• Jona Mae (10/5): A commendable place to stay for your Dubrovnik vacation… - Everything. The property is complete. We didn‘t expect it to be so nice and perfect for us. We can cook, comfortable roam around, sleep and etc. Every corner is commendable. And it‘s just a walk away from grocery, market, bus stop and the port. My friends keep telling me to book it again when we go back in Dubrovnik. Nothing
• Nguyen Van Anh (10/5): - The flat is spacious with 2 bedrooms, has plenty of beds, high ceilings, 1 AC in the bedroom and 1 AC in the living room. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. The host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. He also prepared some drinks and snacks in the fridge and cabinets. We had a pleasant stay as a group of 4.
• Wai Han (9/5): Loved it. - Spacious. Big master bedroom, lounge room and toilet. Nicely decorated. A big TV with Netflix. Dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer. Tablets and washing powder provided. Close to ferry, central bus station, local bus stations, local tour meeting places. Owner was attentive, provided a big bottle of water, milk and pasta which are sufficient for a 1-day stay. Only a few stairs up and down Could occasionally smell bad smell from shower water outlet when the dishwasher was running. Not an issue when the shower door was closed, so it will not deter me from staying there again and i will not hesitate to recommend the apartment to my friends.

• Gemma (10/5): - The apartment was nice and clean with comfy mattresses, good cooking facilities and lots of space. Velimir was a great host - very communicative, friendly, and flexible when our flight was delayed! The location is also good, with a supermarket only a couple of minutes walk away, along with a bus stop that goes directly to the old town. This makes it a great spot to get away from the hustle and hustle of the centre while still giving easy access to all the best sights.

• Sophia (10/5): Very spacious & well maintained by family! Lovely place! - Very spacious, high ceilings. Property is family managed and each and everything has been take care of to the minutest details. All facilities are great. Not too many stairs either. Easy check in, very clean, renovated and the host is very responsive and polite. Bakery, Bars, Brewery, supermarket and just walking distance. There is AC in the main living room and in one of the bedrooms too. The second room does not have AC yet it cools to a sleeping temperature. Beds are comfortable with a spring mattress. They have both washer and dryer. All was great ! Will def stay here again. The location is at the Ferry Port, quite some distance from the airport and old town. Uber is not very cheap as it adds up if u do a couple of trips in a day. Parking is busy but still u can get it if u are a little patient. None of this will beat the comfort to stay here again.

You can take the shuttle bus from Dubrovnik airport to the main bus station. You can take the local bus to the Old Town directly. 2. There is a big supermarket near the apartment building.

• Dora (10/5): Perfect apartment near the port - If you want to be close to the port, this is the place to be. It's literally 2 minutes away with the car. The owner is super friendly and communicative. The apartment is spacious and fully functional for a family. If you are looking to be near the old town, this is not the location for you unless you want to move your car which I would not recommend. But we knew we needed to be close to the port so this was absolutely not a minus for us. Great place!

Takes an uber to go to al town but there is a supermarket close by and many stores and restaurants that are cheaper than what you will find in old town. entreance to the apartment looks a bit old but nothing major.

Just round the corner from the DBC (great beer), restaurants and a supermarket. Short Uber to the Old Town. Magnificent!

We were welcomed with some milk, water and cakes and there were many different kinds of teas. The apartment is extremely clean with a new bathroom and laundry facilities (which was very helpful). Short Uber ride to the old city or roughly 20 min walk. • Johan (10/5): Cozy stay in DBK. - Amazing stay. The host is fantastic. At our arrival he explained everything and let us found water, beer, cereals, milk and all the necessary for the cleaning and laundry. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

• Wai (10/5): Spacious, nice and clean apartment to stay - Part of the apartment was newly renovated. The apartment is clean and well equipped. There even a drying machine which is useful for long travel. Easily accessible by airport bus and easy to travel to old town by local bus. Everything are good in the apartment. If i have to say the cons, I would say there is no view for the apartment. You cannot see the beautiful sea or old town. However, it is not a matter for me as I always go out in daytime for sightseeing

Location is great near the harbour of Dubrovnick with bars and restaurants close by. Very welcoming host Velimir, who is very attentive and helpfull. Ubers are plenty and cheap, to get you to old town and the beaches. The bathroom - toilet combination is relativly small all else perfect with the appartment. When you come by car, parking in the neighborhood may be a challange as is the price for parking per day and cost of living in Dubrovnick.

The most kind, friendly host explained to us how to get to every wonderful place in Dubrovnik. Great that we were welcomed with snacks, fruit, milk, cereal, laundry detergent, much more... A big plus! It doesn't matter to me that it doesn't have a view, because we spend a lot of time outside anyway. ❤️ Air conditioning in both rooms was great! I recommend with love ❤️ Grade 10 with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
