• Maria (9/5): Overall it was a wonderful first stay in Croatia. We loved Dubrovnik and its friendly people. - The flat was very nice and cozy with attention to detail including house plants and a pretty balcony. Everything was well thought through and organised, e.g. kitchen utensils, slippers and toothbrushes, etc. We found the shower difficult to navigate. It took some time to get a hang of it. Also as an avid reader I found it hard to read in the evening as the bedside lamps were not bright enough.
• Mariana (10/5): After a long day spent in the very crowded old town, it was nice to return to this quieter section - The Studio apartment is simple, but nicely furnished, comfortably, practical, very clean and all the amenities in it. All the amenities in the apartment are new. There are coffee shops, a bakery, supermarket across from the apartment, a bank with an ATM, and other small shops. The "promenade" just at 2 min walk across the apartment, has a lot of restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, playgrounds for kids of all ages. There are several travel agencies advertising boat tours. This section of Dubrovnik, Lapad, is like another city at a smaller scale, family oriented, safe and friendly. N/A

• Alizée (10/5): Wonderful couple’s stay in a comfortable, well-located apartment - The apartment was comfortable and well furnished; we had everything we needed. Our host Marino was very reactive and eager to answer any questions. It was well situated, away from the busy and touristy old town, but only a 15-minute bus journey away. Would definitely stay here again!

Our arrival and departure were seamless, communication was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was immaculate, the cleanest place I have ever stayed in! The apartment is in a fantastic location to explore and is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay! A prime location for bars, restaurants and a beautiful short walk to the beach. We loved everything!

Estaba muy limpio y tenía algunos detalles que valoramos positivamente (cápsulas de café, refresco, buen secador de pelo, etc). Bien equipado en general. No está en el Old Town pero la parada de bus está muy cerca y se tarda sobre 10-15 minutos en llegar al centro.

Dalla cucina super attrezzata alla biancheria profumata, ogni angolo trasmette cura, attenzione e passione per l’ospitalità. La pulizia era eccellente, l’ambiente accogliente e arredato con gusto, e non è mancato davvero nulla: ogni comfort era presente, dai piccoli accessori utili a dettagli che fanno la differenza. The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to the beach, grocery shop and DM just across the street and a bus stop to the Old Town in 2 mins of walking. We had a great experience of staying there!

The beach towels were very useful. Loved that we had a space where to cook, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, a big fridge and washing machine - really useful during our stay. Trying to find something - some of the spices had some small flies in them.

Its the best apartment i have ever booked for vacation and would love to come back again:) the location and the street is great and the owner Marino is really nice, patient and helpful! Comprehensive selection of kitchenware and sundries. ample supply of toilet paper, kitchen roll, foil etc, chilled fruit juice, cookies and sweets as welcome pack. Marino, the host, was friendly and helpful. Nothing, perhaps the shower panel is a little too close to the toilet if you're particularly long legged, but that's being picky.

• Mariia (10/5): Highliy recommend the following apartment. - Eveything was perfect. The host met us and gave the keys. Also, the host allowed us to check-in earlier, which is highly appreciated. The apartment was super clean & all the facilities were represented, we didn't need anything additional (tone of towerls, capsules for the washing wachine, little sweets and even umbrellas). The location of the apartment is great. Close to the beach, close to the supermarket, bus station etc. Moreover there was a perfect view with to the mountains and the bridge from the balcony. Everything was great, there were no flaws at all. Highliy recommend the following apartment.
• Viktoriia (10/5): These are very nice and cozy apartments that I can definitely recommend. And we did not regret that we rented apartments - These are very nice and cozy apartments. Pleasant host Marino, who was happy to help with our questions. A large number of towels and even separate ones for the beach were prepared. New and modern equipment - we used everything! And what is important - a large bed with orthopedic pillows. It's been hot on the balcony since morning because it's on the sunny side. In the evening, you can have a candlelit dinner on the balcony with a view of the mountains😉 The apartment keeps cool very well, even with the air conditioner turned off. Across the street there is a supermarket, а bakery and a store of household goods, the sea is 5 minutes away. We didn't even forget about the aroma of the house 🥰 My son and I were very satisfied!
• Jaroslav (10/5): comfortable apartment and excellent location - The apartment is very well located near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bus stop and other shops within walking distance. Beautiful embankment with picturesque restaurants, and a picturesque beach is nearby. The apartment is very stylishly designed and very well equipped, there is absolutely everything you need: quality utensils for cooking, air conditioning, washing machine. The owners are very friendly and answer all questions. We didn't find anything like that.

• Subhadra (8/5): Very good - The apartment was pretty clean and well equipped for some cooking. Conveniently located, only a 2 min walk to the bus station from where there are buses to the old city every ten mins. The beach is close - 5-10 min walk. Several cafes and a supermarket are also close by.

Marino met us upon arrival, showed us the apartment and he even had some water and snacks prepared which came in handy after a long drive. The flat, although not very large, but decorated and designed with taste and skill and had everything you might need including a dishwasher. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Dubrovnik. There was a small issue with parking, but we managed to find a spot in the backyard of the building.

• Georgina (10/5): Best apartment in Dubrovnik! - Everything was perfect! Marino the host was extremely kind, checking me in at short notice and letting me check out late on the last day. He even gave me a souvenir from Dubrovnik when I left - very kind! The apartment is large and light, the balcony is perfect for sitting in the morning or evening. Everything looks new and in good condition. Spotlessly clean. There are loads of utensils, pans, plates etc - I was able to cook full meals, no problem. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of room to sit and relax. Shower was excellent. Great WiFi. Also it smelled fantastic! The location is brilliant - a few minutes walk to the beach and all facilities, restaurants etc. There is a shopping centre over the road and a supermarket. You can walk to the Old Town in about 35 minutes but there's a bus stop just a minute from the apartment. Marino is very knowledgeable about the area and will give you some good recommendations. You should not hesitate to book this apartment! I didn't like leaving!

• Neso (10/5): Charming place run buy charming people in the magical city... - It was a short trip to Dubrovnik to recharge the batteries and I was looking for s peaceful comfortable place with good connections and good amenities to make most out of my trip. With Apartments Anija i got exactly what a I was looking for with an added benefit of great host who went extra mile to make you feel very comfortable in their home town. It's a family run business. I met charming brother and sister , Marino and Daniela who were there to help during my trip and also drop me off to the airport on my last day. The flat was spotless , newly renovated ,very stylish with great attention to details and absolutely everything you need . The flat has nice little terrace overlooking inner garden to enjoy your morning coffee. Nearest beach "Uvala Lapad" is within walking distance (about 12 min away). The magical old town is just 10 min by bus. Bus station is just across the road and bus number 6 will take you right to the entrance gate of the old town. Plenty of local amenities around like post office, shops, restaurants if you fancy staying locally. I would highly recommend apartments Anija and will definitely be back. Thank you Daniela and Marino for your hospitality once again Nothing not to like, everything was absolutely perfect

We loved the apartment due to its cleanliness, location and the facilities that were available. The apartment is a five minute walk to the local beach and a ten minute drive to the old town.
