• Lorraine (9/5): Comfortable Stay - The unit was perfect for us. One bedroom and bathroom on each side with living area and kitchen between so my friend and I had our own space. It was very spacious with comfy beds. Lots of cupboard space. Dishwasher in the kitchen. Very secure parking. Next door to Reef hotel and short distance to the yacht club for meals, small coffee shop a few doors down. Short walk to the water. There are trolleys on the rubbish bin floor for you to move your belongings but we didn’t spot these until we were on our way out. Would have liked heavier blockout curtains in the bedrooms.

• Lauren Grange (10/5): Beautifully presented room - The female manager was a delight with exceptional customer service for going above and beyond so thank you for that The male manager was continuously peppering my phone when I was already checked in asking when I was arriving very poor communication by him to other staff and management i don't think he knew what he was really doing.

Location is great being centrally located however is a noise street on Saturday with the clubs a few doors down and the pub next door. Easy and secured parking. Great instructions so easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay again. We had an ocean view room and we would come again for sure. We first arrived to our room and noticed all air conditioners were not working. Received a phone call from staff to rectify the issue but were unable too as no trades were available till Monday. Being the weekend was impossible to sort asap. So we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit. Which was beyond great! Our party of 4 were so grateful. It was resolved so quickly and effortlessly. Shout out to Manu from Sydney who was professional and so quick in getting everything sorted for us.

• Susan (8/5): Our stay was good & the location was great, view fabulous. But unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again unless the - The view was amazing. Great location. Air con in third bedroom would have been good as it was quite hot. The fan/light switches in the main & second bedroom only had one remote between them. That meant if you turned lights on it one room, they went on in both. Mattress in main bedroom was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs & felt like you would roll out on the lhs if you were near the edge. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed. Third bedroom mattress wasn’t comfortable either.

• Joseph (10/5): - The space The silly fans kept turning the lights on during the night and turning the fans off. Air cons were noisy also.
• Peter (6/5): Needs a good clean! - Location Cleaning! I have dust allergies and dust was very easy to see on furniture and bedroom lamps. Apartment 72 needs new aircons: noisy and not working well, and one remote broken. Toilet flush button in ensuite need’s replacing and a clean up of mold under ceramic stool in shower . Hole in wall near door needs fixing. Water drainage problem in the ensuite sink. In general, unit looking very tired and needs some TLC, especially for the price.

• Justin (10/5): - It was a beautiful apartment with a fantastic veiw. The glass sliding doors and television and outdoor area had dirty children hand marks all over them. The rubbish had not been removed.

• Steve (8/5): Great easy and handy to most everything in Glady, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. - Handy for things to do in Gladstone, Room had plenty of space and was well appointed, would stay again no worries Ceiling fan and aircon not working in one room, Manager was unaware, most apologetic, in all fairness not much he could have done last minute, had 2 other aircons in unit which kept it cool.

• Janine (7/5): Our stay was pleasant and would recommend the building and the stay. - The view was amazing and the access to the building is well defined. The apartment was well appointed. Air con in the main bedroom was in a mood for our stay. Very noisy and didn’t really keep the room cool. There are a few things that need to be addressed - door handle and lock to get in are a bit dodgy.

Limited cooking utilities, however when the issue was raised with Property, they provided a pan and strainer.

• Hanna-Kristiina (6/5): So and so - A nice convinient overnight stay for a long roadtrip. It was big enough for 3 people and the balcony was nice and big. Dwfinitely could use fixing up. The bathrooms looked a bit aged as did the whole apartment. A/C units were a bit of a pain as they were old and the remotes didn’t work at times. Beds were okay but could really use a decent blanket. There was a throw on top of one single bedsheet which was definitely not enough for a good comfy sleep. It was okay but needs some care.
• Rodney (9/5): Would stay there again. It was comfortable and the views were terrific. - The inclusion of salt and pepper and oil was very helpful. The crockery was very nice too. The couches were comfy. We also liked that the pillows on the beds had both big pillows and flatter pillows - they were great as the big pillows are usually what is only available and are hard to sleep on. The communication was excellent. We could have used a water jug so we could put cold water in the fridge. An extra would be hot choc and tea bags etc for convenience. Not essential but very nice.

No hairdryer, despite being assured there would be one and when we contacted manager, we were told that we couldn’t be provided with one. Broken towel rail and soap dish in ensuite and dusty bedside table in main bedroom. Would have been good to have shampoo and conditioner.
