• paul (7/5): Prima, paar dingen kunnen beter. - De ligging en de parkeergarage. Goed koffie apparaat! Fijn dat er cups aanwezig waren. Zat nog vuile vaat in de vaatwasser. 1 sleutel en de bel zat in de berging. Paar dingen kapot (stopcontact, 2X) getaped. Aan/ uitschakelaar voor lamp boven aanrechtblok was kort. 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek per persoon voor 6 dagen is weinig. Een wasmachine en/ of droger zou praktisch zijn.

• Lindsey (10/5): Loved our stay at Innsbruck - The location was fantastic - an easy 5-10 min walk to city centre and an extra few minutes to the old part of the city. Beautiful christmas markets in December. Easy public transport to nearby areas: including a 3 euro bus trip up to the the top of the cablecar area at Nordkette for great city views and forest walk, bus to ski resort Schlick 2000, bobsledding at Igls, icehockey at Olympic Halle nearby. Lovely cafes, shops and restaurants all easy walking distance. Very comfortable beds. 3 adults stayed - 1 on sofa bed in loungeroom which was fine. The apartment was very warm, perhaps too warm at night. We think we turned the heater off but still needed to open the windows. Unfortunately this also let some of the city noise in. The host could be friendlier - necessary info only.

• Myat (8/5): Nice and cozy apartment which is not far from central station and old town - The flat is very spacious and very clean. The host provide all kitchenwares so that we can cook without any trouble. We had great time staying there and the location is not far from central train station and also from old town. It would be better if host provide more toilet issue rolls for longer stay.
• Jason (5/5): Not worth the headache. - Location Incorrect check in instructions, unresponsive hosts at check in (no answer to call and 4 hours to reply to booking message with incorrect info), photoshopped pics of mountains, lack of maintenance (toilet seat broken, shutters not working)
• Brent (9/5): Superb - The location was great, near the old town and the train station. The beds were really comfortable as well with a large patio making the stay very enjoyable. There were a few broken items in the house and not the best instructions on things such as blinds, garbage disposal, etc. The toilet seat was broken as well as a cushion storage bench. Don't sit on it! You will fall through.

In the city center with surrounding mountain views - The name was not listed on the key box as indicated, so we just tried all boxes until we found the right one The directions to get to the apartment were not accurate. We had difficulty finding the apartment as we had to go outside and around neighboring balconies to find the apartment entrance.

• Eveline (9/5): Comfortable and clean with a great view and location - The location of the apartment is very central and it was nice to get up every day and take a look at the mountain view first. Although it was a hot week, it wasn't hot on the terrace and in the apartment. It would have been nice if kitchen towels had been provided. There was no oil, salt and tea and the toiletries were only two shower foams for men. This was of course no big deal, but according to the description these things should have been there. There was a lot of noise early in the morning (and during the day) from work that was being done in the street and in the building next to the apartment.
