so convenient to see the Christmas markets and new years celebrations. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice for preparing breakfast. Our room was up two flights of steep stairs and the kitchen and bath were up another flight of stairs. But the location made up for the stairs.

• Steve (6/5): Lovely City and well located apartment - Great Location In the old city there are 42 Churches whose bells begin to ring at 5am The apartment is accessed via a steep flight of stairs and internally is over two floors with the bathroom and kitchen upstairs and bedroom downstairs. If you are taller than 1.8m then you will need to flexible in the bathroom. The internal stair case is steep and creaky and not all the windows in the bedroom have blinds/shutters

• Colin (3/5): not very comfortable. very disappointed. not what was stated in advert - the bathroom wasn't en suite. it was across the corridor next to the outside door. the "kitchen" was a joke!!! not even a kettle!! the kitchenette was also in corridor so anyone from upstairs apartment could pass by whilst you were there. the only thing going for it was location. also if disabled or elderly you will not reach front door.

• Evgeny (10/5): Very central cozy apartment in the old town of Dubrovnik - Nerio was a great host. He met us upon arrival and also gave us some advice regarding activities in Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is in the middle of the old town (the place to be in Dubrovnik). Next time I would book here again.
• Alessandro (8/5): Amazing location in the heart of the Old town - Amazing location, in the heart of the old town. Despite being an old building in a historical place, it is well renovated with very good shower and bathroom. Not the most comfortable stay, with problems that are typical of an old building in a historical place like noisy steep stairs with loose handrails, tiny bathroom with very low ceiling, etc. These things were kind of expected, so all ok. But we missed other small things that could have made a more comfortable stay, with minimum investment, like: a place to hang wet clothes, kitchen towels, set of placemats for the table, a sponge or brush to wash the dishes, a knife that can slice a bread, a coffee maker, more comfortable bed sheets, etc. Small things that could sum-up to provide a greater experience.
• Miroslav (5/5): Dubrovnik was good but place where we stayed not so good I would not recommend or return again! - Was in good location? Was on second and third floor in two pieces, bathroom was very small and low about 5’ 6” high and shower was about the same. TV didn’t work and we contact owner and he did not do nothing about. We get so many towels and nobody clean place all week so we have to use same towels many times. Little disappointed for price what we paid.

Host met us and was very helpful. New bathroom … with a view! Nothing we didn’t like but it might be worth knowing that it’s on two floors, just in case visitors have difficulties with stairs.

Appreciate you are paying for the great location, but could do with a bit of a upgrade of the basics like a proper kettle, new TV/cable box, some blinds for side window in bedroom.

• Jerry (9/5): Superb - Even though the room is right on the piazza, it has really sound proof windows, great for sleeping. Great location. Nerio is super nice, easy to rent from. The kitchen is right inside the hallway by the front door. Not really usable.

• Manuel (10/5): Best place to stay. - Outstanding Location and very nice Owner. in the morning, you have a farmers market in the entrance where you can get nice fruit , it´s just across the street from the shop (konzum), and in the evening it has a couple nice restaurants in the same plaza Wifi could have a better performance , but from what I heard it´s like this inside the walls of the old city, Old buildings with thick walls

• Aira (10/5): Spacious, comfy, peaceful, quiet, clean and central - The property is really central and close to everything you need to see in the city walls and near to the beach. The apartment itself is really cozy, good bed, kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, bathroom with heated shower, aircondition, the bed is really comfy and it also have a mini living room, to summary it’s really spacious and cozy. Even the apartment is really central with restaurants and bars nearby, we still had good night sleeps and barely heard any noise at all. It also gives a lot of privacy and comfort. Highly recommend this place specially Nerio was really kind, helpful and flexible when it comes to checking in and giving informations about where to eat and visit. 100/10! Nothing, everything is perfect!
