Raimundo (2/5): Decepção, estresse e arrependimento da reserva - Apenas a localização. Tudo sujo, sucateado, paredes sujas, cortinas arrastando no chão, encontrei os lençóis e fronhas usadas. Deveriam fechar o hotel p uma boa reforma. Nas fotos q eles colocaram no site é tudo o oposto a realidade.

Banheiro: ducha, torneira do chuveiro e suporte de shampoo quebrados; Chuveiro: Antigo, sem regulagem e falta de água aquecida por alguns dias (caldeira inoperante); Mobiliário: Móveis antigos descascando), sofá desconfortável, fogão elétrico de duas bocas fraquinho. Limpeza: Pintura meia boca com manchas nas paredes e aspecto limpeza deficiente (torneiras, ralo banheiro solto com marcas de sugeira.

O aprtamento está mal cuidado, e não recebi qualquer contato do anfitrião. Portas, móveis e mesa de baixa qualidade ou com muitas marcas. O piso (próximo da varanda) precisa de reparo, está soltando. Poucos e velhos são os utensílios de cozinha. O ap não tem uma vassoura ou outro utensílio de limpeza.

Sa (10/5): Best rental, good value, fantastic location - The location is exceptional, close to a variety of restaurants, just in front of a large beautiful beach with fantastic view of the ocean from the 10th floor Bicycle and scooters available for rent at good prices. Fresh coconuts and endless caipirinha vendors. Large sidewalk with miles to walk in ether direction. Very safe not only by the amount of people present but also well patrolled by police. Owner accommodated a later check out, this is much appreciated as my flight was late at night. All almost perfect, some details such as light fixture in the bedroom, some varnish touch up
Tobiasz (7/5): Good value for money, but the room is pending renovation. - Great location and ocean views. Ok value for money. It was possible to get breakfast at the hotel. Very old, breaking furniture. Kitchenette was very substandard, window in the bathroom didn't close. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. In spite of cleaning service, change of towels was not included.
