• Sophia (10/5): Mooie, gezellige studio - Een zeer nette studio met een heerlijk bed. Alles is schoon en ziet er goed uit. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Goede wifi en mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon op zee. Alles is aanwezig. Op 4 minuten lopen van de supermarkt. Op 20 minuten lopen van de oude stad en 20 minuten lopen naar de Gruz wijk / haven. Ook dichtbij een aantal restaurants. Hebben zelfs keertje eten besteld online bij Wolt en dat ging ook super. Naar het strand lopen is ook goed te doen. Het adres die je aan kan houden is: Ulica Gorica Svetog Vlaha 12c.

The AC works amazing! Would definitely come back and recommend anyone I know traveling to stay here! Best property in Dubrovnik and everything is walkable!

• André (9/5): - Sehr schönes sauberes Apartment. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. TOP Keine 30 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Parken vor der Tür war auch kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

• Grete (10/5): 11/10 will recommend! - The apartment looks EXACTLY like the photos. The view of the sea from the balcony was just breathtaking. There was clearly lots of love and thought put into the place. It had a working AC, sandwich grill, an air fryer, a coffee machine, washing machine and an iron, a dishwasher and even tupperware! There were lots of pods for the coffee machine, cleaning supplies and a ton of towels. The location was also perfect. A 4min walk to a little store, 7min walk to the closest beach and a 20min walk to the Old Town. Our stay at the apartment was absolutely amazing. As two young women travelling alone, we felt very safe. The host Mirko was super lovely. He was very accommodating when we got lost and did a quick and thorough explanation of the place and surroundings before leaving us be. Trust us, just book it!! It was hard to find it at first since the official booking site doesn't have an exact address. But once you find it, it's really easy to navigate around the neighbourhood. We used these Google Maps coordinates: J3VQ+R75 Dubrovnik, Croatia. Maybe it helps you as well!

• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - Great time Good affordable holiday rental Decent quiet location just outside of town We really enjoyed it hence the 10/10, all I'd say is it is quite small so you probably couldn't stay as a couple longer than a week, but all you need is 3, 4 days to explore a good bit of dubrovnik
• Richard (9/5): Good view nice neighbourhood. - Well located, not too far from anywhere on foot. Quiet residential area with sea views. The host Mirko picked us up from the airport for €30, which was worth it, and is very informative and friendly. Minor points - the small kitchen is quite well equipped although a microwave and toaster would be good, although this wouldn't deter us from staying there again!

Host was very friendly and helpful The location (as I was travelling solo), but that didn’t really detract from the apartment. I knew it was a little bit of a distance from the city (about 20 mins) but didn’t realise it’s a bit of a hill walk on returning in the evening. There is a bus service but I just chose to walk

The amenities were great and the air conditioning was fantastic. We were greeted by the host, he was extremely helpful, not only with the property but also gave us a local insight into the area. • Jakub (10/5): Ideal place for a trip - Perfect location with 7 minute walk to beach and 20 minute walk to the city. Our host was incredible, showing us what great attractions we could see and it's easy to talk and contact with the host. You have everything you need in this location and it comes with a beautiful view on the sea! Everything was perfect!

Property is situated near local bus station. Old Town nearly 20 min walk. And grocery market is 1 min walk. View from balcony of sea was extremely good. We enjoyed our stay. Everything is perfect

• Briony (9/5): Cute little apartment - This is a lovely little apartment - very cute and you can tell that a lot of care has gone into it. The space is small but well designed and appointed. We appreciated having use of the washing machine, and the balcony to hang out clothes. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and was very peaceful at night. There is a bakery and a couple of small grocery stores nearby. The location is a bit out from the old city (about 20 minutes walk) - not a big problem for us though (and there are also lots of buses running along the main road).

Parking is free but parking places are next to the street and it's not sure that you will find free place near the apartment

• Carol (10/5): Exceptional - The view from the balcony was great,wifi was excellent. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was wonderful and really helpful. He took our luggage when we arrived at the bus station and stored it for us until the place was ready. Very close to Bellevue Beach and easy walk to Pile Gate. Would recommend as a lovely place to stay. It might be small but has everything you need.

I thank the host for picking me up in the city center and in the end taking me to the bus station.I also appreciate all the information about the apartment and the city, Nothing.
• Rodrigue (9/5): Superb - Great place, it is close by the old town and central Dubrovnik, everything is walking distance ~30 minutes and there also buses close by. Nice terrace and facilities, there was also a washing machine, which was very convenient -
• Kathryn (9/5): Such a kind helpful host and a sea view too - Our host Mirka was so kind. He met us at the flat to explain it all to us. And at the end of our stay he drove us to the bus station which was so helpful. We also appreciated the view of the sea from the flat and the balcony. The flat is one room with a separate bathroom - ideal for one person but rather compact for two people.
• Ladislav (10/5): A cosy little studio with a nice view on the sea. - I was alone, leaving the studio in the morning and coming back in the evening. The studio was clean and had everything I needed (refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, even a small stove, iron and washing machine). The host was very nice and helpful.

• Sharon (9/5): Superb - Mirco was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. He even stored our luggage in his car for safety as we had arrived way too early to check in. He helped us rent a scooter for a good price. The apartment has everything you need with a great view from the balcony and is in a nice quiet area with a nice swimming spot, as long as you can manage a lot of steps. The apartment is quite small but has everything you could possibly need.
